SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Nanday! @!*&!
By Alice B. Clagett

Hello, everyone, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I was going to go look for the Nandays today. I’ll show you what I found … plus a bunch of beautiful Songbirds.

Alice to Songbirds: Wow, you guys!

Nanday to Alice: Nanday hate you!

Alice to Nanday: Nanday!

Nanday to Alice: Nanday hate you! Nanday hate you a lot!

Alice to Nanday: I love you!

Nanday to Alice: Nanday hate! Nanday hate you! Nanday hate you a great deal! A lot! @!*&!

Alice to Nanday: Awwww!

Nanday 1 to Alice: @!*&! … I hate you!

Nanday 2 to Nanday 1 (tweeting): Sweetheart, Please stop it!

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: I will not stop!

Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: Please stop!

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: I will not!

[And the argument continues.]

Alice to Nandays: I love those Nandays! They’re the greatest!

Nanday 1 to Alice (tweeting): I’ll admit we are.

Alice to Nanday 2: Yeah! You are!

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2 (tweeting): She says, ‘Please have that loving feeling’. Sweetie, Please stop it!

Alice to Nandays: I love you. Awwww!

Nanday 1 to Alice (tweeting): Please stop that. Please don’t write anything at all about us.

Alice to Nandays: I won’t write that anymore? … Why?

Nanday 1 to Alice (tweeting): You’re a very special lady, but we don’t want you to write anything about us.

Alice to Nanday 1: Why? … You’re the most amazing Birds!

Nanday 1 to Alice: Don’t write!

Alice to Nanday 1: You’re amazing!

Nanday 1 to Alice: Don’t write anything at all about me. @!*&! [and etc.]

Alice to Nanday 1: I did write something groundbreaking about you. Everybody knows that you can talk and that you’re very intelligent. Everybody knows that now.

………………..
Sidebar: Have People Been Killing the Nanday Babies?

I think the Humans must have culled (i.e., killed) the Nanday Babies since my last video. The same thing happened with the Ravens on my street when I started writing about them … People started killing the Ravens.

These beings are sentient just like you and me. There are hefty fines for killing animals and for animal cruelty. PLEASE DON’T KILL THESE BEINGS!

………………..

Alice to Nanday 1 (continuing): And I think that pretty soon they won’t try to hurt you at all. It will be great! Terrific! Really terrific!

Nanday 1 to Alice: Nanday!

Alice to Nanday 1: No, terrific! Yeah!

Nanday 1 to Alice: Nandays don’t kill ANYthing!

Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: That’s a good way to say it, Sweetie!

Alice to Nandays: I love you!

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2 (tweeting): Please don’t listen to that silly woman. They kill us all the time.

Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: I got that! I got it!

Alice to Nandays: I LOVE the Nandays!

Nanday 1 to Alice: STOP it!

Alice to Nandays: I do too love the Nandays!

Alice to Nanday 1: I love you!

Nanday 1 to Alice: STOP it!Alice to Nanday 1: Love you!

. . . . .

Alice to Readers: These Nandays are very hard to convince of anything. But I see that they say ‘g-dd-mmit’ hardly at all anymore, because they’re concerned about the way that people think of them. And they think I’ve given them some bad press. And so they don’t want to talk to me.

I tried to explain. Really! I talked about how intelligent they are, and how many different languages they can speak, and how great they are, and how they love their families and everything.

I thought people would pici that up. But instead everybody concentrated on the one negative thing.

I have to tell you: These Nandays are Hollywood Nandays. Yes, they picked up their English from Hollywood magnates. And Hollywood magnates are known … I tell you, they are known almost universally for their colorful language. It’s the fault of the movie industry that the Nandays speak so colorfully. The movie industry needs to speak more nicely to the Nandays.

If you go and talk to the Nandays out in the wildwood, you don’t hear anything like that … not at all!

Nanday to Alice: Don’t put that in there, Alice!

Alice to Readers (continued): So now, I’m placing the blame where the blame belongs. It belongs with the entertainment industry, which needs to speak very politely to the Nandays from now on …

Nanday to Alice: Don’t put that in there, PLEASE!

Alice to Readers (continued): … and be very nice to them, and don’t hurt them. Don’t insult them, ok?

Alice to Nandays: Ok? Is that better?

Nanday to Alice: Yes, It would be better.

Alice to Nanday: What do you think? Maybe they’ll stop! Maybe they’ll be to you.

Tweeting Nandays: She’s spending a great deal of time on human relationships.

Alice to Nanday: Ok, so I’ll print this, ok?

Nanday to Alice: PLEASE don’t print anything!

Alice to Nanday: Love you!

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: @!*&! The mystery deepens!

Nanday 2 to Alice: We love you too! The experience is really mutual.

Alice to Nanday: I couldn’t understand you. Thanks for what?

Nanday 1 to Alice: @!*&! Please stop it. We don’t want to hear you.

Alice to Readers: They said they appreciate it, but I missed some of the words.

Tweeting Nanday: @!*&!

Alice to Nandays: Thank you guys! Nandays are rock and roll!

Tweeting Nanday: @!*&!  She’s going to say we’re the greatest!

Alice to Nandays: Nandays are the greatest!

Another tweeting Nanday: You are NOT the greatest! WE are!

Alice to Nandays: I LOVE the Nandays. You ARE the greatest.

Nanday to Alice: @!*&!  What about the Songbirds?

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: Love you NOT! That is what the Songbirds say.

Alice to Nanday: And all the Songbirds are great too. I still like the Songbirds.

Nanday 1 to Nanday 2: She had to say that thing. They all expect it.

Nanday 2 to Nanday 1: Sh-t! Sh-t! Why? … She thinks the Songbirds are great! [and etc.]

Nanday: Nanday doesn’t like this person at all!

Alice to Nandays: Nandays, Where are you?

Nanday to Alice: We are @!*&!  through visiting with you!

. . . . .

Alice to Songbirds: Hi, Songbirds!

Alice to Nandays: ‘Bye, Nandays! ‘Bye!

Alice to Readers: Just visiting today … There was a flock with four Nanday parakeets, right? And I was trying to make friends … to no avail whatsoever. Full of insults! They don’t like me at all!

And so they flew by … all four of them … high and fast … just now.

And I said: ‘Bye, Nanday! ‘Bye, Nanday! I like you very much!

And one of the Nandays said: ‘We don’t like you very, very, very, very much at all!’

It could have stopped there, But no! It had to say it 20 times!

So there is work to be done in Nanday diplomacy. You know? Perhaps I’m not the right person, but I’m the only person right now. So I’m going to give it a try.

I told the Nandays I’d be back. They didn’t sound enthusiastic.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

Here are the the first conversations in the “Chaparral Wildlife Chats” series. These magical encounters  happened at the Faerie Dell in the Santa Monica Mountains, California.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

[Music]

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Here I am at the Faerie Dell again for the first time since the person with the leaf blower came running down the hill and it looked like they were going to try to get into a fight with me. So we’ll see how it goes.

[There are Nanday parakeets talking.]

Nanday!

[I am walking along the trail.]

Nanday parakeets are talking.

I say: Nanday!

One of the Nandays says: She called us Nanday!

Another Nanday says: I KNOW that!

First Nanday: I said there was an Owl [in the Faerie Dell] and she says she doesn’t mind it!

Second Nanday: I know that TOO!

First Nanday: COVID-Stricken. #@!!! … COVID-Stricken, Goddamnit!

[Alice’s translation: Fear of death, or feeling of despair, or giving up and agreeing to die. I guess the Nandays have had enough of the human COVID mentality!]

First Nanday: Stop! Stop! Stop!

Alice to Readers: My gosh! That Owl must be one terrifying nighttime predator!

I made friends with some more Nandays just now. As to one Nanday in particular: I went into the Faerie Dell, and he couldn’t see me anymore, He got upset and he was saying: Where is Nanday?

And I said: Nanday … [You have to speak kind of quietly because Nandays have great hearing. You don’t want everyone to hear.]

And he said: There he is! Stop! Owl!

I said: I’m on the lookout for this terrorizing Owl!

Alice to Readers: I should tell you, I was walking down the path and talking to the Nandays … making friends with a new Nanday troupe …

[A big mistake is in the offing. Some big white Birds just heard the Nandays and thought they said my name is ‘COVID-Stricken’.]

… and I’ll be darned if two hiking ladies didn’t come down and pick up on it right away.

[A large, white Bird that is foraging on the forest floor says in a soft, chuckling voice to its siblings: “(She is) talking to a Parakeet.” Its siblings repeat this. A Rooster crows.]

The hikers started talking to them telepathically, and they knew just what they were saying. Isn’t it cool? Maybe one day the Nandays and other wonderful birds will be recognized for being people … along with human beings being people … and maybe we’ll all be very nice to them then.

Alice to Nanday: I LOVE you!

[The large white Bird says: Keet! Keet! Not a Turkey! A Guinea Fowl! … She says ‘I love you’! Goddammit! Is she COVID-Stricken, goddammit? Is she COVID-Stricken, dammit all!” I see it has picked up some swear words from the Nandays!]

Alice to Nanday: I LOVE you!

Alice to Readers: I trying that with the Rooster. The Rooster yesterday said ‘I love you’, but it was very domesticated.

We’ll see what happens.

Alice to Rooster: I LOVE you, Mr. Rooster!

[The large white Bird says with some exasperation: We are Keets, not Roosters! #%@#!]

Alice: I LOVE you.

Mother Keet: OKAY. STOP that!

Mother Keet says: “Here she comes!” Then it makes a loud call to warn its children that danger (meaning yours truly) is on the prowl.

Alice; The Keets like it. You guys do?

Rooster crows.

Alice to Readers: See the white bird? It says in a loud voice: Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh! Running, yes, I am running! … then quietly: Away! Yes, I am.

Alice to large white Bird (aka Mother Keet): Where did you go?

Mother Keet says in a soft voice: “Her will run away from you. Yes her will. Yes her will.”

Alice to Mother Keet: There you are!

Then there is another general alarm sound.

Mother Keet: For Pete’s sake, she has spotted me! For Pete’s sake, she has spotted me! I’ve got to get out of here right now!

[Four smaller white Birds are picking at the ground unconcernedly.]

Mother Keet: Oh Christ! My little chidren are not safe! No one will SAVE them!

Alice to Readers: Yikes. I never saw this before. Foraging Guinea Fowl, I think. I hope they’re friendly.

Mother Keet: Kids, get out of there! Kids, get out of there!

Alice to Young Keets: Are you guys friendly?  Are you Turkeys?

Mother Keet: We’re not Turkeys! We’re Keets, goddammit!

Young Keet says softly: What is this all about? What does she mean, ‘We’re keets, not Turkeys?’

Mother Keet: Goddammit. She’s going to eat my children.

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you.

One Young Keet says softly: I love you too.

Alice to Young Keet: Thank you! (Says ‘I love you too!’)

Young Keet says bemusedly: “What does she say that for?” … and etc. along the same line.

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you!

Mother Keet: What does she SAY that for?

Alice to Young Keets: Thank you! I love you too!

Mother Keet: One of my children is coming over this way. Thank goodness it will be ok.

One of the Young Keets says: She says ‘I love you’ because she wants to make friends with us.

Mother Keet, bemusedly: That can’t be what it is about.

Alice, regarding Young Keet: What is that?

Young Keet: These are White African Guinea Fowl.

Alice to herself: Ok, I got it. These are White African Guinea Fowl, aka Guinea Keets … No, I think it’s a Turkey. Too big to be a Guinea Fowl. A young Turkey.

Alice to Young Keets: Turkey?

Another Young Keet: She’s repeating herself. She thinks we are not Guinea Fowl.

Young Keet to Alice: Guinea Keets. Not a Turkey.

Alice to Young Keet: Oh. Not a Turkey, yes?

Rooster crows: I believe that too!

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you.

Young Keet says, in a small voice: Love you too, COVID-Stricken!

{Alice; Akh, no!]

Another Young Keet says: Her name is COVID-Stricken?

Alice (using Keet way of talking): Uh OV u. [I love you.]

First Young Keet: Yes, yes.

First Young Keet: Her name is COVID-Stricken?

Second Young Keet: Yes, that’s what it is.

First Young Keet: I love you too, COVID-Stricken?

Second Young Keet: Yes, that’s what to say.

Young Keets are heading over towards the Mother Keet.

Hummingbird to Alice: S-s-s-s-stop that!

Alice to Hummingbird: Okay. Don’t talk to that being back there.

Mother Keet to Alice: Jesus Christ, leave my #@@! children alone!

Mother Keet instructing Young Keets: I love you too. Just say it. (etc.)

First Young Keet: Maybe we should try saying ‘COVID-Stricken’ again and again. Do you think that would make her very happy?

Second Young Keet: Yep. It really might.

[Alice: Awww!]

Alice (sees which Young Keet is talking): I got it. That one.

Mother Keet: Oh no! She’s identified my offspring.

Alice; Yep!

First Young Keet: I’m going to talk to her right now and see what happens. I’ll be repeating ‘COVID-Stricken’. Get ready. Here I go …

Second Young Keet: Don’t forget ‘I love you too’.

First Young Keet (repeating to itself): Please say, ‘I love you too’. ‘I love you too’.

Mother Keet [in the background]: Don’t hurt my offspring. Don’t hurt my offspring. Don’t hurt my offspring. (etc.)

First Young Keet: ‘COVID-Stricken Thing’ five or six times?

Second Young Keet: Ok, go ahead with that COVID-Stricken Thing.

Alice to herself: A lot of things are happening in a very delicate way.

Mother Keet: Yep, They are.

Alice to Young Keets; ‘Bye! See you later! I LOVE YOU

Hummingbird: Just say it! … PLEASE @#@! SAY it.

First Young Keet: COVID-Stricken, I really love you. I really do.

Second Young Keet: Try ‘COVID-Stricken, I really DO love you.’ Try that.

First Young Keet: Ok. I’ll try ‘COVID-Stricken, I really DO love you’ and then see what happens.

Mother Keet: THAT’S IT. Just SAY THE RIGHT THING. SAY THE RIGHT THING>

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you. I LOVE you.

Mother Keet: That’s enough, @#@! it!

Second Young Keet: Try five or six times.

First Young Keet: Ok, I’ll try five or six times. Watch me. Here I go five or six times.

Second Young Keet: Ok.

Alice to Mother Keet: ‘Bye, Momma. ‘Bye.

Alice to Readers: Well, Here we are.

First Young Keet: All right. Here we go. COVID-Stricken, I really DO love you. That’s one time. COVID-Stricken, I really DO love you. That’s two times. COVID-Stricken, I really DO love you. That’s three or four times. I forgot how many times.

Mother Keet: Forgot how many?

Hummingbird: Hee hee! That was three!

Mother Keet (in a hushed voice): I forgot how many too.

Hummingbird: It’s really all right.

Alice: ‘Bye, everybody. I LOVE you. I LOVE you.

Mother Keet (with babies gathered round her): Yep, yep, yep. THANK you very much. THANK you very much for not eating my children!

Mother Keet: Why is she saying that?

Alice to herself: I love you too? … One did say that.

Second Young Keet: What can I say? We did our best with that.

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you.

Hummingbird: It’s really ok.

Alice to Young Keets: I LOVE you.

Hummingbird: S-s-s-stop it.

Hummingbird to other Hummingbirds (whispering): I really hate to say this, but she just won’t stop saying that.

Alice to Readers: I’ll be. I was telepathing to myself: I really hate to say what’s going to be happening to those Turkeys later on.

Telepathically it sounded like there were a man, a woman, and a child in the house by the dry streambed. Somebody up there by the house … I don’t know if it is a Dog or a Human Being … I think it was the man of the house … said, ‘No, that’s not what’s going to happen to them. Thank goodness.

The Mother Keet is overjoyed to hear this. It says: Thank goodness they’re not going to be doing anything to us! … and etc. etc. from the Young Keets. I also am greatly relieved.

Alice to herself: They’re singing a song!

Mother Keet, overjoyed: #$@!! She says there is a man up there and she doesn’t know if it is a Man or a Dog. Isn’t that funny?

The Young Keets enthusiastically agree.

Alice to herself: Is she talking to you, I wonder?

Mother Keet: Don’t mention anything else.

Alice: Ok, not any more.

A Young Keet says: Listen here. Just LISTEN. They’re not going to KILL us!

Then there are questions from and proclamations of the good news by the other small Keets.

Alice to Readers: The baby Turkeys are saying to the mother …

Mother Keet: Not Turkeys, Keets! Please don’t say any more. They might decide to kill Turkeys and not us!

Alice to Readers, continued: I don’t know if you could tell. She said she loved me.

A Young Keet says: She said she loved me … I love you too!

The other Young Keets repeat: I love you too!

Mother Keet: YEAH, I love you too! I really love you too!

Alice to Keets: Yes I do!

Alice to Readers (misconstruing): Momma’s saying now she does not love the Turkeys.

Mother Keet to Alice: Please don’t say that we are Turkeys!

Mother Keet to Young Keets: I’m telling you, that Woman is not all that COVID-Stricken!

Alice to Readers: Well, I’m telling you! There’s a lot of species phobia amongst the Birds. Of course, they have good reasons for doing it.

Mother Keet: Yes, we do have those good reasons.

Alice to Readers: The moms are always trying to keep their babies safe; and they say, ‘Don’t talk to strange species’ … especially strange people.

Mother Keet: I’LL SAY! That’s what we say!

Alice to Readers: Can you hear it? That’s what they’re saying over and over again. It’s a definite lesson …

Hummingbird to Alice: Yes, it is!

Man from the house (?): I’ll say! That was really quite a confrontation.

Alice to Readers: I am definitely the odd man out, here! … and only a Human Being.

Look at this creek here! … What will I do? … Oh, look at this creek! Wow, here it is! It’s near the end of May, and the creek’s still flowing. It’s a bumper year for water, and a beautiful day.

Rooster crows: Yes, it is!

Alice to Readers: Absolutely beautiful day in the Faerie Dell.

it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any Faeries here.

We’ll have to wait for brighter day. They like to dance in the sunlight. I hear they like to dance in the Moonlight, but I’m not around here then.

Well that’s all for now from the Faerie Dell.

[Don’t stop viewing now. A Codicil is about to pop up.]

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you
Through all your days.

In love, light and joy

NOTES: In this video, many Birds are talking at the same time. It was hard for me to hear what all the Birds were saying because of the clamor.

I had never spoken with Guinea Fowl before as well, and that made it harder to understand.

CODICIL

I just said, “… world class WordPress website …” and I heard something from the trees mocking me. It said, “She said world class WordPress website!”

And I said, “Who is that?”

And they said they’re the Woodpeckers.

Alice to Woodpeckers: You guys have a pretty good vocabulary. [This is telepathically.] Would you say something out loud?

Woodpeckers (telepathically): We don’t want to say anything out loud.

Hummingbird: Listen to that!

Alice to Woodpeckers: Why not?

Hummingbird: There is nothing there!

Alice to Woodpeckers: Why not? … I do too understand your telepathic language! … I can’t hear your other language! [Then I make a clucking sound to reassure them.]

Alice to Readers: They say, Yeah, they do do that. I’m not getting very far with the Woodpeckers today. We’ll see what else is going on.

Hummingbird to Alice (precursing): Please don’t say that.

Alice to people in house (if there are any there): If there are any people over there, I sure hope they don’t scare away the Faeries. This is awful! No Faeries! And Elves, and Gnomes … Would you please not scare them away? It has been a long time. They’re hiding. It has been years.

Man [telepathically]: We don’t do anything to frighten them away.

Alice to Readers: Somebody just said … a lady just said, “Thanks, Alice. We’ll put a treat out for them.

That would be the lady of the house that telepathically talked to me just now.

As you may know, that’s an old habit in the old country, and it seems to work very well indeed.

Hummingbird: Listen to this!

Rooster crows: Yes it will work!

. . . . .

Alice to Readers: That Rooster doesn’t want to say, “I love you. I love you.” [Trying for Rooster dialect …] “Ur Urov U.”

Hummingbird: Jesus! [i.e., the absurdity of this notion!] … Listen to this!

Rooster crows: I do not love!

Alice to Rooster (addressing the fine crowing sound and not the words): Very good! That’s better and better! Good work! Thank you! Very good! … [modeling the words] I LOVE you!

Songbird: Holy Jesus, she want’s the Rooster to say ‘I love you’.

Telepathically, a Human Child is saying to the Human Woman: Unbelievable situation, Momma. She wants the Rooster to say, ‘I love you’.

Alice to Human Child: Thank you, young one!

Alice to Readers: Young One over there … Young Human One … says she’ll work on that thing.

Alice to Rooster: I LOVE you … Good work!

Songbird: Over and over she says that thing.

Alice to Readers: You hear that? I think it’s catching on. ‘I love you’. And soon everybody will say that. ‘I love you.’ Good, good. ‘I love you’. Good work! ‘I love you. I love you’. Thank you. You’re doing great.

Wow. I’m bowled over. I am. Thank you.

. . . . .

Hummingbird: COVID-Stricken Not!

Alice to Readers: Life is full of unexpectability, isn’t it? You never know what’s coming next.

Alice: Who is that? What?!

Alice to Readers: Guinea Keets. Not ‘Keeties’ … Guinea Keets … Had enough? I have. This was a long video.

Dear Ones,

Here is a nighttime talk on a number of animal topics: The upshot of a raven congress (bad for me!); how baby hawks have been teasing and tricking me; what the grown-up hawks explained about how owls hunt mice; my ideas about how mice and rabbits talk; and my ideas about how we might be able to talk with insects.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

[Music]

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I ran into an interesting workaround for Bird animosity towards human beings yesterday. The prior day I noticed a similarity between the way that a Baby Nanday intones “I LOVE you-u-u” with its parent and the way that a Mother Dolphin intones “I LOVE  you-u-u” to its babies.

And I thought, “Could be this is a universal language for the birds and the humans, since love makes the world go ’round  … Love is the nature of God … Love is the nature of Lightworkers.

And so I went back to the place where the Nandays were. They came on with animosity again …  just a couple of them this time.

So, telepathically I said to them, in the same tone as as the Baby Nandays have towards their Mother … in the same tone as the Mother Dolphin has towards its Babies … I said to them, “I LOVE you-u-u! I LOVE you-u-u!”

And the Nandays said,”No you don’t. (That was vocalizing.) And I said on the telepathic plane, “Yes I do.” And then they weren’t mean to me anymore.

I saw two. I asked them where everybody was that day. I was speaking telepathically and they were responding by vocalizing. They said that everybody was at a banjo concert that was on the same property.

I said, “Oh, how is it?” … because they could hear it even from where I was and I could only hear the deep tones.

They said, “It’s really quite good.” That’s why I missed out on most of the Nandays.

Then I went down near the ocean where I could hear the Pelicans talking, and the Seagulls.

I asked the Pelicans how everything was for them that day.

In a deep, gruff voice, one of the Pelicans complained that the Fish very much disliked being eaten.

The Pelicans thought the Fish ought to have a more positive attitude towards being eaten.

I was not sure what to say about that, so I didn’t say anything at all.

There where I was at the Fish restaurant by the ocean there were two very mean Ravens and they were doing that thing …. that thing that I was scared of from the other place where they bullied around with me and, you know, for all I know might have attacked me … pecked out my eyes or something or tried to … and so I was immediately on the alert.

I’m now a little bit leery of the Ravens.

Since there was the sound of the surf and so forth, I tried vocalizing (I think it was vocally … maybe it was telepathically): “I LOVE you-u-u” … like that.

I can’t say it really high like the Mother Dolphin does. “I LOVE you-u-u.”

First the Ravens were vocalizing their anger … as was the case in the other video that I made. When one of the Ravens heard that “I LOVE you-u-u”: it said: “Humph!” … like that .. “Humph!” … out loud.

Then the Ravens went off and stopped bothering the people who were sitting outside eating at the restaurant.

I think the Ravens were after the food initially, but then all the time that I was they didn’t bother the people anymore.

So this is what I’m getting at: I think if we can speak on the telepathic plane (if we’re Lightworkers) or else vocalize with our vocal cords “I LOVE you-u-u” when we approach an avian species, then I think we may be getting off on the right track with them. Then we could observe what they say to each other and so forth.

We might be able to talk right along with them then, instead of encountering this extreme antagonism.

I think the antagonism has to do with their species being hunted and killed by human beings.

I’m going to attach a clip or two that shows other species’ vocalization of words ‘I LOVE you-u-u’. and you can compare that to what I’m saying right now. Okay?

First, here’s the Baby Nanday saying to its Mother: “I LOVE you-u-u.” You can hear the strong wind that was blowing as well.

Baby Nanday: “I LOVE you-u-u.”

So now, here is the Mother Dolphin saying to its Babies “I LOVE you-u-u” …

Mother Dolphin: soothingly says to its babies: “I LOVE you-u-u-u-u!”

Baby Dolphins say: “Momma, I’m SCARED right now!”

Momma Dolphin says in a soothing voice: “I know that you’re scared.”

Baby Dolphin interrupts with: “I’m SCARED, Momma!”

[Music]

So now here is what I came up with. It depends on your own vocal cords … how you would pronounce this, what tone you would use, and what scale you would use … but here’s my attempt at something similar to waht the Mother Dolphin said … “I LOVE you-u-u-u-u!”

You have to say it with an open, clear heart. You can’t say it with anger in your heart.

“I LOVE you-u-u-u-u!”  … “I LOVE you-u-u-u-u!”

“I LOVE you-u-u-u-u!” [in a lower register]

Any of those would do, I think. You can come up with something.

that’s all for now.

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you
Through all your days.

In love, light and joy

Dear Ones,

There is a new blog category with quite a cool audio clip, which you can also hear below on the blog you are reading. The new category is Nanday parakeets … https://wp.me/P2Rkym-xCc ..

If you listen carefully to this audio clip that plays when you opened the current page …

Audio clip: “2024-05-05 Soundtrack for Nanday Parakeets – I Love You Momma Keetie – Goddamit,” by Alice B. Clagett, CC BY-SA 4.0 International

you will find the baby keetie says “I love you” to its momma. Later in the audio clip the momma keetie says “I love you too!” Then at the end of the audio clip the baby keetie says again: “I love you!’

The baby keetie and the momma keetie are using the same intonation as that of the momma Dolphin and the baby Dolphin in the audio clip on the category page: “004 – Dolphin matrix” … https://wp.me/P2Rkym-dBE except that the melody and words of the baby Nanday are similar to the melody and words of the momma Dolphin. And the melody and words of the momma Nanday are similar to the melody and words of the baby Dolphin.

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

On 5 May 2024, during the lead-in to an Extreme Geostorm, I had an encounter with wild Nanday parakeets on their home turf. My conversation with them and their conversations amongst themselves were so lengthy and so informative about their communication skills andd their social values that I later broke down the initial video to show six ‘Highlights’ videos.

I thought these Highlights videos might be attractive to my readers because of their brevity. As well, each of the Highlight videos points out specific aspects of the initial rather long video.

There are a few minor changes in the captions in Highlights 1 to 6 as compared to those in the initial, longer video. Mostly, though, the captions in the Highlights are the same as the captions in the initial, long video, the blog for which is the only one in the below list that has a transcript in it.

Here are the links to the videos in this series …
