Dear Ones,

Here is a poem about seeing things differently from most people …

LIGHT OF THE WORLD
A Prose Poem by Alice B. Clagett
Date Unknown

If you would discover miracles,
Cast your eyes where others don’t.
If they’re watching the play in the forest,
Feast your gaze upon the trees.

How solid seem the mummers on the stage!
The eyes of many make it so.
But there betwixt the trees,
What Great Truth bides?

Relax your gaze. Wait patiently.
When Wisdom stirs the air,
The heart thus straying from the public eye
Lights all the world with wonder.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
