BENEFITS OF ROOT LOCK, WHICH IS ONE OF THE ‘LOCKS’ OF KUNDALINI YOGA
KEGEL EXERCISES, WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO ROOT LOCK, ARE CREDITED WITH MANY PHYSICAL BENEFITS BY WESTERN MEDICINE
Dear Ones,
BENEFITS OF ROOT LOCK, WHICH IS ONE OF THE ‘LOCKS’ OF KUNDALINI YOGA
The ancient and very simple yogic technique called ‘root lock’ or ‘mul bhand’ is an easy way to avoid the astral plane, ground our energy in our physical bodies, dispel fear, and live a peaceful, happy life. Practicing root lock very lightly all day long creates a feeling of safety and comfort, since it preserves and augments the energy in the first chakra, the seat of our grounding in the physical world.
In this video, two ‘root lock’ techniques are mentioned. The first is root lock while holding the breath in after inhaling. This technique is good for pregnant women, for the very young and the very old, and for those challenged with physical issues.
The second ‘root lock’ technique described in the video, root lock while holding the breath in after exhaling, is good for those in the young adult years and in mid-life who are in good physical condition.
We can continue with a modified form of ‘root lock’ all day long, simply by pulling up and in on the perineum (the place on our body midway between the anus and the sexual organs). Though this is not mentioned in the video, I feel it to be an excellent way to ground in the physical body, avoid the astral plane, avoid fear and insecurity, and live in peace and physical joy.
Here is the short video on root lock by Carolyn Cowan …
And here is a very good, slightly longer video, with explanations about the physical benefits traditionally attributed to ‘root lock’, by Guru Prem. Guru Prem also illustrates ‘camel pose’ using root lock … It is a great yoga pose for the physically agile, but not essential to root lock, so do not be discouraged by his description of camel pose. You can do root lock all by itself, with great benefit …
KEGEL EXERCISES, WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO ROOT LOCK, ARE CREDITED WITH MANY PHYSICAL BENEFITS BY WESTERN MEDICINE
In Western medical parlance, root lock, or a series of exercises very similar to it, are termed Kegel exercises. Here is Wikipedia on the benefits of Kegel exercises …
“The aim of Kegel exercises is to improve muscle tone by strengthening the pubococcygeus muscles of the pelvic floor.
“Kegel is a popular prescribed exercise for pregnant women to prepare the pelvic floor for physiological stresses of the later stages of pregnancy and childbirth.
“Kegel exercises are said to be good for treating vaginal prolapse … and preventing uterine prolapse … in women and for treating prostate pain and swelling resulting from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostatitis in men.
“Kegel exercises may be beneficial in treating urinary incontinence in both men and women …
“Kegel exercises may also increase sexual gratification, allowing women to complete pompoir and aid in reducing premature ejaculation … in men.
“The many actions performed by Kegel muscles include holding in urine and avoiding defecation. Reproducing this type of muscle action can strengthen the Kegel muscles. The action of slowing or stopping the flow of urine may be used as a test of correct pelvic floor exercise technique.”

Introduction
I am about to explain my personal experience of raising the kundalini, which quite fortunately for me remains in an arisen state all these many years since. I will describe what I have learned about the kundalini yoga technique ‘Sat Kriya’. I know there are variants on this yoga practice, and I cannot speak for all of them.
To be on the safe side, I will offer links to where you can find detailed information on the technique that worked quite well for me. These techniques are copyrighted by Healthy Happy Holy Organization (3HO), so I cannot offer them verbatim in my Creative Commons blog. I feel confident, though, that the teachings will be preserved in years to come at the 3HO website … https://www.3ho.org/ ..
Before we take up the intriguing topic of using Sat Kriya to attain Enlightenment, here is a ‘sidebar’ highlight that contains information essential to mastering the secrets of kundalini yoga …
………………..
Sidebar: How the Kundalini Energy is Awakened: The Yogic Locks
The kundalini energy is awakened through mastery of the kundalini yoga bandhas or ‘locks’ … such as moola bandha (also known as root lock); uddiyana bandha (also known as diaphragm lock); jalandhara bandha (also known as neck lock or chin lock) and maha bandha (also known as the ‘great lock’ of kundalini yoga) …
Link: “Lesson 8 – Activating the Locks (Bhandas): An Introductory Course, Designed and Written by Guru Rattana, Ph.D.: Activating the Kundalini” … https://www.kundaliniyoga.org/lesson_8 … Search the term: Rootlock or Mulbhand … COMMENT: Note that the transliteration of these terms varies from author to author. To find the term, try various transliterations — such as, for example, ‘mulbhand’ or ‘mool bhand’ or ‘moola bhand’ or ‘moola bandha’. –Alice B. Clagett
Then, when the kundalini energy rises to and pierces through the crown chakra (the 7th chakra, old-style), we have our first taste of the mystical state known as Enlightenment.

… there was discussion of alternate nostril breathing and even nostril breathing as techniques to unite the subconscious mind and the conscious mind. These techniques bring the subconscious mind to the Light of Awareness.
However, the New Human on New Earth has not just two minds, but four minds, as discussed in section 10 of this blog …
Link: “Mastering the Mind and the Human EMF,” by Alice B. Clagett, written and published on 16 April 2016; revised on 12 February 2019 and on 18 June 2022 through October 2022 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-56Y ..
As well, we have four ‘bridges’ that connect one mind to the next, and connect the highest of our minds to the Great Unknown, the realm of Formlessness.
After practicing alternate nostril breathing, we must leap across two more ‘bridges’ of the human energy field and continue on to unite two more minds to the two already united.
What are these two minds remaining to be united in the Ascension process? These are the unconscious mind, relating to the very bottom of the body of Light of the New Human, and the superconscious mind, relating to the very top of the body of Light of the New Human.
Because of their location at the very bottom and the very top of the body of Light, the unconscious mind and the superconscious mind can only be united with the subconscious and conscious minds if the body of Light is built up and expanded to a greater volume. To be specific, the body of Light must be expanded in such a way that it encompasses the subpersonal and transpersonal chakras that are ruled by the unconscious mind and the superconscious mind.
The build-out of the body of Light cannot occur until the central vertical power current or column of Light (also known as the ‘kundalini’) that proceeds along the spine is completely cleared of energy blocks such as crisscrossed lines of Light and lines of Light that are ‘glommed’ or stuck together. It is the upward coursing of the kundalini energy that takes place during the practice of kundalini yoga which clears these energy blocks.
When the blocks are clear, then the filament of Light that is the kundalini glows very brightly. This filament becomes stronger and more capable of sustaining strong surges of electric power. There is more voltage, more ability to light up the very low-watt, very slowly spinning, very densely energetic subpersonal chakras. And there is more ability to light up the very high-watt, very quickly spinning, very energetically refined transpersonal chakras.
When all this happens, then the lit-up portion of the torus of the human electromagnetic field expands as well. The length of the lit-up portion of the torus of the human EMF begins to encompass the subpersonal chakras and the transpersonal chakras, one by one. When all the chakras of the New Human are bathed in Light, then all four Minds of the New Human are unified.
The agent of this unity I term Soul Awareness. In my own scheme of the human energy array, Soul Awareness and experience of the Eternal Now are the qualities of the 10th subtle body which I term ‘Monad’ after the esoteric lore. (The 10th subtle body of esoteric lore would be
known as the third transpersonal subtle body in Ascension lore.)
When all four minds are united in the New Human on New Earth, then all our Ascension gifts and our Ascension benefits will be available at our fingertips. This blog offers the key to the door of understanding.
The key to that door is kundalini yoga. The technique is simple, and has been available to everyone on Earth for decades now. But very few people know about it, and less practice it.
Through the practice of kundalini yoga, the kundalini can be raised. Raising the kundalini unites the four minds available to our Soul Awareness post-Shift. In addition, as will be discussed a little later, raising the kundalini heals the human electromagnetic field (the EMF) and alleviates Ascension symptoms.
One of the best techniques for gentle liberation of the kundalini energy is Sat Kriya. I can speak with authority on the topic of this kriya because it was one of my very first yogic practices. I found that by practicing this technique for 90 days I might become accustomed to it.
The first few tries were right rough, I found, even though I was still in the flower of youth when I undertook the practice. Thus I advise my readers just to ease into the technique a tiny bit at a time.
There is no need to start with a 30-minute practice, as did I. If 30 seconds seems like a long time, then try the technique for 10 seconds. Follow your medical doctor’s advice as well. Only practice this technique if your doctor advises that your health warrants it.
Sat Kriya Heals EMF Tangles and Alleviates Ascension Symptoms

. . . . .
Sat Kriya has many benefits. In the context of the Awakening, when Sat Kriya is practiced for just a minute or so each day, it can help us to go through the energetic clearing inherent in the Ascension process more comfortably, with less discomfort from what are termed ‘Ascension symptoms’. This is because practice of Sat Kriya … at least from the vantage point of my own experience … has many beneficial Ascension effects.
For instance, it seems to me that practicing Sat Kriya stimulates and strengthens the flow of the three energies of the central core of the human electromagnetic field, termed in ancient India the ida, the pingala, and the sushumna.
I also feel that practicing Sat Kriya creates psychic or spiritual heat (agni), which purifies the chakras and purifies the axiatonal lines of Light in the human EMF. (In ancient India, these nano-tubular energy channels were termed nadis.)
Agni, or spiritual heat, is the sensation we have when the EMF energy of the central EMF core ramps up, courses upward through the chakras, and floods out into the ‘outer apple’ of the torus-shaped human electromagnetic field (the EMF). This flood of energy then smoothes out the little ‘tangles and prickles’ in the outer EMF field. Those are the tangles and prickles caused by past life and present lifetime Soul wounding.
The outward-flooding energy encounters these tangles and prickles as obstructions to its flow. This obstructiveness translates into the psychic heat or agni which we experience as the clearing takes place. This can be quite an exhilarating experience, provided we understand its healing quality.
I also feel that when I practice Sat Kriya in the context of the current Awakening of Planet Earth … this great new step that humankind is taking into the Great Unknown … there is less jangling, less cognitive dissonance, and less experience of uncomfortable Ascension symptoms as the Incoming Light hits my electromagnetic field.
Western medical studies have not yet proven this, but through my own intuition I feel this to be true. The definitive test is to try out Sat Kriya yourself. Then you will know what benefits you experience. The proof, they say, is in the pudding.
Images of the Normal Human EMF and the Risen Kundalini
Recently I drew two images, one of the post-Shift human energy field during a ‘Dark Attack’ and the other of upward flowing energy during a time of high Incoming Light on Earth.
The first image below is that of a Lightworker experiencing a Dark Attack. I feel the state of the energy field in this image is quite like that of the normal human electromagnetic field when the central vertical power current has not yet been cleared and activated by raising the kundalini energy …

This next image is a good depiction of kundalini rising. Note that the post-Shift Incoming Light flows down around the outer torus of the human energy field, and then invigorates and reinforces our natural upward kundalini energy flow that takes place after the central vertical power current is cleared of Darkness. Or so it seems to me …

That is the experience I have had of the Incoming Light. I feel it is likely that, in times when Earth experiences a pole reversal, the direction of flow of the Incoming Light through the torus of humans may shift, mirroring that of Earth. What that experience may be, I leave to the future explorations of Lightworkers.

In comparing the two images, I note that the potential vastness of the human energy field is the same in both instances. It is just that the person with kundalini not yet arisen … like a spiritually awakened person experiencing a Dark Attack … is not energetically in touch with his or her vast energy field.
Getting in touch with the whole of our vast energy field … whether for the first time or after a Dark Attack … generally happens through spiritual practices such as pranayama or breathing techniques, meditation, sacred chanting or singing, prayer and spiritual reading, yoga, and constraint in the experience of sensual delights. Many spiritual traditions attest to the effectiveness of these ‘tried and true’ paths to greater spiritual Awareness.
Today I set before you the speediest and surest means at my disposal … Sat Kriya … in hopes you may find it just as useful in your Awakening as have I in mine.

Here are traditionally touted benefits of Sat Kriya, which, because of my own practice of the kriya, I intuitively feel to be true although, to be clear about it, the medical evidence is not yet before me.
I feel that the practice of Sat Kriya helps keep all the organs of the body functioning in tiptop condition.
It seems to me that it improves the lung capacity and stimulates blood and lymph circulation.
I also feel that the practice of Sat Kriya offers a chance to clarify and raise the kundalini energy which resides at the central vertical core of the human electromagnetic field.
It feels to me as well that the arisen kundalini floods the body with energy.
The below information may be helpful for those who want to do Sat Kriya, but find that practice to be physically uncomfortable when first attempted …

I have found a youtube video by Spirit Voyage that contains a thorough introduction to Sat Kriya …
Video … “How to Do Kundalini Yoga: Sat Kriya,” by Spirit Voyage, 20 February 2011 … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdMky3lpshg … COMMENT: The Sat Kriya exercise starts at timestamp 5:15.
I have these two hints for you: Before practicing ‘Sat Kriya’, be sure to take these preparatory steps …
First of all, inhale deeply, and then exhale deeply. Do this three times.
Secondly, tune in to God; let God’s grace and love lead you through this exercise.
A text description of ‘Sat Kriya’ has been put online by Healthy Happy Holy Organization (3HO) at their website “A World of Kundalini Yoga” … https://www.3-H-O.org … Once on the site, search for the term: ‘Sat Kriya’.
Link: “A World of Kundalini Yoga,” by Healthy Happy Holy Organization (3HO) …https://www.3ho.org/ … Search for the term:Sat Kriya
If you are physically challenged, you can make some adjustments in your practice of Sat Kriya and still enjoy its good effects. For instance, you do not have to do the pose while kneeling — You can be simply sitting in a chair, with your hands on your knees, spine erect, and muscles relaxed.
I feel you also need not use the mantra Sat Naam (which means “I am truth”), although that is a nice touch, and helps elevate a meditator’s frequency. I feel a person could substitute ‘A-men’ or ‘I am’ or whatever phrase represents the highest truth for that person.
All a person really has to do is …
A minute or two of ‘breath of fire’, which is to say: pumping the navel point in and out while breathing rapidly through the nose;
And then a couple of these breathing exercises …
Inhale completely;
Exhale completely and hold the breath out as you apply maha bandha, the Great Lock of kundalini yoga. (Chin is slightly tucked in, neck straight. Pull in and up on the perineum, the sexual organs, and the navel point.)

Because Sat Kriya is very powerful, and begins to work right away to raise the kundalini and to heal the tangles of the human EMF, I offer the following caveats …
See your Western medical doctor to make sure it is all right for you to practice this kriya. Then if your doctor agrees, here are some more cautions …
This kriya is often practiced for 3 to 31 minutes, but may I suggest, if you feel uncomfortable while practicing, just do the kriya for a minute or so, or stop altogether.
If you are unwell, but expect soon to be better, then wait till you are well before practicing Sat Kriya.
If you are chronically unwell, then avoid practicing Sat Kriya, and instead use whatever means are at your disposal to attain a healthy body before practicing the kriya.
Those who recently have had a colonoscopy, or who have had rectal surgery, or who are frequent rectal intercourse recipients … whether men or women … may be in the process of healing damage to the lower energetic mechanism of the central vertical power current of their electromagnetic fields. This can make the experience of kundalini rising very uncomfortable, and thus inadvisable. This is my own advice, to do with having taught kundalini yoga for quite a while, many years ago. For more on this, see …

For women: Avoid practicing this kriya while experiencing premenstrual syndrome (PMS); during menses; during pregnancy; and for the first 40 days or so after giving birth. This I learned from 3HO in days gone by.
The elderly and children under 15 years of age may wish to avoid practicing this kriya, or else practice it for only a minute or so. As I recall, this may be another thing I learned from 3HO a long time ago. They may have another idea about it these days; you can ask them about that.
No matter what your age or circumstances, be sure to rest 10 minutes after practicing the kriya. That relaxation time will allow the beneficial effects of your practice to circulate throughout your energy field, renewing and rejuvenating your physical and subtle bodies. Or so it seems to me, and so I learned long years ago.

If you find that Sat Kriya is not for you, do not lose heart. You can still raise the kundalini in other ways, although it may take a little more time and effort. For instance, you might try the breathing practices that I recommend in the first blog in this two-part series on enlightenment, which may be found here …

You might try the slow and careful practice of hatha yoga, along with chanting God’s name and singing His praises. In time … and though it may take more than one lifetime … I feel certain you will find the worthy goal you have set yourself can be achieved.
Intuitively, I have come up with some mudras, kriyas, and mantras on my own that I hope may be of help to each of you as you deepen your experience of enlightenment. These channelings of what seemed to me to be new mudras, kriyas, and mantras took place as a melding of my experience with kundalini yoga, my Reiki studies, and my Lightworker skills. All paths lead to God, for God is the Source of our Awareness, and the promulgation of its adventures in this wilderness waiting to be discovered, and the end to which the wanderer comes no matter what his mode of venturing forth. That from which we come is That in which we delve, and That to which we all return. Please rest assured: There can be no mistaking the adventurer’s path, and no failure in this sublime Soul effort we are undertaking as New Humans on New Earth.
Conclusion
Well, now you know quite a bit about Sat Kriya, which I have found to be a sure way to clear and brighten up the human energy field.
Sat Kriya is best utilized by those who are quite physically fit, I feel. I recall in the early years of my practice of yoga I used to hear that kundalini yoga harnesses ‘the power of the atom’. I took this seriously, and hope my readers will too. It is a very powerful tool indeed, and must be taken up with common sense and care.

Dear Ones,
ON EXPERIENCING THE DESIRE BODY OF THE WORLD
I read an interesting blog by Lightworker Dr. Suzanne Lie called “The Opened Corridor,” 11 August 2013 blog …
In it she talks about Lightworkers experiencing the desire body of all Earth, rather than personal desires. We are the planet! Mastery of multidimensionality, she says, means mastery of every thought we have, every emotion we experience.
The ‘desire body’ mentioned by Dr. Lie can be equated to the lower triangle of yoga. This desire body has to do with the lower three chakras, oldstyle, which deal with survival, creativity and procreation, and will power.
Dr. Lie is saying that one’s own lower triangle can be expanded to include everyone on Earth. Which is to say: To include the desire for survival, the desire to procreate, and the desire to exert one’s will, of all the people on Earth, both those in physical form and those on the astral planes of matter … the hellworlds, purgatory worlds, and heavenworlds of the afterlife experience (which might better be phrased the ‘between-life’ experience of the Soul).
THE ILLUSION: I WANT, I LOVE, I NEED
We are, in point of fact, always experiencing the desire body of everyone on Earth, for our lower three chakras, located as they are in the area of the colon, carry the energy of the unconscious mind, the ‘gut brain’, the involuntary nervous system. This unconscious energy circulates through Gaia as the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World.
In other words, our lower three chakras swim in an unconscious stream of energy that circulates worldwide. They are that. Yet we think they are our own desires, or at the outside edge of our Awareness, we may dip into the causal realm, by way of projective blame, and judge that our desires are the product of another person’s Machiavellian foisting upon us of their own desire.
Both these notions are false. We are not our desires. Our desires are reverberations of the collective unconscious here on Earth. No one else is our desires either; no other person makes us have them.
Rather, we experience, in our desire body, the desires of everyone everywhere. Ego masks the issue with the notion ‘I want’ … ‘I love’ … ‘I need’. The issue is, how can we awaken to the true nature of desire? How may we awaken to the understanding that we are already experiencing the desire body of all people on Earth?
THE CHAKRAS: FRONT FUNNEL, BACK FUNNEL, AND THE NULL POINT
You know how most of the chakras have a forward aspect or funnel, for interaction with the world, as well as a backward funnel extending out the back of the body? Then between these two aspects is a point of Light that is the ‘null point’… where time and space touch the Infinite. I have a hunch this null point is where the consciousness of each chakra in the ‘desire body’ (i.e., ‘lower triangle’) can expand to encompass the whole world. And, for that matter, the galaxy, this Universe, all Universes, and all alternate Universes.
ON STILLING THE KARMIC BUGALOO
But I am thinking, I will just start with something simple. I would like my desire body and my heart to awaken enough for me to balance my forward chakric funnels with my backward chakric funnels. This … here is my hunch … will decrease the reactivity of my lower triangle. It will still, and as it does, the karmic bugaloo will also slow. Nice theory, do you not think? Sounds pretty good! So here is a course of action I have been undertaking …
For each of chakras 1 through 3, I am going to sit quietly, notice where my energy is … and this is typically forward, in ‘interact with the world’ mode. Then I am going to place my Awareness at the same anatomical level, but close to the front of the spine. That should get me to the null point. I will know I have got the right spot if I feel a flood of energy from that chakra.
THE CHAKRAS OF THE LOWER TRIANGLE, PLUS THE HEART
Chakras to do with the desire body are: the heart, the solar plexus (navel point), the sacrum (sexual chakra), and the root or basal ‘chakra’. These are the green, yellow, orange, and red chakras, respectively, in the image below …

The ‘Lower Triangle’ Compared to the ‘Vital Body’
The ‘Lower Triangle’ of yoga comprises chakras 1 through 3, which is to say, the root chakra (basal chakra), the sacral (sexual) chakra, and the navel point.
The ‘vital body’ of Sri Aurobindo and Integral Yoga comprises chakra 4 (the heart chakra), chakra 3 (the navel point, or third chakra old-style), and another center located between the navel point and the sexual (second) chakra.
THE ROOT CHAKRA (BASAL CHAKRA) IS NOT REALLY A CHAKRA
The root (basal) chakra, which relates to survival and safety, is a special case, in that it has no ‘front’ and ‘back’ funnels. Instead, the root chakra itself … the red star in the above image … is the ‘lower’ funnel of this chakra, and the crown chakra … the violet circle at the top of the above image … is its ‘upper’ funnel.
THE ‘KUNDALINI CHAKRA’
What connects these two funnels is the kundalini energy which ripples up and down the spine. Thus, a more proper name for the double energy vortex would be the ‘kundalini chakra’, whose null point is the heart chakra.
THE HEART CENTER: THE HOLY CROSS
Thus the heart center might be visualized as two double vortices (two chakras) which form a cross. The first, the traditional heart chakra, has a front and back funnel, with a null point in the center of the chest at the level of the physical heart. This same null point is the center of the Kundalini Chakra described above. It looks a little like this …

The bases of the green funnels extrude from the front of the man’s chest and from his back at the level of the heart. The two heart funnels form the arms of a cross, and a vertical line connecting the red and violet funnels forms the shaft of the cross. The two green funnels represent the front and back vortices of the heart chakra; the red funnel represents the basal chakra; the violet funnel, the crown chakra; and the line connecting the bred funnel to the violet funnel represents the Pranic Column (the Central Vertical Power Current, or Kundalini).

THE BAPTISMAL SYLPH . THE LIVING, FIERY CROSS THAT GUARDS OUR HEARTS
There is yet another cross that is formed on the heart chakra when a person is baptized as a Christian. This is a cross that extends along the spine above and below the heart chakra, and to the left and right sides of the chest, like this …

DESCRIPTION: There is the silhouette of a man, facing forward. In the area of his heart is a fiery cross.
The Christian baptismal sylph is a loving living being of white flame, shaped like a fiery cross. It comes vividly to life when we feel devotion, whether through reading Scriptures, through singing hymns, or through helping other people.
The sylph itself stays with us all our lives, helping us feel our heart chakras. In time, through such service, it awakens to a higher state of being in the Devic Kingdom and is then know as a Seraph. From that point onward the Christian is partnered with a member of the Angelic Realm, its own true seraph, whom it may beckon to help it through life’s tribulations, in time of need.
In my experience, after a few years, our seraph grows very large, going off to explore God’s great Creation; yet it visits us on special occasions, such as Christmas and Easter, the Solstices, and the Equinoxes, if we ask. For our day-to day life, it leaves us with a new baby angel or sylph to cherish and sustain within our heart chakra.
You may have run across the term ‘Seraphim’ in the Bible. This is the plural of the word ‘Seraph’, the being which the young sylph is destined to become, just as we Christians are destined to be born again in Christ consciousness. The time of our new Awakening in Christ is right now, during this, the Awakening of Planet Earth.

ROOT LOCK AWAKENS THE KUNDALINI CHAKRA
The lower funnel of the Kundalini Chakra (sometimes mis-termed the root ‘chakra’) is the point of focus for the very powerful and ancient ‘root lock’ yogic technique. For men, that point of focus is the perineum (a point on the skin between the rectum and the sex organs), and for women, it is the tip of the cervix. Here is a good blog describing how to do root lock …
ON STILLING FEARS BY PLACING AWARENESS ON THE COCCYX
I have also noticed in my own energy system a reactivity to the world emanating from the root chakra and rippling up the coccyx. This upward ripple of energy courses up the coccyx like shallow waves over a sand bar or onto a shallow beach …
