SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Franklin Fire Aftermath 5: Heading North from the Pacific Ocean on Malibu Canyon Road – 20 December 2024”
By Alice B. Clagett

I’m approaching the entrance to Malibu Canyon Road at Pepperdine University right now. Let’s see if we can get any photos. From the other direction I am approaching the Michael Landon Community Center, but I am going to turn right at Malibu Canyon Road. Yeah, It looks like it.

[Now Pepperdine University is on my left.] I see the fire burned on the opposite side of the road. I will bet that was scary for the students. It burned behind the University too. Oops! A big burn right there. Oh, burned all over there too [to the right], but not in the housing development, I think.

Gee. Gee. You know, I thought there was a fire in Malibu not too long ago, right? I thought this area was all burned down right much. Guess I am wrong about that.

I see a work area. There are fire fighters, I guess. I guess they are waiting in case the fire should flare up again someplace. I will bet that is it.

Oh boy. Wow. Hope I got some of that footage. Oh gee; it leaped over to the righthand side of the road too. Why right here of all places? Oh gosh.

Oh golly. Oh my. Oh my! Oh my! Gosh! These tall mountains were burned up to the top here. Gosh, I wonder if those houses that sit on the very top of the mountains made it through ok.

Oh golly, Malibu Canyon Road is looking right rough through here. Oh my. That is Francisco Ranch Road to the left … It is a private road. On the right, it is business as usual for Bonsai.

Oh golly. Well. This reminds me of the area north of Ojai … on that road that goes north of Ojai … some years ago, when it burned. The mountains looked a little like this.

Gee. I wonder how it looks over at Malibu Creek State Park.

Oh golly. I hope I got some of that footage. Gee.

Up at the top of that mountain I see some trees that made it.

When I am driving like this I cannot tell what kind of pictures I am getting. I hope some of it is coming out ok.

Gee. I think I see some greenery up this way. So some of Malibu Creek and Malibu Canyon Road is burned, but up this way … where the road takes a sharp turn … that might have cut the wind off. And then over here north of the curve it is not burned.

Well this caught fire right here to the right of the road. But down in the creek bed the trees are not burned. Not here.

Golly.

Ok, so that is the story: People were afraid the fire was going to come roaring up the creek, and the fire got halfway up the creek, and it looks like it may have been properly stopped right there. That would make at least some portion of Malibu Creek State Park safe from the fire. And Gillette Ranch would have been safe.

I am sure they were concerned. But it looks like, as things stand, and unless the fire starts back up again, it will probably be ok.

That is it for now, guys, on the Franklin Fire Watch! You all, take care! Have a great Holiday Season!

By Alice B. Clagett

My camcorder battery ran out just at the time when I was going past Malibu Canyon Road. You can see all along the road here that the fire burned both sides of Pacific Coast Highway, and also hit the Landon Community Center and headed north on Malibu Canyon Road.

Over on the left there is damage ]to an undeveloped area near the Civic Center] … looks like beginning where … over on the other side, looks ok. This is where you go down to the … is it the Civic Center? … the Court House.

Oh, gee. The mountains look ‘crispy critter’. We are going down towards the Courthouse and the Library right now

………………..
Sidebar: A Telepathic Conversation about How the Malibu Homeless Fared During the Franklin Fire

This is a telepathic conversation with three people opposite the Malibu Library. I have no idea whether it is true.

I was talking to some people gathered over to the right of Civic Center Way just now. It looked like they might be homeless? I asked them if it was really true that three homeless people had died during the Franklin Fire. [I had heard that telepathically a moment earlier.] They said the people had died of smoke inhalation.

I spoke telepathically to one of the men, and asked him if he was outdoors too at the time? If so, how did he save himself?

He said he used a COVID mask and then it was ok.

………………..

I am going through downtown Malibu right now. I am not seeing any smoke damage.

This arroyo here got hit; it looks like the fire flashed through it, and almost down to the road. The houses look ok.

[Pans right, towards the Pacific Ocean.] This is the Michael Landon Community Center over here. It could be something has gone wrong here. At Malibu Bluffs Park there has been a big fire along the side of the gorge to the edge of the building. I think there may be damage to the Community Center building.

Yes, the fire went down the gorge. I don’t know how it arrived here. It seems to have caused some extensive damage out that way, [in the direction of the Pacific Ocean].

It looks as if the structure … from what brief glimpse I had … has also been compromised to some extent?

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

In this video I am checking on the state of the Franklin Fire that started in Malibu. I drove south on Kanan Dume Road, then turned left onto Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Here is what I saw …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Franklin Fire Aftermath 2: Good News for the Wild Animals at Rocky Oaks Park – 20 December 2024”
By Alice B. Clagett

I have gone over Newton Pass on Kanan Dume Road. Just after the Pass the air started getting thicker with smoke.

Now I see there is a cloud of smoke hovering on top of the Pacific Ocean. Down here [pans right] … Yeah. That is the ocean. But you cannot see the ocean for the cloud of smoke that is down there. [I’ll] be down there in a minute. See there [zooms in] you can see how the smoke lies upon the land. Right?

So I seems there is a corridor of smoke along PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and extending out into the ocean. [pans left] That is the ocean behind those hills there.

. . . . .

What you have here … Latigo Canyon Road and PCH … is a rather murky atmosphere. It is almost like being underwater, is it not? There is quite a lot of smoke piled up along the coast. I can see some blue ocean; at least there is that.

………………..
Sidebar: A Poignant Telepathic Communication

I just saw a man dressed as a homeless man, wearing his backpack and his bedroll on his back, trekking north on foot along PCH. I asked him where he was going, and he said “As far as I can go.” He had had just about enough of this.

………………..

There are not tons of people parked along the ocean here. There are very few.

I’ve seen very few people in Malibu. This is Malibu, I think … or close to it.

Malibu is 27 miles long. This is what is known as Central Malibu, a long thin stretch along the Pacific Ocean.

Oh, fire! [pans left towards the mountains.] The fire hit here. Did you see that?

Ok, here is more. Fire hit off to the left here, and burned to the edge of the freeway.

Oh! The utility lines are down, and some of the eucalyptus trees have burned. Can you see that?

Oh dear. These houses [on the left] look ok, but it is all burned up above them, and on the mountain range behind the houses. And back here, the fire came through, and raged on down to PCH where it was stopped.

On the other side of PCH … the side towards the ocean … it is ok. I think the cars in front of me [heading east on PCH] are all stopped to see what has happened. The traffic is nearly stopped right here. I think it is ‘looky-loos’, don’t you?

………………..
Sidebar: A Long-Distance Telepathic Talk with Mr. Hawk

I spoke with Mr. Hawk [not Owl] just then … the one with whom I promised to get in touch. I let him know I saw no fire whatsoever on the way down to the ocean. I think he is safe. I think his area at Rocky Oaks Trail is going to be ok.

That mountain there burned. I’ll bet that looked spectacularly scary while it was burning. I can only imagine. It must have frightened everybody here.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

“Franklin Fire Aftermath 1: Talking with Wild Animals at Rocky Oaks Park – 20 December 2024”
By Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

This is a report on the Franklin Fire which I think is nearly put out now. I am over here at the intersection of Mulholland Highway and Kanan Road in the Santa Monica Mountains. There is a very thin, bluish grey haze on the mountains and on the houses.

There is a little park here … Rocky Oaks Park … in which I just spent a few minutes.

I noticed that there are no animals around … and no birds to speak of … just one bird that I saw, a medium-sized bird, not a smaller bird like a sparrow … a little bigger.

I tried to check to see if there are any Ravens around; I called the Ravens, but nobody answered. Then a voice said … as it turned out it was an Owl … it said that the Ravens had all flown south.

I said: Did the Hawks stay here?

And the Owl said: Yes, the Hawks stayed here.

I asked: Did the Owls stay here?

That was because I did not know it was an Owl. I thought it was a Hawk. And it said … It has a more mournful voice than a Hawk but a similar low … how do you say? … whispering voice. It sounded like a male voice even though there are obviously both males and females.

The Owl said that the Owls stayed there.

I said: I did not see any Songbirds. Where are the Songbirds.

And the Owl said that the Songbirds had flown away.

If this is good intel, then it must be that the Ravens are helping the Songbirds to leave and telling them where they might go in cases of forest fire … just as they tell the Songbirds, when the Hawk is there, that they should ‘lay low’ so as not to be eaten.

. . . . .

I meant to mention, when I talked about the Ravens and the Franklin Fire in my last report, that it seems to me, during a fire or an emergency, that the Ravens are very well organized … and amongst the strong fliers … that would be the males … there will be one in one valley that looks for signs of fire and listens for intel from the valleys around it, and informs the Raven sentinel or sentinels over the ridge lines around its territory in the Santa Monica Mountains what is going on. So word spreads very quickly amongst the Ravens.

. . . . .

The other day, when I was on the Castro Peak Motorway, there was only one Raven that I saw, although there may have been others. Most likely there were quite a few others. Usually there are quite a few more Ravens around. So at least one Raven, or a few Ravens, must be staying in one ridgeline area, and then relaying information. They are Sentinels for the fire.

The Ravens know where the fire is right now. They have been telling me that the fire is over by the Pacific Ocean right now. Someone else said that the fire is in Trancas Canyon right now. I am going to go find out.

. . . . .

I should tell you also that I remember an incident that occurred while I was on Castro Peak Motorway: A helicopter went over, heading north from the Pacific Ocean. In the helicopter were some men. One of the men was in a state of upset and bereavement. One of his friends had been killed while fighting the forest fire.

We Lightworkers need to be ready, when people are going through the air like that … It often happens they have suffered bereavement, or they have seen an accident that involved loss of life … maybe of young couples, newlyweds, or of small babies … that upsets them quite a lot.

We have to be able to offer them a peaceful mind and a positive state of our own emotions so as to help them anchor in the higher realities, I feel.

. . . . .

Thanks to Mr. Owl for the help he gave. To Mr. Owl: Thank you very much for the information. I am very grateful.

Thank you to that brave Songbird for staying here. I am glad to see you.

Alice to Readers: It’s a ghost town here!

Here is where we are right now [shows trail sign]. It is called Rocky Oaks Loop Trail. It is a short trail; kind of a nice trail.

. . . . .

I came back to the car here at Rocky Oaks Trail and I asked one more time whether there was anybody around in this forest.

[Sees Raven flying overhead.] To Raven: Raven? Raven?

Raven speaks in a high, flutelike, anxious voice: There is a Hawk there. I cannot land there right now.

Alice to Raven: Ok.

Alice to Readers: Raven says there is a Hawk there so it cannot come around.

But anyway, I asked the Squirrels where they were.

And the Squirrels said: We went that way. [Alice points north.] They said: There is too much smoke here.

Alice to Readers: It seems like even the Squirrels have migrated to a quieter place.

. . . . .

A further update: I was about to leave … and I asked the Raven if that was a Hawk or an Owl over there, because it said it was an Owl. Somebody over that way [Alice points east, towards Kanan Road] … who will not say who they are (but they say they are not a Rabbit) says I should know that is a Hawk, not an Owl.

So I am guessing it is a Hawk, but it sounds rather lugubrious because of all the smoke here. That is what I am guessing.

There is a lot going on right now!

. . . . .

Over that way [points east, towards Kanan Road] … in the other direction from whatever it is, a Hawk or an Owl, I heard something that definitely sounded like a young Hawk.

The Young Hawk said: That guy [Alice points to the mystery bird] is a Hawk but he pretends he is an Owl.

I said: Oh, because Owls are protected?

The Young Hawk said: Exactly what it was.

Alice to Readers: I am here to say that Hawks and Owls and Ravens all are protected, along with most Songbirds, by a law that was passed in the 1900s. The only problem is that the enthusiasts for Owls are greater in number than the enthusiasts for Ravens and Hawks. That ought not be so, because the penalty is equal for injuring each of them .

. . . . .

I just heard a bird cry ‘Kew, kew, kew!’ I was not sure what kind of bird it was. Then the Hawk that feels mournful said: That is a different kind of Hawk, I think a smaller Hawk.

Then I heard a Raven say ‘Hawk’ in a sotto voce way, and I saw two Ravens fly over. The Ravens said nothing more.

Telepathically I said: The Ravens are not talking today.

Telepathically one of the Ravens said: Smoke hurts the throat.

. . . . .

Then I was thinking about the sad Hawk here.

Telepathically I said to the Hawk: The Mice have not gone away. Maybe you could find a Mouse.

Telepathically the Hawk said: Yes, I might find a Mouse.

Then on the telepathic plane I heard a great number of Mice saying, in a baritone voice: Don’t advise the Hawk of whom it might find.

Alice to Readers: I did not know that Mice had a voice that mighty. I guess when they are all banded together they can make that sound if they all think that thought at the same time. That is amazing. ‘Don’t advise that Hawk of whom it might find’.

. . . . .

There is a lot going on here today, I have to say … right here at the beginning of Rocky Oaks Trail.

I was mentioning to you what a big voice the Mice could make when they all decide to do so together.

Then on the telepathic plane I heard someone say over that way [Alice points east, towards Kanan Road] … that it was the Ranger over there who was making that sound.

And I said telepathically: Isn’t that the Mice talking?

And they did not say anything at all.

Then I said to all the wild animals that I had heard on the news that the Franklin Fire was nearly out.

The Big Hawk that is right there … the one I had mistaken for an Owl … said: It can’t be almost out, or it would not be so smoky.

I said: That is why I am going to go find out for myself.

Big Hawk said: ‘Don’t go too close to it’. It was thinking: ‘You might singe your wing feathers.’ Then it thought: ‘She does not have wing feathers’. Then it thought: ‘… or whatever’.

Alice to Readers: I hope that things are less tense over as I get closer to the fire.
We will just have to wait and see … [I am going to go find out what else is going on.]
