Dear Ones,

In the early morning hours of 17 June 2022, during the week before Summer Solstice during the Solar Maximum of Solar Cycle 25, whilst betwixt the dreamtime realm and the waking realm, I learned that the tatterdemalion ghost I had been experiencing as lodged in the upper part of my central vertical power current off and on for several years now was the decaying astral form of a gentleman who had passed on.

As I understand it, he had had a habit of drinking, which put him in the way of some violent experiences by low life people after the bars closed. These experiences had wounded his Soul, and their astral record adhered to his astral form.

As you no doubt know, when we pass on we shed our physical forms. Then, according to esoteric lore, after a while we shed our astral form and our Souls and our mental bodies go on to the mental realms to digest the Soul knowledge we have gained during the recent lifetime.

Meantime, our slowly decaying astral form teeters here and there, wafted here and there in the astral plane. The astral form contains the emotion-filled thoughts stuck to it because of our recent experience in physical form. These may be thoughts filled with great joy, great ecstasy, great happiness; they may be thoughts filled with peaceful feeling, or contentment; or, in the case of records or adhering memories of Soul wounding experiences, they may be thoughts filled with anguish, or with the desire to kill or steal, or with regret, or with guilt over unwise paths of action that have been undertaken.

This decaying astral form, or ‘ghost’, or ‘astral shell’ (as it is termed in esoteric lore) may, when it is nearly completely decayed, I feel, take the form of the ‘tatterdemalion ghost’ of Appalachian folk lore. Because of the moonshine business that used to take place in the Appalachian Mountains, I feel it possible that the legend of the tatterdemalion ghost may have had to do with the Soul anguish of those passed -on mountain people with a habit of drink.

It could be that the tatteredness of these particular astral shells has to do with injury of the astral body during life by consumption of alcohol. I have read in the esoteric lore that certain substances … was it alcohol or maybe hard drugs? … when consumed may, over time, cause a hardening of the interior parts of the  pathways of Light between the astral body and the other subtle bodies of the human form. A person might think of this hardening as being transformation of wires made of Light to wood, for instance.

This way of describing the effect of these poisons on the human subtle bodies points out how the emotional responses are stultified over time. In other words, inappropriate emotions may flare up when the alcoholic or drug addict is confronted with this or that life situation. He may, for instance, feel rage and a desire to murder when confronted with a loving wife. He may feel great fear when faced with life’s challenges. He may feel despondent when waking up in the morning, rather than happy that a new day is beginning. Thus the emotional body may, over time, cease to function properly.

Emotions are found mainly in the astral form, and the astral form is that which people term a ‘ghost’ of departed Souls. So then, it could be that the ‘ghost’ of the drunkard or of the hard drug addict has an unusual shape … possibly a tattered shape, as in the case of the tatterdemalion … and that it may take a long time to decay, because of its transubstantiation during physical life from a Light quality to a wooden quality.

As you may be aware, the phenomenon termed ‘entity attachment’ or simply ‘attachment’ is an everyday event to do with life in physical form on Earth …

From time to time I sense entity attachments in my energy field. If negative, these attachments can lead to emotional and physical disease, and bad dreams, and self questioning.

Because our energy field is being temporarily ‘shared’ by a negative entity, we may question: Who am I? What is happening? Am I becoming someone else?

The surest route I have found to permanently ousting unwanted negative entities from my energy field is the kundalini yoga technique called ‘Sat Kriya’ ,,,

The thing about Sat Kriya is that it employs the Great Lock (or ‘Maha Bandha’) of kundalini yoga. This raises the electromagnetic force of our energy field brusquely up the central vertical power current (the kundalini channel, which is aligned with the spinal column).

When the human electromagnetic force rises quickly up the central vertical power current, entities lodged therein are thrown up and out of our personal energy field. In my case, when I did Sat Kriya after sensing an entity lodged at the top of my central vertical power current, I heard the entity say: Oh no, I can’t hold on any longer. I can’t get in.

I will say that gave me a sense of accomplishment … of victory, even … as I had been tormented by this unknown entity off and on for a few years. I had tried every astral chat channel I could think of, so as to determine if the entity was the astral form of someone I knew. I had come up empty-handed on that one; it was no one I could think of.

It was not till the wee small hours of this morning that I finally got the key to this puzzle. That entity, which could not be prevented from attaching itself to my energy field except through practice of Sat Kriya, was someone I had met long ago in this lifetime. Apparently he had a genetic anomaly that caused him to become very drunk on just a tiny amount of alcohol. That led to incidents of drunkenness over the course of his lifetime. Though he drank temperately, his genetic anomaly caused what little he drank to devastate his physical and astral bodies.

After he passed on, his Soul must have had a very hard time of it. Perhaps he felt a sense of kinship with me, as I am an empath and a Lightworker, and I deeply feel the anguish of other human beings. That may be why his astral form, and then his tattered astral shell, has wandered into my energy field from time to time in recent years.

We empaths and Lightworkers need to look to our own energy fields first, and clear them of entity attachments. How can we hope to heal planet Earth, or to heal our fellow human beings, unless our own energy field are completely healthy?

If you are bothered by an entity attachment, I suggest practicing Sat Kriya as a possible antidote (provided your medical doctor agrees it would be all right to do so).

I have seen online suggestions about ways to do Sat Kriya that are not like the 3HO way I was taught. For instance, some people say the chin should be tucked down against the chest. I disagree with that, as that would prevent the upwelling kundalini energy from clearing out the area of the head.

Instead, tuck your chin snuggly against your neck, so that you look a little like the British soldiers that guard the royal palace. This will help your head to be in line with your spinal column. That will allow the top of your central vertical power current to be cleared when the Great Lock thrusts electromagnetic energy up from the lower to the top part of your energy field. That will kick any tatterdemalion ghost that is lodged there right out into the astral plane. At least, that was my own experience of it.

In addition, I suggest that I myself do not get good results doing Sat Kriya while lying down. Thus I feel it is important to do Sat Kriya while the spinal column is vertical.

It is also important to use the mantra ‘Sat Nam’ rather than a mundane secular phrase of one’s own devising. ‘Sat Nam’ means ‘Truth is my name’. Speaking that mantra will imbue the central vertical power current with your own truth, and cast out the truth of those other, foreign beings that might be lodged there.

The Incoming Light of Summer Solstice … such as the Light we are now experiencing … is the best time of year to sense whether our energy field is clear, and whether it is completely stable. I find it is hard to keep my energy field completely stable during these times of high Light. So I use all the tools at my disposal … Sat Kriya, hikes in the mountains, meditation, yard work, listening to spiritual music, going to a church service … whatever will strengthen my sense of joy and Light and peace.

I hope each of you will find at hand all the tools you need to make the most of this beautiful Incoming Light of Summer Solstice.
