WIND

Alice to Readers: It is mid-morning. I am out in the wilderness. There is a gentle breeze blowing. I blow across the top of a soda bottle, making a soft sound.

My breath (my ‘Lung Wind’) is singing in the bottle.

Now I am calling the Wild Raven. I don’t see him yet.

Alice to Raven: Raven! Raven! ‘Cluck cluck cluck’ sound. Raaaven! I love you!

Raven: Caw Caw Caw!

Alice to Readers: The Wild Wind Is singing in the soda bottle. The Wild Wind’s voice sounds like my Lung Wind across the soda bottle, only much softer and more delicate.

Alice to Raven: I love you! Raven-Raven! Mister Raven!

Raven to Alice: Caw!

Alice to Readers: This is the voice of a strong young male Raven.

Alice to Raven: Father Raven! I love you!

Father Raven to Alice: Caw! Caw! Caw! Caw!

Alice to Readers: Father Raven is riding the Wild Wind high above the mountain.

Alice to Father Raven: Father Raven! I love you!

Alice to Readers: Hear the sound of the Wild Wind touching the camcorder?

Father Raven to Alice: Caw! Caw! Caw!

Alice to Father Raven: There you are! I am very pleased to meet you!

Alice to Readers: There are Ravens everywhere, you know? Just like the Wind the Ravens are. There was one right there. Father Raven answered me; flew way high up in the sky, over the mountain, and on. Onward!

THE WILD WIND HEALING TECHNIQUE

Focus on the Wild Wind.

Feel how the Wind is touching your skin.

Feel how it touches your fingertips.

Feel how it tickles the tip of your nose.

Feel how your hair is tossed by the Wind.

Feel how Wind rustles your clothes.

Feel the Wild Wind enter your lungs, and then feel how it flows back out again.

FEEL THE WILD WIND.

Then feel what hurts in your body or in the body of another person.

Feel the Wind and feel what hurts, both at the same time.

Hold your mind steady,  like a bridge between the Wind and the Hurt.

Then you may find that the Hurt goes away.
