SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
On to another thing that happened during the church service today: I was thinking about my fifth chakra (my throat chakra), and how it prattles on during the church service. And I was thinking: What could I do to prevent that from happening … to help the throat chakra still, and be calm, and be a little more wise in what it says.
This is what came to me: I could say this affirmation: Let Jesus Christ speak through my throat chakra. Let Jesus Christ speak through my throat chakra. Let the voice of Jesus Christ speak through my throat chakra.
In that way the parables of His life might become real for me and for others who are able to hear that clair voice. This also worked a little today. I feel that, with time, that affirmation will work much more fully, in stilling my throat chakra.
Those who are Buddhists might say: May the peace of Gautama Buddha emanate from my throat chakra.
It is something you can think about; you can try it if you like.
