Here I am speaking the very well known Prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel that was written by Pope Leo XIII over a century ago. I speak it in both English and Latin.

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I guess you all know how much I love Archangel Michael by now. From time to time I offer prayers to Archangel Michael for protection for us humans in our earthly life.

And I have a really wonderful prayer to Archangel Michael in that regard. It’s one of the prayers offered through Pope Leo the 13th, and that happened quite a long time ago. So this is in the public domain, which is just terrific.

I thought first I would read it in English; then I will try Latin. Okay. So we’ll see how this goes.

So here is the Prayer to Archangel Michael for protection, spoken in English.

Saint Michael the Archangel,defend us in the battle.
Be our protection against the malice and snares of the Devil.
We humbly beseech God to command him.
And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the powers of God,
cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits
who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

I think this is a very powerful prayer, and greatly needed in these times.

I’m not as familiar with the Latin version of this prayer, but I’ve been practicing it and I hope to get it as right as possible for you. So, this is the prayer in Latin. Latin is a very powerful protective language, I feel, and many other people feel that too.

he prayer goes like this.

defénde nos in próelio;
contra nequítiam et insídias diáboli esto praesídium.
Imperet illi Deus, súpplices deprecámur,

The most powerful! The most powerful of spiritual blessings, I think, and spiritual petitions.

This prayer was written by Pope Leo the 13th around 1884. It says maybe as late as 1886. It’s been in public use for well over a century.

And the more that people say this prayer, I feel, the more powerful it becomes … so that it resounds throughout the noosphere of Earth, and calls down the Angelic Realm here to Earth to help us out.

Yeah, it’s really true.

“Lord Jesus, I ask Thee to protect my family from sickness, from all harm, and from accidents. If any of us has been subjected to any curses, hexes, or spells, I beg thee to declare these curses, hexes, or spells null and void. If any Evil Spirits have been sent against us, I ask that these Evil Spirits be sent to the foot of His cross to be dealt with as He wills. Then, Lord, I ask Thee to send thy Holy Angels to guard and protect all of us. Amen.”

Hello Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

As you may know, coming up the 21st of June is Summer Solstice 2026. And I think it’s happening really early in the morning that day. So, the fullest solstice energy this year will probably be the prior day, the 20th.

For a while now, I’ve been doing a special sadhana in the morning, a special spiritual practice, so that I’ll be ready for the special energy of Solstice, which is already appearing now.

As you may have noticed, I think that doing a special sadhana to prepare for high energy times like Summer Solstice helps protect us from the negative things that might happen in the lead-up to Solstice and on Solstice Day. And it helps us to to be ready to advance through the highest possible Light that’s available during this time so that we can smooth our Ascension process here on Earth.

Because of the clash of Light and Darkness and the arising energies that take place at this time, I was looking to prayers traditionally said that provide spiritual protection. It seems that one of these is Psalm 91. And I thought I’d read from the King James version like this …

Psalm 91 (KJV)

The Psalmist proclaims …

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

The Angel responds …

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

God speaks …

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Amen.

Dear Ones,

This documentary was recorded in mid May 2026. It features a very fine, deserted picnic table; a coniferous tree; a Deva of the Tree decked in the splendor of an M-class solar flare; and a mysterious concrete marker – Was it a pet memorial? Or maybe one of the Talking Frogs is buried there?

There was an M-class flare yesterday … Of course, that’s not too big … Yeah.

I’m not seeing any feral animals.

On Grizzly Bears

You know, there was a move afoot to reintroduce the Grizzly Bear to California.

So far, [the movement] is not that popular. The Grizzly Bear is much far more ferocious than the Black Bear …

… and much larger than the Mountain Lion.

Speaking of Mountain Lions, I haven’t seen any Mountain Lions around today … or heard them.

I thought that maybe that Prayer that I did, the one that sends the Evil Spirits away, …

.. might have somehow taken the Mountain Lions off with it! You know?
[Songbird is tittering. Can you hear it?]

So you could say …

Prayer to Bind Down the Spirits of Murder, Rape, and Mayhem

I bind down to the deepest depths of Hell

All Spirits of Murder, Rape, and Mayhem.

I don’t hear anything at all.

Just peace and peaceful, quiet vibes. It’s very cool.

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

This documentary was recorded a few days before Valentine’s Day. There is a discussion amongst Nandays and Ravens about a recent incident in which a Deer ate a Hawk’s babies (presumably by mistake) and the Hawk got even by blinding the Deer with its sharp, hooked beak.

Raven 1 to Raven 2 [repeating my question]:
Why would Hawks kill Deer?
Raven 2 to Raven 1: I don’t know.
Nanday 1 to Ravens: She asked NANDAY!

Nandays to Ravens: She asked NANDAY! She asked NANDAY!
Raven [undaunted] to Alice: Bad Hawk!
Nanday to Raven: SHUT UP, Raven!

Alice to Readers: The Ravens say, “I don’t know why the Hawks do that.”
And another one said …
Raven to Alice: That was a Bad Hawk!

Alice to Readers [continuing]: … “I don’t know why.”

[Nandays agree to tell me
it was an accident.
Raven (quite vocally) and I (silently}
disagree with this prestidigitation
(although Alice can see it might mollify Hawk).]

Alice to Nandays: Are you sure that’s what it is?
Raven to Nanday [doggedly]: That . was . a . bad . bad . Hawk.
Nanday 2 [tentatively suggesting a middle path]: It’s an accident?

Nanday to Alice: Right. It is a really BAD Hawk.
[Trying out the suggestion of Nanday 2]: It’s an AC-cident!

[Nanday explains it was an accident
that the Deer ate the Hawk’s babies up …
NOT an accident that the Hawk
blinded the erring Deer.]
Nanday 1: It is an AC-cident!
Nanday 2: Yep. An accident.

Nanday 1: Right.
Nanday 2: Right.
Nanday 1: Big old AC-cident.
Nanday 2: BIG ONE.

Alice to Nandays: Oh, the Deer ate their
babies up … so they got mad?

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: Yeah. Ate their babies up.
Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: That’s right.
Alice to herself: It got mad.
Alice to Nandays: That … You know what? That …
that Hawk just went crazy. That’s all.

Raven to Alice: That’s a bad Hawk.
Alice to Ravens and Nandays: Just one crazy Hawk.
Don’t worry. It’ll end. Something will happen.
Nanday [hopefully]: Yeah. It will end.
Alice to Ravens and Nandays: It’ll be okay.

Nanday to Alice: Ex-ACT-ly!
Alice to Ravens and Nandays: The other Hawks … the other Hawks will find out and
they’ll do something.
Nanday to Alice: Yes, [they’ll] do something.
Alice to Ravens and Nandays: Yeah, they’ll do something.

Hawk [breathily, on the wind]: Look at ME. I’m a very BIG Hawk.
Nanday: They can!
Raven: Yes, they can.
Alice: They CAN. It’s a Big Hawk.

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: That’s a Raven.
Hawk [or is this a Coyote? … breathily, on the wind]: No, I’m NOT a Raven.
Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: Not a Raven.
Alice to Nandays: It sounds like a Big Hawk.
Nanday 2: Sounds like a Big Hawk. NOT a Raven.
Nanday 1: Yeah. NOT A RAVEN.
Hawk [laughing, on the wind]: I am flying ….

Alice to Nandays: Not Red Tailed!
Nanday: D-mn it!

Nanday: The biggest Hawk!

so huge. Their wingspan is 5 feet.

Raven: Dharm, DON’T GIVE UP!

Alice to Ravens and Nandays: They’re really huge.

NATURE NOTES

California Red-Tailed Hawks have a wingspan of 4 or 5 feet and a body length of about 2 feet. This bundle of fury can be quite daunting up close. That is what I have found out in my own hiking experience.
