In the blog I discuss the different kinds of tantra, also known as tantric yoga. From my own practice of white tantric yoga, I have found that tantra has to do with jumps in energy states of the human energy field.

These changes in the human aura that take place during the practice of tantric yoga correspond to changes in the energy states of the electrons in our human electromagnetic field. Thus I discuss in the blog the energy ‘bump ups’ of electrons that occur during tantra. It is these ‘bump ups’ that transform our Awareness from that of the lower dimensions to that of the higher dimensions.
