I have a feeling that Simon Khorolskiy eschews the notion of mysticism, and instead thinks in terms of devotion to God and faith in God.

I am a mystic, and have been since birth, but I understand and appreciate his point of view, that we must be very much here in the present time and day, and through faith in God … no matter where we find ourselves … even though we may find ourselves in the Valley of Death … we must persevere in His Name through all our days.

Hope I am not speaking inappropriately about this. This is only my own notion about the great hymns he sings on youtube.
