I looked outside at 4:30 pm on 15 February 2018, PST, through my patio door and the screen door behind it, and saw an unusually bright, flickering light near the ground next to my lemon tree …

Here is the video …

On closer observation, I found that the Sun was intermittently reflecting off of a blue tag on my sprinkler …

I have never seen this type of light reflected there before. I feel it may have to do with the Direct-Hit CME (coronal mass ejection) that was taking place at that time.
