INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

This video shows a big Hawk chasing a small group of Nandays through the sky. The Nandays are flying for their very lives!

Please excuse my odd intonation. I guess you can tell I was ‘rattled’ by the life-or-death scene that unfolded before me. It was very clearly not a ‘Huell Howser’ moment.

In each of the youtube captions for this video, the being that begins talking first is at the top of the list. The last being to talk in the space of the caption is the last one to be mentioned in the caption.

Please note that Hawks (being Apex Predators) take a long time to speak. (After all, they are august, fearsome beings, and they ought to be listened to at length.)

And so, in this video, Hawk may begin speaking near the beginning of a Caption, and may not stop speaking till the end of the Caption. But the other beings may speak briefly, one by one, while the Hawk is expounding.

The word ‘pontificating’ is sometimes used in this context, likely because Popes in days of yore (dubbed ‘Supreme Pontiffs’, ‘Roman Pontiffs’, or ‘Sovereign Pontiffs’) may have been given to long-windedness … unlike the Popes of today, who speak concisely and to the point.

I note the long-windedness of Hawks is rivaled only by that of Mountain Lions.

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

This HD video has an introductory word from a grateful Hummingbird. Then there is a heart-wrenching story of the murder of a Kabir Bird by a Hawk. When I heard this story, it really set me on edge. The things that the Songbirds must deal with every day … it is just mind-boggling!

We humans are very lucky to have a culture that helps us all to stay safe and productively working. In these fortunate times, people of all ages are protected by our laws and our customs. But amongst the Songbirds, predation of eggs, nestlings, and mature birds especially by Hawks, Owls, Coyotes, Wolves, and Cougars is an everyday event.

That is why it is so painful for us to hear about the day-to-day struggle of Songbirds for survival. It is as if we were to be cast back to a time when a slim number of early humans foraged about for enough food to keep them alive.

For those early humans who lived in cold climates, the winter months were always a survival test. For those of us who lived in arid climates, the dryseason was a challenge. And so it went.

I hope the story that unfolds in this video will not prove too harrying for you.

Rationale for Slow-Speed Video Segments: The Rate of Slowdown Has to Do with the Rate of Metabolism of the Birds at the Time They Are Speaking

I have presented video segments at normal speed, then slowed them down so that you can hear better what the birds are saying.

Hummingbirds have a metabolism 77 times higher than our human metabolism. Their speech is equally fast, so I find their vocalizations need to be slowed down to Speed 0.125x for us humans to properly understand them.

It must be that Kabir Birds (which I am guessing will turn out to be California Towhees) … and also Hawks … have a metabolism in between that of Hummingbirds and humans. That must be why, when I slow the Speed of a pertinent video segment to Speed 0.25x, it is easier to understand the lingo of Songbirds and Hawks.

I note the metabolism of both Songbirds and Hawks must speed up mightily at the moment when the Hawk catches the Songbird and devours it, as I needed to slow down that video segment to Speed 0.125x so that we humans could understand what the participants in this drama were saying at the moment when tragedy struck.

So now you know the logic behind the presentation of a segment below first at normal speed, and then at a slower speed. It is to facilitate our understanding of the words the birds are saying, and the emotion that their words convey.

The video is in high definition (HD) to help present with clarity the frequency range of birds’ vocalizations.

I ought to let you know that I am a little at odds with my transcript of the Hummingbird’s speech at the beginning of the video. The emotion of the slowed video segment was clear to me, but the words shifted a little each time I listened to the slowed video segment. I hope I got it right, but I am not completely certain of that.

The speech of the Mother and Father Raven and of the Kabir Birds and the Hawk seemed crystal clear to me. I can vouch for the accuracy of my transcripts for that part of the Summary. I hope, what with high definition and all, that you will be able to distinguish these words and the emotion conveyed by the slowed Kabir Bird and Hawk segments as well.

It could be that the Ravens began this Courtship Dance because of a pool party that was taking place at the residence down the hill from where I live. It could have been the music that was being played at the party, or maybe the sound of happy conversation amongst the young people at the party.

[Father Raven, who was sitting on the telephone line next to Mother Raven, wipes his beak on the telephone line, then walks away from her and up the telephone line.]

Alice to Ravens: ‘Bye, you guys! Bye!

Father Raven says telepathically to Alice: Follow me, not her!

Alice: Bye!

I pan to Father Raven. He pecks slowly, over and over again, in a formal manner, on the telephone line.

I pan to Mother Raven. She bows her head so that her beak touches the telephone line, makes a water gulping ‘Woof’ sound, then lifts her head, ripples her neck muscles, and fluffs her head and neck feathers as if she were drinking. She does this over and over again.

Father Raven backs back down the telephone line. When he gets near Mother Raven he wipes his beak off several times on the telephone line.

Alice to Readers: Father Raven rejoins Mother Raven on the telephone line. He begins to say: CLUCK-cluck-cluck CLUCK-cluck-cluck CLUCK-CLUCK.

This is not really the phonetic pronunciation of his song; it is just a distant approximation. You need to listen for slight variations in rhythm, enunciation, and melody. These variations convey different verbal messages.

Father Raven to Mother Raven: K-k-k-k-k-k-k-p!

Alice to Readers: Father Raven says to Mother Raven one more time: CLUCK-cluck-cluck CLUCK-cluck-cluck CLUCK-CLUCK.

Hummingbird flies past the dancers zip zip!, while vocalizing.

Mother Raven opens her beak as she gazes at Father Raven, who lifts his head upward a little.

Sidebar: How the Meaning of the Raven Words ‘Walk, walk, walk!’ Changed from Raven to Raven

Hawk Fighter, the Father Raven that used to be in this locale used the term ‘Walk, walk, walk’ when he saw a Mother Hawk nearby. He wanted me to walk outside and ‘start’ the Hawk from its perch so that he could engage the Hawk in aerial combat. His intention was to upset the Hawk so that it would disgorge its food. Then the Raven or his wife would grab the food in midair so that they could eat it or feed it to their nestlings.

But this Raven pair you are viewing today use the term ‘Walk, walk, walk’ differently. They speak these words when they are leaving their tree, or when they are approaching my house. That gives me a ‘heads up’ that they are awake early in the morning, and then later that they are visiting me.

You know, this is an incredible performance. It really points out how deep dance goes in portraying the mythology of a species’ tradition. It truely does. It is the same with human dance.

You can learn so much about the fundament of a civilization by viewing their dance.

The Ravens’ dance form expresses their deep connection with Earth herself … with the sacred import of the simple things of their existence.

How import the water is for survival of the Ravens! How important love is!

To the Ravens, courtship and mating have the same amount of longing in them as does the desire for water. It is that deep. It is that great!

It is not a matter of small import … of choosing this Raven one day and another Raven the next. The Raven Father and Mother are bonded as deeply as our physical beingness is bonded to the need for water in order to survive.

Pretty cool, huh? Very cool. I mean, what could humans learn from that, in these days? It might save our lives to learn what the Ravens know! Don’t you feel it to be so?

Hello, Dear Ones,

I Am of the Stars, and we are in the midst of it!

It is 3 pm on Friday, 10 May 2024. About 3 hours ago … [Laugh fest with raven … “Dudes, dudes!”] … at 11:45 am Pacific Times, there was the first strike of a series of coronal mass ejections (CMEs) that are destined to hit Earth in the coming hours.

At this moment the Kp Index is 9, and we are experiencing a G4 Severe Geostorm … [CORRECTION – the Geostorm Scale moved to G5 – Extreme Geostorm Event – as I made this video.].

You can hear from the sound of the helicopter over there that it is likely there has been an accident on the freeway, and that they are bringing in people who have been injured or possibly even killed on the freeway to the heliport in the Nature Preserve.

In addition, I have showed you just a little of what is going on with the hawks and the ravens. They are apparently even more sensitive to geostorms than I am. I cannot get you all the footage of what is going on in the Raven and Hawk world.

Here is just a little … [Sound of raven battling with a hawk in the air.] … Don’t hurt each other! Watch out!

[I moved round near a bougainvillea bush to watch the sky fight, and that upset a wrentit, which shrilled, over and over again: PLEASE don’t hurt my babies! (and many
other admonitions).

Then the raven circled overhead and I said: Calm yourself! It’s OK. It’s just a geostorm. But it is going to go on for a long time. Be careful!

At timeframe 38:45 and following in the video the question is asked: “What is a bird’s greatest concern?”

The answer is: Safety. They are hypervigilant for predators. The most fearsome predators of songbirds are Accipiters, including red-shouldered hawks and Coopers’ hawks among others. Coopers’ hawks can fly 60 mph.

The Ravens and the Hawks were acting quite wild the day that my video was filmed. It could be the mother wrentit in my video was imploring the hawks rather than me when she yelled out: “PLEASE don’t hurt my babies!”

Now I will tell you a little about this geostorm so far. Spaceweather.com online thinks that it may be a near-Carrington Event. You may know about the Carrington Event that occurred in the mid-1800s, and how it caused the telegraphs to shut down all over the North American content.

I will read you a little of what happens during a G4 geostorm … which is not yet a G5 … but maybe, in the coming day, as five more CMEs are bound to impact Earth during that time.

As to power systems, there are possible voltage control problems with power systems and some protective systems in our power grids. Spacecraft operations might have surface charging and traffic problems and trouble with orientation. Pipeline currents might occur in other systems such as high-frequency radio propagation … navigation on the oceans. Auroras are sometimes seen as far south as Alabama and Northern California.

I have tried doing my famed geostorm vase test inside, and I could hear it. It was a low “Whoo woo woo” sound.

[Shows a clip of the geostorm vase test inside the house.] This is the geostorm vase test inside. I can hear it, but I don’t know if you can … “Whoo woo woo.”

[Back to outside:] Out here, because of the sound of the helicopter, I do not think that it is valid, but I will give you a chance to hear it anyway: “Woooo woooo woooo woooo”

I am hearing: “Woooo woooo woooo.” I think this has more to do with the helicopter than with the geostorm, but it could be there is a geostorm component.

I will try again. [You can hear:] “Woooooo woooooo woooooo woooooo woooooo.”

All day long weird things have been happening with my computer. For instance, I had my world-class WordPress website up online. I was working with the administration end of it. And suddenly when I scrolled down the page, instead of scrolling down the computer started changing the size of the font on the page. It kept on doing that. And it did some other really weird things.

It was not WordPress; it was the approach of the geostorm. These strange anomalies occur in electronic equipment all the time during geostorms.

When I got back from doing my errands I just took the briefest nap. I was woken up by a phone call, but the ring suddenly stopped. And then there was a doorbell sound at the front door. By the time I looked out, the person that had apparently done that was way up the hill already.

And so, there are some strange signaling errors with regard to electronic devices and telephones right now.

I am going to try to get online for this reason and that, but heaven only knows what is going to happen when I try that.

This is Alice, just letting you know we are now at severe, G4 Geostorm Level, and it is only the first strike. The Kp-index is 9 for the first time in a very long time.

So the Incoming Light is falling down and offering us gifts. If we approach the Light in a positive frame of mind, it will bring us our Ascension gifts.

But if we are only a little bit fearful, the fear can cause some turmoil in our electromagnetic field, Anxiety in particular is damaging to the gifts of the Incoming Light.

If that is true, then what will happen is: They will be there, at the top or around our electromagnetic field, available for us to call in and use later on when feel a little more copacetic.
