Thoughts are like acrylic varnish on a beautiful piece of mahogany. The mahogany is the true reality of our existence, and the varnish, while it looks nice, stops us from touching the truth …

I find when I concentrate on my body instead of my mind, my mental life becomes much more anchored to the Now. Instead of getting trapped in fluctuating mental themes …

When my attention is on physical things, I am right here right now.

My body cells love getting attention from me … In each body cell that accepts my love there is a ‘dark hole’ that leads directly from God into the physical realm, the realm of His creation. My body is truly a wonder, a very great miracle!
