It seems in the last part of the music that a man and a woman are talking. It is as if the man is the woman’s lover and the woman is in a mental institution.

The man says: What do you want?

The woman says: I don’t want anything. Please get me out of here. Please get me out of here.

He says: I can’t do that. I can’t do that.

At the end it is as if the violin itself implores: Oh, set me free!
