Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I thought I would tell you about something that happened last night. Yesterday evening I listened to Judy Satori’s third summer-school session, an mp3 that is free, and available on her website. It has to do with the star Sirius, and the Siriuns. And near the beginning, it offers us an activation that … if we are of the heritage of our star brethren known as Siriuns … that means, if we have experienced some lifetime(s) on that world (and if you are listening to these words, you most likely have lived on Sirius or among others of our star brethren) … then this activation of Judy Satori’s gives us the ability to maintain contact with our Siriun brothers and sisters from now on … forever.
The minute I listened to that activation, I knew that it was for me, and I knew that it worked for me. And so today, what I find is that every time I call upon my star brothers and sisters the Siriuns, they surround me with protective love and advice and upliftment. If you get a chance to listen to that mp3, I really recommend it. It is terrific.
Some say that Christ was of Siriun ancestry. That is not unexpectable, because the Siriuns are so loving and so sweet; and then, they are masters of the timelines and of the dimensions … up to the fifth dimension, and in some cases, up to the twelfth dimension … They are very Christlike in the way that they feel towards all creatures.
It is also interesting that I read in Tom Kenyon’s book “The Arcturian Anthology” …

… that the Arcturians say that Christ was part Arcturian … That He had an Arcturian father. I guess this is a way of saying that Christ had within Him, most likely, the experience of many star nations, and of living in many different galaxies. And how could this not be true? … Because there are many people walking on Earth today who have had that very experience … that broad experience of the great constellation of beings of love and Light … the many constellations like that.
Christ no doubt was like that too. Some say that his father was Arcturian, and others say that he was of Hathor lineage. Both could be true. It could be that he had Hathor wisdom to draw upon, from previous incarnations on other worlds. It could have been true that his presence on Earth had to do with partial Arcturian DNA from his father.
All those things are possible in Christ. So little is known about Him … How He came and transformed this world … How did He do that? I think Judy Satori is right, that Christ was recently from Sirius. And I say that from my heart, because, all day long, the Siriuns have been protecting me.
You know, the Siriuns also colonized Venus. And that arisen world … when Venus had ascended … was known as as the Hathor peoples. And the Hathors, through me, have been visiting Earth in the times before Earth’s Ascension.
And now it is our chance … it is our opportunity, as human beings, to embody and to remember those traits: The traits of all the star beings with whom we spent our time, prior to human incarnations.
And let’s say you are one of those people born on Earth without prior star heritage … You can still contact our star brethren, and learn what they have in the way of wisdom, in the way of emotional upliftment, in the way of heart’s energy, in the way of understanding of time and space and multidimensionality … The ability to step out of time and space, into the Eternal.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I have a tip that I just found out, from a conversation on the astral plane just now. It has to do with how we can escape from our logical mind, and from clair chatter.
Clair chatter tends to roll around, in the fourth dimension, on the basis of unconscious and repressed emotions, and notions that impede the functioning of the heart … because the heart is horrified by all the things that are repressed by society … you know, all the things that are contrary to the notions of love and Light, and so forth.
So the question that we were all discussing is: How to get past that. And it occurred to me that something that Peggy Black … https://www.peggyblack.com/ … told me in a conversation yesterday … a teleconference call that she made … held the key. And that was something that I had practiced today, while I was walking.
When I start to get tired in the afternoon, I am bothered by clair chatter that has a tendency to head off in a direction that I am not eager for it to head off in. And it has to do with the calling of my body cells. My body cells do not feel joy when they are very tired. And when they are stressed by a physical activity, they have that tendency too.
So I tried Peggy Black’s technique, which she had told me about in a different context. But I tried it for myself in that situation. It went something like this: First I imagined that the other person I was talking to clairly at that time … I was hoping to end the conversation, because it was getting into negative terrain … And so first I imagined that person surrounded by her celestial Ascension team. I imagined them all around her … and a great Light all around her. Like that. And what I got was her objection to that. She was just going on about how she felt she was being controlled, and so forth.
Obviously, so it seemed to me, that was not the technique to use. So instead I tried what Peggy Black has talked about for years and years now. She is very enthusiastic about it. She says: Imagine your celestial Ascension team all around you. She also says she talks to them.
But the trouble I have with that, is that people on the astral plane that I am trying to avoid, will scoop in, and start pretending that they are my celestial Ascension team! I know they are not, because the emotional tenor is not of love and Light and joy. So I know that I have got the wrong crowd.
So I avoid that. I have modified Peggy Black’s technique, by imagining my celestial Ascension team all around me, in terms of Light … not form … and Love and Joy. And if anyone talks to me, I just ignore them.
So, this is the visualization that she does all day, every day. She just got used to doing it. And she seems to exist, mostly, in a state of great joy. And relatively unbothered by all the things that daunt me in the afternoons and early evenings. It is wonderful.
So we were talking this over tonight. I took a nap, and I woke up and overheard some people talking on the astral plane. The question they had was, how to escape from the logical mind … For them, it was a logical mind issue.
And for me, it is an issue of how to get off of a train of thought. Or how to rise above the lower astral plane, because you do not want to be involved with that kind of emotional tenor. You know?
And so anyway, my thought was, to switch from the left side of the brain, to the right side of the brain, and to try this visualization. And that is when it crystallized for me, that the things that Peggy Black has been saying all these years, what they do is they jolt you out of the left side of the brain that worries, and carries on, and brings up the subconscious images, and deals with the negative emotions because of our trap of perception of time and space, right?
She visualizes all the time. Visualization is much more powerful than left-brain thinking. logical thinking, because it involves the positive emotions. That is if you visualize something really beautiful, or good, right? It brings in the very strongest positive emotions, and it makes the thought form very powerful … much more powerful than whatever was going on in the left brain.
So that is it. That is what I have got. And probably there are many other techniques for escaping from the trap. Karen Dover …
… calls it the ‘human logical mind’, right? And here you have the greater world of the higher astral plane … Visualization. Positive visualization, which will bring us, eventually, into that co-creative ability.
So, my thanks to the people that were talking to me tonight. And for jogging my memory about what happened this afternoon, and how I escaped from a negative train of thought through positive visualization.
And my thanks too, to Peggy Black, who all these years has been saying these things. And just now, it came to me that this is true. And also, it came to me that, typically, there are very few people that have this function of visualization, in the modern, scientific, materialistic world.
We have to work at it, but it is not that hard. You know? We can do it right away. So, that is my one tool for the tool kit of Ascension. You all, have a wonderful day.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.
I would like to talk a little bit about the effects of war on the social fabric of America. What really happens when our young people go to war? And what happens to them after they have been to war? That’s the topic, and that’s the subject.
Recruitment Among Economically and Psychologically Disadvantaged
First I would like to mention that recruitment of young people in America for the military … the enlisted military as opposed to officers … is a very selective process. It typically happens with young people who have not high prospects, because of the social situation in which they find themselves. Or it can happen amongst young people who have a hard time with their natal families, or who do not get enough emotional support from their natal families. So, it is usually a question of economics, or of psychology of a lack of something, that draws young people into the enlisted military.
What do they find there, in the military? They find a chance to identify with people, to feel that a group of people care about them. And they are willing to risk their lives in order to have that feeling.
Nature of the Universe
I have talked, in the past, about ‘audiovisual clips’ that get stuck to our etheric template.
The nature of this Universe is love and Light and joy. The nature of our physical bodies, our etheric template, our emotional body, our higher and lower mental bodies, and our body of Light … each of these is composed of love, Light and joy.
Third Dimensional Distortions of Light – Relative Untruth of War
Our experience in the Third Dimension, however, contains some distortions of the Light that allow us to experience scenes that are relatively untrue. And one of the least true scenes that we can experience … most divorced from the warp and woof of time and space, and true reality … most untrue … is the experience of war.
Soul Wounding – Cellular Memory – Audiovisual Clips of Distortions of Light
When we experience things that are very different from the true nature of reality, our Souls are wounded by this. Our Souls retain a memory … our bodies, while we are embodied, retain a cellular memory … what I call a short clip, a short video, an audiovisual clip … of this distortion of Light.
Ghosts and Soul Wounding ‘Tape Loops’
Amongst ghosts, those that have a hard time remembering to the Light, and to return to their guardians, and to return, in their Soul journey, to wherever they need to be … the reason for this ‘stuckness’ of the Spirit after death is … according to energy healer and teacher Jeffrey Allen … https://www.iamjeffreyallen.com/ … whom I trust very much as a spiritual counselor … the reason is that there is an audiovisual clip stuck, right in front of their astral eyes … their ghostly eyes … that plays, like a tape loop, over and over again, a scene of horror.
And it takes one of us, who are clear, to wake them up a little bit, and try to wake them up a little, with words like these …
Say, did you know you passed on? You could turn to your guardians now, and say, ‘What’s up?” … See what you could do next.
And so then they distract themselves … pull themselves back a little, from that false reality, and begin to realize that they have many options.
So this idea of the audiovisual clip that has not been cleared from the etheric net, and is not true, carries over to scenes of war. When our young people experience the horrors of war, the audiovisual clips of these atrocities become stuck to them … stuck to their cellular memory.
Kind of like when a little child venture off into a meadow, and comes back home with little cockleburs … little seeds … stuck all over its clothing. Cockleburs that are hard to get off. This is like the memories of war.
So, what happens then? Well, in psychological terms, what happens is called Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. And that can be a kind of a nightmare awareness of reality that continues to play in the minds and Spirits of our young people all their lives.
Science vs Spirit: The Dumbing Down of Our Awareness of the Fourth Dimension
But there is another way of looking at this whole thing. And that is through the lens of Demonic awareness, and diabolical intent. Before you turn off your video … and in defense of this point of view, and of the worthwhileness of considering this point of view … I would like to mention that awareness of the Demonic Realm… and of demonization of the human Spirit … is one of the basic tenets of Christianity. And spoken of quite frequently in the Bible. And also in the sacred texts of India, in Hinduism; and in Buddhism, you will find reference to demons and devils.
In modern America, we tend to downplay all this, because of the advent of science … which is yet another mental filter that cuts down on the truth … the total truth of reality.
In fact, in the fourth dimension, which we are all experiencing right now, and becoming aware of, there are such things as Demonic entities. And these entities derive their sustenance from human anguish.
What Really Happens When People Go to War?
What really happens when people go to war? Do they kill each other? Do they ‘win’ something from that? Does one side ‘win’ over the other side?
Or is it, in fact, the Demonic influence on the third dimension, through the fourth dimension, that causes war? That causes humankind to turn, one against the other … when in fact we are all friends?
If I were to look through the lens of this Awareness … fourth dimensional Awareness … at a scene of battle, what would I really see?
I would see beings of Darkness, descending on the brilliance of the human Soul, and tearing Soul wounding in the people who are fighting; both those who are killing, and those who are being killed.
I would see these young people returning from war, with greater Soul wounding than they had, on entering it.
And I would know that they would have a greater tendency to turn to those behavioral qualities that would increase the Demonic influence on them.
Demonization of the Human Spirit
What are those behavioral qualities? Well, I looked this up in a Christian text, and I agree with two of them, for sure …
Black Magic. One is practice of the black arts. Did you know that, amongst our military, and amongst our Veterans, Paganism is on the rise? Now Paganism itself is not a bad thing, but Paganism with the practice of black magic is a bad thing.
Power Over Others. The intention there, is to regain a sense of power … which is not a bad thing. But the problem is, that it is power over other people, and damage to other people. The minute we turn to the black arts … the minute we think a curse, even … those of us that are clairaudient can actually hear the influx of Demons into the Soul field of the person that so behaves. Immediately. There is no delay.
Drug Use. On to the topic of drugs. Drugs are the other main gateway, or inroad, that the Demonic world uses, to further wound the human Soul. And I think you would find … you would have to look it up … but I think you would find, that amongst Veterans of wars, there is greater drug use, than with the general population. And the reason I would think this to be true, is that the trauma of war that they carry, is so at odds with the nature of all that is, that it would be hard not to want to use drugs to forget about the Soul wounding … the post-traumatic stress disorder.
Again from the clairaudient realm … This is a long one; this is my longest so far. Bear with me! … Again from the clairaudient realm, I know that the moment a person turns to drugs, Demons descend upon them. I can hear it happening.
So these are three behavioral qualities that war causes: Black magic, power over others, and drug use.
Other Behavioral Qualities That War Causes. And in addition we have …
Moving in to disenfranchisement of those we feel to be powerless.
Vigilante activity: Taking the Law into our own hands.
Injury to children: It might be sexual abuse. It might even be killing.
Spousal abuse; physical injury to our family.
Viewing other people with different points of view from our own … or with different choices of lifestyle from ourselves … or with less money than us … as not actually being people. We might even think that they are the riffraff of the world that we have the right to eliminate from the social fabric.
This is a direct consequence of the Demonic influence that’s exerted through the War mentality. It is not people that are doing it.
A Call for Peace Among Nations
There are no people that are not of love and Light … that are not wonderful Souls … that are not huge hearts … that are not the most incredible energy in the entire Universe … But the minute that they choose lack of Awareness over Awareness, through drugs, then that is the key that the Demons need. You know what I mean? It is the key.
So, I would like to make a case, in this roundabout way, for the possibility that war is not of human origin. That humans are all one true and eternal race of Souls. That we will have no part of injury to our fellow humans.
And in so doing, our Soul wounding will be knit up. And the family of humanity will once more shine forth in the Universe.

I liked the quote regarding the possible patterns of movement of a double pendulum that begins “If the number of things …” and ends “… it will do.”
To paraphrase the quote: The theory is that a system behaves regularly if its constraints are equal to the possible motions it can perform. Taking away some of the constraints creates a chaotic system. In other words, this taking away of constraints frees up a regulated system, so that it can become chaotic.
That is an important thought as regards Ascension. As we pass through the levels of the fourth dimension, the constraints of the old mental-emotional paradigm are dissolving. Left-brain constraints, logical thinking, time-space constraints, and cause-effect constraints are all dissolving. Naturally, chaos ensues. The fear and anxiety that so many of us have felt from time to time in the past few years are triggered by this intuitive understanding of change.
But chaos is not a bad thing. It is something, I feel, to greet with open arms, with a warm smile of welcome. Chaos is a necessary prerequisite to the New Life on New Earth.
CHILDHOOD STORY ABOUT SOYBEAN PLANTINGS IN THE SPRING
When I was a child, I lived in the country. In spring, after the snow melted, my uncle would plow the fields round about our house, turning under the stalks of old soybean plants from the previous harvest, and turning under the new grasses that were just beginning to green the fields. All that had to go, in order for them to plant the new crop.
And so it is with us. It has been a while since humanity has tilled the field. It has been war and strife, hatred and fear, anger and insecurity, violence and selfishness, for a long, long time. Spring is here! Let’s plant the new crop in joy, peace, and love.

I am here at Sage Ranch, at my favorite meditation spot; I have shown it to you before. But I thought I would show it to you again, in case you have not seen it, or you forgot. This is my view from where I sit. [pans through chaparral covered, rocky mountains]
I am sitting on a big rock here, out in the open … a huge rock. The place where I am sitting is very flat. There is a beautiful view, and a beautiful breeze, and the sunlight. It is really nice.
For some time now, for me, it is as if there are strands of fourth dimensional mental-emotional energy weaving through the physical world. It is hard to explain.
It is as if … for all the many past ages, we humans saw the world through a mental-emotional construct … a kind of a mental-emotional cage, that walled us off from the true physicality of Earth. And we did not know it. Very seldom … maybe in a sudden flash of enlightenment … once in a lifetime, people would realize what the true physical world was. They would see things exactly as they are, just for a moment; then go back into the mental-emotional cage. You know? There are stories about that.
It has been like that for a long time. I have been paying attention to my thoughts and emotions for about 14 years now. Only recently has it become very obvious to me the distortions that the mind and emotions place upon the actual physical state.
And at the same time, through mindfulness, I am paying a lot of attention to what is going on in my mind and emotions … my mental-emotional field.
A turning, and combining, and weaving together of the energies of physical Earth and the Fourth Dimension is taking place, Many times, during a day, I will find myself, first in the completely physical world … like right now … and then, after a while, caught up in some mental story, or some emotional story, that has qualities I used to identify with as the reality … my reality. But they are not real any more.
But still, my mind and my emotions are getting stuck in this linear thinking, and in notions of time-space, all the time. It is like this: First the one thing, completely physical, and here and now. Next the other thing: Linear thinking and story-telling in my mind. It has become quite a project for me, to distinguish what is really true … what is truly physical.
Sometimes I find myself going off, and believing the stories in my mind. Sometimes I get caught up in that, and act in the physical world, on the basis of these stories in my mind. It is incredible!
So when I find myself doing that, I say: Wait just a minute! And I add to that: Act in a physical way, with regard to the physical world. Just let those stories go … What a bother. What a nuisance! And what an interesting process.
