through electronics in modern cars; or
through GPS implants in transportable modern electronics
… to the end of home burglary while people are travelling, or with a view to threat to life and limb while travelling … be evaluated, and the results presented to the public.
I note what seems to loom as a critical danger of identity theft and potential location tracking in Microsoft’s centralization of customer identity and habit information, and ask that this danger by evaluated by cybercrime analysts. If there is a danger, what is its urgency; and how may it be mitigated?

This is a Call to Action: I ask that economists calculate the current cyber crime drag on the United States economy.
Also that they calculate the tipping point at which an internet presence for banks, stock brokerages, and online stores will become no longer economically feasible.
Has the tipping point already been reached? If not, can the date be extrapolated, and may financial institutions and online merchants be informed of this date, so that the move of financial matters away from the internet may be accomplished in an orderly way?
Telephone and fax offer alternatives to conversations currently taking place online. I gather that phone service may also have been cyber criminalized, and request research into resolving telephone privacy as well as cyber secure faxing, If these cannot be attained, then I suggest advising telephone service customers of this, so that an orderly move can be made back to paper correspondence and to the United States mail.
I note, for instance, the need that will arise for goods catalogs, such as the old Sears catalog, to replace Internet giants such as Amazon.com, and the need that will arise for greater stocks of inventory in local community stores.
I note the coming need of greater personnel in the United States Postal Service, to provide service for transactions formerly posted online.
I note the coming need for more paper production (hence more timber planting) to replace paperless online transactions.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
This is a Call to Action for the United States.
Some years ago I noticed, online, on “The World Factbook” …
… descriptions of various countries in the world, and recommendations for United States tourists regarding the perils involved in travel to those countries. There was a rating scale regarding perilousness in travel to foreign countries. I do not know if that is still online in the CIA’s “World Factbook Factbook” for tourists today, but it was a wonderful service for tourists, I feel. I see that similar information for tourists is now located here …
… I had a notion regarding travel risk ratings for United States tourists: It seems to me, from a clair perspective, that there may be a few towns in the United States … or possibly, counties … where the rule of law and order is not what a tourist might anticipate.
If there are such towns, it might be helpful to have a trustworthy list of places to avoid, or of activities to avoid in those places, here in the United States.
Just as background, it seems to me that there are towns, here in the United States … and elsewhere in the world … for which the local populace … the local ‘ethos’, you might say … is such that law-abidingness is less valued … especially with regard to local people’s actions towards people who are just passing through … than might be the case in other towns and locales.
Sometimes the people in a place are used to things just the way they are. They may never have traveled to other towns. They may not know about the standards of law-abidingness that are held to even in counties in the next state. So for whatever reason, it is not as safe to be there, if you are a stranger, as it would otherwise be.
For whatever reason …
whether because of the low level of the economy there (because it is hard to get by there),
because perhaps there is a tradition of elevating non-law-abidingness in that locale that is held to by everyone in the town …
… whatever the reason, it may be impossible … at this time, and in this space … for the people in that locale to change.
I feel that a slowdown in the income stream from tourists to these locales would be very telling. It would be more of an argument to the local people, to make that change to a more conventional law enforcement agenda, than anything else.
Money talks, and so I feel that advising tourists along these lines would have short-term and long-term benefits …
Short-term benefits, in terms of safety for tourists,
And long-term benefits, in terms of greater uniformity regarding enforcement of law codes accepted in most of the United States.

In recent years, I have discarded my pillow at night, and started using a towel, folded in four, and then with the end of the four-folded towel folded twice over, under my neck, when I am sleeping on my back.
In the below image, the right-hand side of the towel is placed near the headboard, leaving the left-hand fold under the neck, and the four-folded towel under the back of the head …

The height of the folded towel needs to match the vertical distance from the bottom of the head to the neck. I find this prevents airway narrowing and helps deepen sleep.
Intuition tells me that this technique might help prevent snoring and infant crib death as well. I do not know if the scientific research is out there, as yet. It would be great to see the numbers crunched.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I had a thought for research with regard to the ongoing HIV pandemic. I was wondering if it is possible that exposure to people with high titer … who have a lot of the virus in them … and who have AIDS … might create a greater titer in the person who is exposed to them. I was wondering if research could be done on that.
My rationale is that … say, when you have a little sniffle, and you go to church, and people with colds, then the legend is, that it is more likely that your cold will get worse, because you have been exposed to more of a load of the airborne virus … to a greater ‘viral load’.
HIV is a virus, although not airborne, and I just wondered if exposure to a greater viral load, through contact with body fluids … say through sexual intercourse with someone whose titer is higher than yours … would increase the severity of your own symptoms. So that is my question: Would the Western medical community take that up, and find out whether or not it is true?
If it is true, then thing to do, would for people with AIDS to stay with people whose titer is about the same as your own. Or for people who have HIV and not AIDS, to stay with other people who have HIV and not AIDS. And that would be a way of managing the symptoms of that infection. That is my thought.
