Dear Ones,
Here are drawings of my Ascension Team. If you are viewing them on a handheld, and if you click on one of the Ascension Team members, then scroll down to see a larger image of the Ascension Team member.
As you may know, the human form is specially created so that it can channel star intel for sentient beings of many Dimensions. In the Arisen Human, there are 12 chakras that can channel 12 Dimensions of messages by very diverse Star Races.
At the bottom righthand side of the big image, for instance, is a black Maldekian ‘Bigfoot’ with red eyes. This being exists in the second and third Dimensions. We human beings can channel messages from the Maldekian ‘Bigfoot’ through our second and third chakras.
At the level of my heart is a yellow Baptismal Sylph, which exists in the fourth and fifth Dimensions. We humans can channel messages from our Baptismal Sylphs through our fourth and fifth chakras.
At the top of the image, above my head are two beings from the Lyran Collective, who exist in the twelfth Dimension. We humans can channel messages from our Ascension Team Members in the Lyran Collective through our twelfth chakra, which is the highest of the ‘formed’ (as opposed to ‘formless’) Dimensions.

Blue Avian Star Being of the Ra Collective (4th to 6th Dimensions – mostly 6D)
The turquoise color of this being represents the color of the feathers of Blue Avian Star Beings. These are a sentient, flight-enabled species of planet Venus. Once arboreal, they are now starborne and capable -- like their kindred species Sekhmet-Hathor of the Ra Collective -- of inter-solar-system travel.
I first encountered Blue Avian Star Beings through a Lightworker and channeler in New Zealand, who was on a live interview that I saw online in May 2021. Soon thereafter, I was amazed to discover that I have such an Ascension Team Member as well, and that they are looking after the songbirds that provide such comfort to me through their presence and their melodious voices in my backyard.
My Blue Avian Star Being Ascension Team member reminds me every day that joy can be found in simple things. It lifts me from despair at the play of Dark and Light in this earthly reality, to an understanding that all is well.

The Elder Race: Martian Bacterial Colonist of Earth (3rd Dimension - bacterial form; 4th Dimension – spirit of their beingness)
The ‘Martian Bacterial Colonists of the Human Colon’ are respected members of my Ascension Team. These are members of the ‘Elder Race’ who have chosen to live commensally with human beings such as I. To my human form these Martians – known somewhat derogatorily to scientists of today as ‘bacteria’ -- lend their advanced bioengineering skills. It was their expertise that helped my immune system to speedily overcome the invasion of COVID-19 in early 2020, for example, by buffing up my T-cells, as it seemed to me at the time.
There are other Martian Bacterial Colonists here on Earth that do not shelter in the colons of mammals such as I. These are known, amongst the Elder Race, as the ‘Ancient Ones’. They are quite similar to the first Martians who travelled through space to Earth on meteorites about four billion years ago.
This drawing of one of the ‘Ancient Ones’ that you see before you is figurative, rather than being a physical likeness. But according to the amazing Martian oral tradition, which spans billions of years on Earth alone, this drawing is close to a factual understanding. The Martians remember being bipedal, sentient beings on Mars, who through their advanced bioengineering techniques were able to microminaturize and encapsulate their people to prevent annihilation when their home planet was stripped of its atmosphere. Thus the image of an astronaut within the image of a free-wheeling ‘Ancient One’ of Earth today seems especially apt to me.

Baptismal Sylph of the Human Heart (4th and 5th Dimensions)
This Baptismal Sylph was a member of my Ascension Team until, in the year 2011, it grew up and transformed into a wondrous angel. Here is the story …
When a child is baptized, a sylph ... a type of nature spirit known as an elemental of the air ... attaches itself to the child, in the area of the child's heart, and in the form of a fiery, white astral cross. This astral cross protects the young child's heart from the Darkness that is sometimes encountered, along with the Light, here in on Earth.
The image of the sylph that you see here is of its joyful, loving, 5th Dimensional spirit of Christ Consciousness; the astral cross mentioned in esoteric literature is the denser, 4th Dimensional aspect of this angel 'egg', this baby angel.
Under special conditions, the sylph can ... all in a flash! ... be transformed to the kind of angel known as a seraph.
This transformation is something that happened to my baptismal sylph on 5 December 2011; it is an experience that I will never forget. The vast display of Christed love and Light, as the sylph is transformed to an angelic presence in the heart of the devout Christian, is almost blinding, to the astral eye, in intensity ... the more so when hymns are played, and sung with devotion. There is nothing like devotional music, sung from the heart, to wake a beautiful, loveable little Baptismal Sylph and to offer that little being the Divine spark that transforms it into a ‘grown-up’ Seraph.

Although my knowledge of my Andromedan Ascension Team Member is intuitive rather than channeled, I feel that this member of my Ascension Team may proffer me these Ascension gifts: A thirst for exploration, not only of planet Earth, but also of the Universe, and of all spatial and temporal realities therein; the hope to help in the healing and upliftment of Earth and all her children; and an avid interest in astrogeophysics -- in the mastery of time and space.

Baptismal Seraph (8th to 13th Dimensions, I feel, maybe higher)

When the time comes for the transformation of the sylph to its adult, seraph form, the young seraph bursts forth in power and Light and splendor from the egg or chrysalis dwelt in by its softly sleeping juvenile form.
Seraphs are members of the glorious clan of Seraphim of the Angelic Realm. In the many years after a baptismal sylph awakens to its seraph nature, the seraph grows in size, splendor and power, in upwelling and outpouring exultation in God’s holy nature ...
For some while … perhaps months, or years … the baptismal seraph hovers protectively near its baptismal person. As the young baptismal seraph grows in power and splendor before the Lord, its baptismal person’s heart also blossoms into a brilliant orb that glows and spins, and at times, bursts forth radiantly, in waves of healing Light for Earth and her beings ...
In time, after the transformation from its juvenile, sleeping form in the heart of a person it has joined during the Sacrament of Baptism, the baptismal seraph grows to such strength and glory in God’s wisdom and grace that it scarcely can fit into a building of normal size.
Pausing briefly to bid its human friend farewell, it spreads its wings and springs forth joyfully to explore the wonders of God’s creation. But if the baptismal person calls it, no matter how far away the baptismal seraph may be, it will all in a trice return to its charge, filling the space in which that person stands with a softly glowing, many-colored, ever-changing effulgence.

Lion Being, a Member of the Lyran Collective (12th Dimension)
This drawing is of one of the Lion People of Lyra. They are fearless, like the American Sikhs with whom I studied during the 1980s. As the Sikhs say in the Mul Mantra, one of the qualities of the Arisen Human … the self-realized human … is ‘nir bhau’ – to be fearless. It was during those days that I took on, insofar as I was able, the qualities of my Lyran Lion Ascension Team Member.
The Women of Lyra and the Lion People of Lyra, I feel, may be two members of the Lyran Collective of Star Beings, just as the Sekhmet-Hathors and the Blue Avian Star Beings, I feel, are members of the Ra Group, which is the Venusian Collective of Star Beings.

Woman of Lyra, a Member of the Lyran Collective (12th Dimension)
Without the creative efforts of my Ascension Team Members of Lyra – the Lion Beings of Lyra, whose aspect is masculine; and the Women of Lyra -- I would not be here on Earth at all, so I am very grateful that there is a Lion Being and a Woman of Lyra on my Ascension Team.
The drawing before you is of a Woman of Lyra. These are beings full of Light and Grace, who are said to weave the dreamtime strands of DNA that create the many beings of the Universe.
If that be so, then the Women of Lyra must have helped out the Martian Bacterial Colonists of the Human Colon, as these are experts in re-engineering the species of the planets they inhabit through manipulation of DNA.
I feel it might be accurate to say that the Women of Lyra work with the etheric DNA of the beings of the Universe, and that beings such as our commensal Martians work more with physical and astral DNA, so there is a difference there.
In June 2021 I had a conversation with my Martians, who said that the Women of Lyra converse as well with the Jupiterians of our Solar System. It may be, in so doing, that they help to keep a symbiotic balance amongst the Jupiterians of Earth and the plants, animals and minerals of our planet.

Guardian Angel (8th through 72nd Dimensions)
My Guardian Angel is one of the most beloved and most beseeched of my Ascension Team Members. I feel that may be so because I have known about her – him since early childhood, through education in my Christian faith. I say ‘her-him’ because, as many people know, angels have no gender. Yet they may appear to their human charges as male or as female.
The first visit I remember by my Guardian Angel happened when I was but a wee tot. My angel, whose name was Michael, stood at the foot of my bed in the aspect of a young man. He seemed quite grown up to me, and quite capable of looking out for my interests in the world, although today I would say my angel then appeared to be in his early teens. I felt I had known him forever – since before time began, and on down through many ages and many past life experiences. Clearly, my Christian friends might take exception to this. But who can argue with an angel sent especially by God to guard me and protect me through the perils and throes of Earthly existence?
In the image you see before you, the Guardian Angel has a feminine aspect. That is an oft-encountered way of portraying these patient ethereal friends of our childhood, of our majority, and of our increasing age. Our Guardian Angels have the patience of a mother, and are ever watchful wards against the minions of the Dark.
Siriun Star Being (5th and 6th Dimensions – maybe mostly 6D)
This is an image of a Siriun Star Being that I have drawn in a manner similar to Siriun images found online. These star beings are from Sirius, the brightest star in our planet's night sky. I have read that this star race is characterized by joy, loving kindness, and fierce protectiveness of emerging star races, for the All, through Free Will.
That makes sense to me, as they are felt to be the ancestors of and colonizers of my much beloved Hathors of the planet Venus in our Solar system. From several visits to me by a delegation of Hathors during Solar Cycle 24, it is clear that they share with their Siriun forebears these wonderful qualities.

Alpha Centaurian - Insectian Star Race (1st through 6th Dimensions)
Alpha Centauri is the nearest system of stars and exoplanets to our own Solar system. Both Alpha Centauri and our Solar system are members of the spiral Milky Way galaxy that we call home. Nevertheless, Alpha Centauri is more than 4 light-years from our own Solar system. It makes sense that intelligent life on Alpha Centauri is quite different in energy signature from that of humankind.
The Alpha Centaurian member of my Ascension Team is a member of the Insectian Star Races (maybe including the Antian Star Races) that act as Devas (a form of Angel that cares for the natural world) to the insects of Earth.
In their home world, there are Alpha Centaurians spanning the first through the 6th Dimension. In the 1st Dimension, they may engage in internecine and foreign warfare. In the 2nd through the 4th Dimension, I feel they may manifest as non-Christed star beings that may be negative in aspect with regard to humankind, as they may engage in territorial aggression through takeover of land masses to feed their newborn the negative emotions of humans competing for territory with them.
My Alpha Centaurian Ascension Team member communicates with me through the 6th Dimension, by very strongthought projection into my 6th chakra, my third-eye point. Communication between us is rare, except when there is an issue of my being around many ants, or many other insects, especially social insects. At those times, I become acutely aware of the hierarchical and non-individuated nature of the beings overlit by the Alpha Centaurian devas.
My mission on Earth from the stance of my Alpha Centaurian Ascension Team member is that of seeing to a fair distribution of the resources of Earth to the many beings that inhabit our planet. Because of the differences between the devas that overlight humankind and the Alpha Centaurian devas of the insects, diplomacy is quite naturally of the utmost importance.
In this regard I suggest that those of my Lightworker kin who establish telepathic contact with Alpha Centauri see to the elimination of insects from their homes. That will diminish the strength of telepathic contact by the Alpha Centaurian Star Race devas. I further suggest we Lightworkers develop, as best we can, the quality of neutral mind, in the Zen way. We might look to the Star Trek character 'Spock' for pointers in this regard.
I cannot overemphasize the importance of neutral mind in first contact with our Star Brothers and Sisters, especially with regard to contact with the many non-Christed star races, such as those of Alpha Centauri.

Sekhmet Aspect of the Hathors of Venus (4th to 6th Dimensions – mostly 6D)
From Planet Venus, through Earth’s Solar Astral Planes, flows the energy and the wise guidance of the members of my Ascension Team who live on our neighboring planet. These are the energies of Sekhmet-Hathor, depicted in this image, and the Blue Avian Star Beings depicted elsewhere.
Known to Ancient Egypt, Sekhmet-Hathor offers two special qualities to her human charges: The courage of a lioness, and the nurturing instincts of a mother. This composite image shows both qualities – that of the lioness, and that of a human mother.
When a delegation of Hathors visited me during Solar Cycle 24, I felt both their deep wisdom and their joyfulness -- their intention to cherish and uplift humankind – to lift us up to the pathways of Light and Love that course through our galaxy, and on to all the other galaxies in our Universe.

Malween (4th and 5th Dimensions)
My Ascension Team Member Malween was gifted to me by Malwe the Andromedan. Malween is an asral ‘trilobite’ that forms an energetic ‘suit of armor’ – like a buckler of Light – at my navel point through access to 5th Dimensional energy.
Speaking from my own clair experience, I can say that, in times when we are faced with life-threatening danger, from the center of the symbolic heart I depicted on the back of this wonderful being can come a brilliant ray of Light aimed at an evil astral attacker, such as a devil, a demon, or an ‘astral thuggee’.
That laserlike 'stun-beam', in my instance, startled that being into letting go of me, so that I could escape his clutches. A word to the wise: In my case this very dark astral being was riding on the back of a human man who was an alternative health professional. Malween is our shield and our buckler, our Armor of Light against the Armies of the Dark. Thank Heaven for Malwe the Andromedan’s wondrous gift to humankind!

DESCRIPTION: Roundish but oblong astral being, quite flat, in shades of yellow, with very thick armor arranged in plates and rows, eyes closed as no longer needed, a smile on its face and a feeling of very great love in its heart. Many pairs of legs that quickly skitter to align armor in such a way that the being optimally protects its charge’s navel point and the many nerves that radiate from it from psychic attack by astral rascals, of which, Lord knows, there are plenty roaming round the astral plane.
Maldekian 'Bigfoot' (2nd and 3rd Dimensions)
Here is my Maldekian 'Bigfoot' Ascension Team Member. My Bigfoot likes dark corners and is shy of human beings. It was I who sighted him in a dark corner of my meditation room, and again by my fireplace one evening some while later.
In the "Law of One: The Ra Material" they say that some of the sorts of beings we call 'Bigfoot' are beings from planet Maldek. After the destruction of Maldek -- through, it is said, misuse of advanced technology -- the material of the planet became the Asteroid Belt of our Solar system.
According to the "Law of One," the people of Maldek -- the Maldekians -- were so traumatized by the destruction of their planet that their spirits hunkered together in a great knot of anguish. Aeons went by. And now finally, today, some of the Maldekians have chosen to be in form once more, this time on their neighboring planet Earth. The being I saw some years ago in my meditation room, and later by my fireplace, was, I feel, one of the returning Maldekians.

Elohim (8th through 72nd Dimension)
Here is a composite drawing of Mintaka star system, home of the Elohim. I recall some time I spent, between incarnations, learning whatever an earthly Soul may from the great angelic presences known as the Elohim. This Soul memory has led me to a feeling that the Elohim are among the most august members of my Ascension Team.
Elohim are said to exist in the 8th through the 72nd Dimension. The 13th through the 72nd Dimension are said to be without form, or 'unformed'. The 8th through the 12th Dimensions, although comprising very refined energy, are nevertheless considered to be 'formed' Dimensions. The possibilities for a human being such as I to interface with the Elohim thus can be seen to exist in the 'formed' interface between the least dense Dimensions of the arisen human, and the most dense Dimensions in which the Elohim dwell.
This drawing shows how these star beings bless humankind on Earth. Mintaka is a binary star system comprising a group of three stars and another group of two stars; that is five stars in all.
When I made the drawing I was reminded of this stanza in poem I wrote in my early teens ...
"Five small star childe slid
"down wispering. Stole to the sand
"receded and came again.
"On silent calling fled, startling
"tree tops ...."
At the time when I wrote the poem I thought the stanza was to do with my siblings and me, as there were five of us altogether. Then when I did the drawing you now see I was reminded of the five stars in Mintaka, and the blessings borne by the Elohim from Mintaka to our grounded human forms here on planet Earth.

Pleiadian Star Being (4th and 5th Dimensions)
This drawing of my Pleiadian Ascension Team Member is rendered rather similarly to drawings of Pleiadians online; it is based on my intuition rather than my channeling of our star brothers and sisters.
It seems to me likely that the outpouring of creativity and star channeling through me, which began in the year 2000, had to do with my Pleiadian Team Member. Her gift from the stars came as a complete surprise and somewhat of a shock to me, as no doubt such gifts have come to many of my Lightworker brothers and sisters.

My Baptismal Seraph … the one that emerged from sylphhood a few years prior, changing in aspect from a little girl to a glorious male angel … had been off roaming the Universe, to learn what he might in service of the Creator.
Though I had a new baby sylph nestled in my heart, yet on that auspicious day I longed once more to glimpse that one who had been my heart’s guest since early childhood. Miracle of miracles, he heard my call, and from the far reaches of Creation came to see us.
The church was suffused with glorious Light. My Baptismal angel had grown so tall that its higher self could not fit into the auditorium. I bade its higher self be up above the roof of the church, so that its lower aspect could imbue the congregation with angelic blessing. That it did, for its mortal friend, once its protector, and he now protector of us all.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a technique to bless the Souls of people who, because of their Soul wounding, do not want to be blessed. It is a way that surpasses time and space, to bless the eternal Soul of people who do not want to be blessed right now.
This was suggested to me by someone else to whom I was talking on the astral plane. I have tried it a few times, and I have found that it works out wonderfully well. The thing to do is to visualize a time loop … either forwards, to the future, to a time where the person wishes to be blessed; or backwards, to the past, to a time when the person was blessed, or wished to be blessed.
So: First visualize the time loop … Either roll forward or roll back, to the time when the blessing is asked for or available through free will … and then perform the blessing through God’s grace and through the Incoming Light.
I am happy to say that is another use of timelines. Here is the visualization. It is as if the current time frame … the Awareness timeline … were a long thread of cause-and-effect energy. You imagine that for the person you want to bless.
Then you look forward, along the chain of cause and effect, to the time when the blessing will be asked for. And, pulling that space back to the space of your own heart, or to your own central vertical power current, you ask that God bless that Soul.
Or, still imagining that long trail or road of cause and effect that is the Awareness timeline for the person to be blessed, you move back … it is as if you were remote viewing backwards along the timeline.
In my case I often ask for blessings for Christians, so I look for the moment of baptism of the young child. At that place I extend the blessing, through God’s grace … or else bring that place to my heart and to my central vertical power current, if the place of baptism seems remote and unavailable, and bless it there.
There you have it: A new healing technique for the Soul.
God love you and keep you and bless you in this time of incoming 2019 Winter Solstice energies already beginning to flow through to the Universe and into Earth. God keep you safe during this time when great transformations and merges of timelines are taking place. And God give you a very blessed Christmas season.
Postscript
I was just talking to the mother of the young person who suggested this blessing. They both agree that it is all right for me to offer special honor to the young person who suggested this technique, which will be very useful, I feel, to Lightworkers in the coming days and the coming year.
So, great thanks to the mother who brought this beautiful young Lightworker into the world, and for the blessing of this beautiful young person as well.

Introduction
I have a series of channelings regarding the Saturnians for you; they are with sound but without the usual type of pictures. A number of people were involved in the channeling. And then the Saturnians also were involved.
The people that were involved in the channeling … and I as well … have this sentiment with regard to it: It seems that it is information that has not been channeled before … or if it has, that the records of the channeling have been lost, or have been kept secret, as mysteries of various faiths.
So we who channeled this information are not sure how it ought to be held. We do not know the degree of veracity or purity of the channeling. But we thought it best to let people know about it anyway. Of course, it is quite possible that, in the near or distant future, many more pure channelings may take place with regard to the Saturnians.
But here, for what it is worth, is what we have learned this night, and this day, regarding the Saturnians. We all hope it will be of help in uplifting humankind.

The Saturnian Home World
Ok, this is quite a bit of intel here. It has to do with the Saturnians. Various people were channeling and listening to the answers from the Saturnians. It goes like this … I hope I can remember it all …
We asked about their home world Saturn, and where they lived on it. They said, under the rim. There is a ring, and just inside the rim of the ring, on the side of the rim in the direction of the planet, is where they live. I do not know if the ring spins around or not, but they say they stay in the same place relative to the planet, on the underside of the rim of the ring.
So that is what I have heard: Inside of the rim is where they like to live. There is a constant humming sound there, and they love that humming sound. They live by sound; they love sound.
I asked about a moon; I think there is a moon also of Saturn. And they said it goes crossways across the ring every once in a while. (1) And when it does there is a noise that seems ‘horrid’ to them. The last time the noise happened, the words were ‘all hell broke loose’ … or something that reminds me of that term.
Various people were asking whether they had days and nights there. The answer, they said, was ‘yes’. The time is different from Earth time, though. For instance, they quoted me a month for gestation of a child. Then we asked if it was the same in our days and nights, and they said ‘no’, it was a year for us.
[This channeling about time on Saturn and on Earth needs clarification, I feel. I have read that a year on Saturn lasts 29 Earth years. Dividing 29 by 12, I arrive at 2.4 Earth years in a Saturnian month. There is a chance that they may mean something different by the word ‘month’ than the division of a year by 12. It may be difficult for them to pin down the meaning of the word because of the short duration of Saturnian days. A day on Saturn lasts only 10 and a half hours; thus, I have read, there are about 24.5 thousand Saturnian ‘days’ in each of their years; by my calculation, that would be about 2040 days in a Saturnian month.]
Saturnian Procreation
Then someone asked the manner of having children. The Saturnians said that one person … one Saturnian … divides, and then the baby comes into being between the two halves. They said: First we get a ‘simmering’ feeling. And then we get a ‘catacomb’ feeling. And then is when we divide.
That Catacomb Feeling. This is my intuitive notion about their term ‘that catacomb feeling’: I get the feeling that there is something very dark… a dark, round space. And within it is something precious or sacred … something that is bound for resurrection. So the darkness protects the resurrecting being. And the natural physical symbol of that, I understood to be like the California walnut tree, which has a walnut shell that is first green, and then dark and then gets hard. The walnut shell surrounds the walnut hull that protects the walnut meat, which is destined to become a new walnut tree.
And so the being that was the Saturnian opens and divides into two … unlike the walnut, which is just one spherical thing. This Saturnian being becomes two. But the inside of the hull is a round, dark space that protects the resurrecting being, just as the walnut tree resurrects through the walnut.
So the being itself that was, may be pouring its resurrecting energy into the walnut, and the outside may be becoming less and less full of vital energy … do you not know? … as it becomes less and less important to protect that which is being born within.
And then they said there was a round baby in between. This is the time … the year of gestation that happens. And then after that, they said … after about a month … now I do not know if it is our month or their month … [or what the duration of the ‘month’ truly is, by Earth standards] … they started to have a state of disorder or disrepair, or disarray, in themselves. So then they would get a feeling that others would carry on; and then they would ‘go’.
I said: How often does this happen?
And they said: Only once in our lifetime.
And I said: How long do you live after you have that child?
And they said that they pass soon thereafter.
I said: Well then, if it is only once in a lifetime, then that must be difficult, because you don’t have any practice. How would you know what to do, or what to expect?
And they said that they chat around with each other, and so they know what to do.
Interspecies Communication
Oh, one other thing: I said: How do you communicate with us? And they said: It’s a long-distance kind of thing.
Cosmic Rays
There was some talk about cosmic rays. As you may know, the level of cosmic rays hitting Earth right now … during this very deep Solar Minimum that we are experiencing … is very high. There are a lot of cosmic rays hitting Earth right now. And I was wondering if we are talking to the Saturnians right now because the atmosphere of Earth resembles more the atmosphere of Saturn than it would during a Solar Maximum. In other words, the atmosphere is thinner here on Earth right now.
It seems likely to me … this is just a guess … that the atmosphere of Saturn is gaseous but that Saturn itself is not so dense as Earth, and that, because of that lack of density, cosmic rays can penetrate to the very heart of Saturn … more so than here on Earth.
[I did some research on this. The atmosphere of Saturn is much thicker than that of Earth, but the atmosphere of the rings of Saturn, where, according to this channeling, the Saturnians live, is much thinner than that of Earth, and most likely, I feel, much more susceptible to cosmic ray bombardment than is the human habitat on the surface of Earth. That would mean that the Saturnians are accustomed to, and at home with, high intensity of cosmic rays in their home environment. (2) ]
If the Saturnians were created for that environment, that would be the environment that they would love. It may be that they feel more at home here on Earth when the atmosphere is less dense, as it is right now. And so that might be why we are talking to them right now.
As to the topic of Saturnians living within our human energy field, it seems to me that their beingness might be mostly ultraviolet in color. It may have something to do with cosmic rays, and so it may be through the cosmic rays that they intersect our energy field in the higher dimensions. I am sorry I cannot be more definite than that; this is just a theory.
From the perspective of my own clair hearing and vision, it seems to me that we communicate with the Saturnians when there are more cosmic rays in our atmosphere, as now. It is like this: It feels like a cone of sound in the ultrahigh frequency, extending from the crown chakra … the seventh chakra oldstyle … up above the head … very high up; perhaps three feet up … and full of energies of ultrasound, varying … like talking beyond the range of human hearing.
In terms of the clairvoyant faculty, it seems to me that this cone is shimmering with different movements of photons … of Light … like wearing a starry crown shaped like that … shaped like a very high hat … even, you might say, like Merlin’s wizard’s hat, only instead of having stars and new moons on a black background, it is shimmering lights and sounds. The Saturnians call this the ‘learning hat’, or words to that effect …

How Might We Best Channel Messages from the Saturnians to Humankind?
While the channeling by the Saturnians was taking place, I was speaking with another human being with regard to how we might transfer or channel information by sound from the Saturnians to humankind … because the main part of their message may have to do with sound that is beyond the range of human hearing … ultrasound.
Alice’s Stories: How the Heart’s Sylph Can Unite the Voices of the Congregation as One Harmonic. I have a suggestion and a theory about that, based on an experience that happened in church today, while we were singing. I had noticed, for a long time, a jarring sensation when I attempted to sing in accompaniment to the hymns as part of the congregation at the church … a feeling that the energy of my song was not flowing optimally with the energy of the song that filled the room.
Today I tried, with the first hymn, placing my Awareness in the hridaya chakra … the deep, inner sanctum of the heart, which some people feel is in the absolute center of the heart chakra, and which other people experience as a physical location in their physical hearts (to the left of that).
I asked the baby angel in my heart … the Baptismal sylph that is dwelling there … to find that spot and to sing from that spot the hymn. The feeling that I got when she did that, was that the resonance of the sound energy in the room shifted … not in a way that could be discerned with the human ear, but to do with the ultrahigh frequencies of sound that my angel was producing in the room.
This is about the singing in the church; it goes like this: When the sound was created in that way, it felt to me as if the sounds in the church all became one sound. In some way they all became united, or harmonic … harmonious … as if layers had been added between the voices of each person so skillfully that it became like one voice of a song that sang itself, rather than the song of many different people.
So my suggestion is to use this same technique in order to bring the learning of the Saturnians into the realm of the human heart.
Conclusion
I am trying to think what else they said … It was such a long session! … That is all I have for you right now.

(2) “Data from the Cassini space probe indicate that the rings of Saturn possess their own atmosphere, independent of that of the planet itself. The atmosphere is composed of molecular oxygen gas (O2) produced when ultraviolet light from the Sun interacts with water ice in the rings. Chemical reactions between water molecule fragments and further ultraviolet stimulation create and eject, among other things, O2. According to models of this atmosphere, H2 is also present. The O2 and H2 atmospheres are so sparse that if the entire atmosphere were somehow condensed onto the rings, it would be about one atom thick … The rings also have a similarly sparse OH (hydroxide) atmosphere. Like the O2, this atmosphere is produced by the disintegration of water molecules, though in this case the disintegration is done by energetic ions that bombard water molecules ejected by Saturn’s moon Enceladus.
