I feel that I ought to explain some things …

This thing about the Nanday parakeets was right cool. I kept laughing. They always took offense when I laughed. Don’t ever laugh at a parakeet … They take it personally.

Right before an X-flare, or during an X-flare, it seems to me that I can hear all the animals talking. It is so weird. Animals talk. Birds talk. Demons dance everywhere. It is way so weird.

Just to give you an example, it all seems to be cued to sound … the background noises. There are demons, I have noticed … Solar flare or no Solar flare … that follow the airplanes and scoop down to the Earth from the airplanes. They love that dark, rumbling noise.

I was out at PCH … Pacific Coast Highway, for those of you that are not initiated … maybe around 3:30 in the afternoon. I was going to get myself a sandwich by the beach.

Unfortunately the place where I went is right next to Route 1 (PCH), and the sound of PCH is very loud there, at the restaurant.

I went to park in a paid parking lot. The minute I pulled into that place I could tell there were tons of demons about. It had to do with the noise of Route 1.

I looked in front of me, and here was a man who was looking at my parking place and taking notes. I thought: Uh on! Here is a plot afoot. Something is up!

Behind me there was a group of men sitting at a picnic table. They were very rowdy. They had a bullying feeling to them. To the side of them was another man who looked at me and started laughing at me in a jeering voice. Maybe he was high; maybe he was just a bully. You know?

So I had all these signs: Demons dancing before the X-flare; some man tabulating my license plate in front of me … which had never happened before; a bunch of bully boys seated right behind me (between my car and the restaurant); and this man jeering at me.

My attention was on staying away from danger. So I went to pay, and then I headed for the restaurant. As I went out of the parking lot, I heard … You know the demonic astral story that happens sometimes? … It went like this: The demon was tempting the man standing there to open the iron horse that contained the money, and to take my $20 bill out, so that I would get a fine.

The man was saying: No, no, I can’t do that. No, no, I won’t do that.

So already I was thinking: Something really seriously is in the wind.

I went to get my sandwich, and that went without a hitch. Very fast.

So then I went to get a seat, and upstairs in a place near where I sat, there were the eight bully boys, sitting right there, and acting very mean!

There was another man in there who was trying to mesmerize … trying to brain-control the woman with whom he was sitting while they were eating.

COMMENTS: I think of this image more in terms of mind control on the psychic plane … the sort of mind control undertaken by black magicians and evil sorcerers. –Alice B. Clagett

It was like a congress of demons informing a bunch of people to do bad things!

I had a wonderful sandwich. It was delicious.

Then the bully boys got up and left. Then I heard the demon say: Well, we got your money out, and now you are going to find a big ticket on your windshield.

I thought to myself: I haven’t finished my backed potato, but I will just take that along, and we will see what is going on.

So I went back down to my car. There was nothing there.

Then it occurred to me that the man who had been standing in front of my car might have succumbed … People do this all the time … might have succumbed to that evil voice and might have lifted that $20 out of that envelope at the iron horse. On the day before an X-flare all kinds of things can happen.

I remembered I had gotten a parking ticket once before, and I had gotten a fine of $600 for that. I remembered how much effort it had taken to get the fine reversed.

So I found a check and wrote it out for $12, which was the true parking rate. I put that in the iron horse, thinking: Nobody would lift and cash that $12 check. It would not be worth it.

. . . . .

And so whatever it was that was planned that day did not happen. Overall though, that was a very bad experience.

Very bad things and very good things manifest, one after the other, right before and during an X-flare.

. . . . .

Then I went to the Nature Center, and there I found the Nanday parakeets.

And that is the story!
