Dear Ones,

Yesterday evening I channeled three Diamond Mudras … the Upper Diamond, the Lower Diamond, and the Central Diamond, all of which I like very much, and hope that you will find helpful as well.

With these, as with all yoga techniques, please see check with your Western medical practitioner before practicing them, to make sure they will be suitable for you to do, considering the state of your health, and any medications you may be taking.

THREE-PART CENTRAL DIAMOND MUDRA

I will begin with the three-part Central Diamond (left, right, and pranic tube) …

Benefits

This Central Diamond Mudra has many benefits …

  • It fills the pranic reserve with vital energy;
  • It strengthens the will power;
  • It clears the heart chakra of negativity, whether the emotion is personal or projected by other people;
  • Thus it can help stabilize the electromagnetic field against the waves of hatred that have been sweeping round Earth lately, as hatred clears from Earth.
  • It links the ida, pingala, and sushumna (the three channels of the central vertical power current (the kundalini);
  • It opens up the upper Pranic Tube above the heart, making it possible to develop the quality of Unmoving Mind;
  • It balances and stabilizes the kundalini energy, vital energy, heart energy, and upper pranic tube energy
  • Thus, it prevents pass-throughs and flow-throughs by others, whether human (including antisocial personalities and Controllers), Demon, Demon half-breed (‘hybrid’), Vampiric, or Big Bads.

Directions: Central Diamond Mudra – Left

There are two parts to this mudra. The first part fills the pranic reserve with vital energy …

Lying on your back in ‘corpse pose’, place your left hand, palm down, on your heart, and your right hand, palm down, on your navel point. Feel both palms on your body. Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your elbows. This is the Central Diamond, the Crystal Core of your kundalini energy.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

How I Clair Sensed This. It seems to me that this first part of the Central Diamond Mudra draws vitality globules into the Spleen Organelle (the ida point), under the leftmost, bottom rib. From there, it seems to me, these globules are stored in what yogis term the Pranic Reserve, a subtle body organelle shaped like a rounded half-dome, the top of which touches the diaphragm, which is located just under the ribs.

So the Pranic Reserve is an area of the subtle body known as the Body of Light (which is electromagnetic in nature), where vitality globules created by our Sun are stored. This Pranic Reserve nourishes both our subtle bodies and our physical body, and accounts for the relative brightness or darkness of our Body of Light.

When the Pranic Reserve is replenished with vital energy, several things happen …

  • First, the tubule of the subtle organ known as the Spleen Organelle (which looks like a funnel whose larger, open end begins at the ida point just under the leftmost side of the lowest left rib) grows wider and full of energy; any kinks in the long, winding tube of the funnel begin to unkink; and vitality globules begin to flow through the funnel, emptying into the Pranic Reserve through the opening in the small end of the funnel.
  • Next, the will power (the navel point energy) grows stronger.
  • Thirdly, the energy of the heart chakra clears and becomes positively aspected. Where there may priorly have been negative emotions such as fear or sadness or anger or hatred, there is now a pleasant feeling of love, and in clair vision, a bright Light.
  • Fourth, the pingala point just beneath the rightmost side of the lowest right rib), plumps up with Light.
  • And last, all four points of the Central Diamond light up, as the kundalini core energy begins softly to glow and pulse with crystal, white Light.

Opening the Upper Pranic Tube

There is a tube in the upper part of the center of the chest, the ‘trachea’, which connects the mouth and nose with the lungs. It is through the trachea that air rushes back and forth, from the lungs to the air outside us.

This tube in the center of the chest, above the level of the heart , corresponds to the subtle body organelle termed the upper Pranic Tube.

Benefits. Opening and clearing the upper Pranic Tube streamlines access to the downloads of the Incoming Light, facilitating elimination of malware in our Body of Light, and  transition to DNA upgrades leading to improved health of our subtle and physical bodies.

In ancient days, the yogis of India sometimes said that meditation on the trachea, or on the corresponding part of the Pranic Tube, might help a yoga attain Unmovable Mind … a mind ready to confront any trouble with equanimity, and able to withstand any torrent of time or buffet of the natural world or tumult of new days dawning.

This exercise also helps clear the high heart (located at the level of the thymus gland) and the throat chakra (the fifth chakra).

Directions. After practicing both parts of the Central Diamond Mudra, place your Awareness on your trachea.

Continue with long, slow, deep breathing. Feel your chest rising and falling. Sense the air moving back and forth through the trachea. If it feels comfortable to do so, inhale a little more, until the lungs are full of air, and exhale very thoroughly, until the lungs are empty of air.

Continue for a few minutes, until you feel the upper part of the subtle body organelle known as the pranic tube relax and open (provided your doctor advises this practice).

UPPER AND LOWER DIAMOND MUDRAS

There are two more Diamond Mudras … the Upper and the Lower. These clear the Transpersonal Chakras and the Subpersonal Chakras, respectively.

These mudras may be done, the one or the other, on their own. Or they may be done one after the other, after doing the Central Diamond Mudra.

Upper Diamond Mudra

Benefits. The Upper Diamond Mudra clears the Transpersonal Chakras, making it easier for the Incoming Light to uplift and heal the subtle bodies and the physical form. It can also help clear the upper astral body of the influence of Controllers, negatively aspected Spiritual Adepts, and astral ‘thuggees’ (whether possessing or without physical form).

Directions. Lying on your back in ‘corpse pose’, place your hands, fingers straight, palms together, a few inches above your head. Elbows are slightly bent. Feel where your palms touch each other. Also feel your heart chakra. Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your slightly bent elbows. These are the four points of the Upper Diamond.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

Lower Diamond Mudra

Benefits. Lower Diamond Mudra purifies, strengthens, and stabilizes the Subpersonal Chakras. It releases negative energy from the basal and sacral (sexual) chakras, and assists in grounding to the Halls of Amenti in the center of New Earth.

Directions. Lying on your back in ‘corpse pose’, put the soles of your feet together, and rest your knees at or near the surface on which you are lying.  Place your hands, palms down, near your sides.

Feel where the soles of your feet touch each other. Also feel your navel point (third chakra). Then include in your Awareness the outer edges of your bent knees. These are the four points of the Lower Diamond.

Make your breathing long, slow, and deep. You can continue for up to an hour, or for as little as a few minutes … whatever feels comfortable to you, provided your doctor advises this practice.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

I was greeting people today, and when I greeted one of the people, my eyelids were fluttering while I greeted her. I have noticed, on some of my videos, that my eyelids are fluttering a lot. I asked up … you know? … I asked my Ascension Team about it, because I was wondering what it really was. Is it because I have astigmatism? Maybe I need glasses? What could it be?

My Team came back, almost immediately, that it was a method of transmitting DNA codes for the connection between the DNA code that is physical (that is in the etheric DNA template), and on, to other dimensional sets of DNA codes, so as to bring in the 12-strand DNA.

So fluttering of the eyelids is apparently one method of transmitting the codes of the Great Remembering for the Ascension of Earth. You can take a look at that in some of my prior videos … I seem to be doing that quite a lot. It is very unusual. And in others I am just looking straight forward, and nothing is going on.

The same was the case today: People would walk up and people were greeting. They were so open and cordial and friendly! And sometimes one of my eyelids would flutter for a little while, or the other one, maybe, for a moment … or both at the same time. Sometimes nothing at all would happen, in terms of the eyelids.

I have to trust that my Team knows what they are doing, but it makes me look kind of unusual!

Thinking back to the time I was at another church, some years ago, and then I was drummed out … I have written about that! … I was drummed out because I was using spontaneous mudras for the Incoming Light coming in, and spreading around to the congregation for healing of people’s Souls, and their subtle and physical bodies.

There was so much Light coming in, because of the fervor of the congregation! It was like in India, where some people have the gift of spontaneous mudras for healing … But it was very noticeable. And probably the reason they asked me to leave that place was that I was a standout in terms of odd hand movements, you know?

So I guess, in my mind was imprinted, after that, that I will be kicked out of any church that I do spontaneous mudras in. And maybe my Team arranged the eyelid fluttering as a less obtrusive way of encoding the same gifts of the Great Remembering in other people.

So I have that for you! … Then, on the other hand, I am going to go to the eye doctor and make sure there is nothing wrong with regard to astigmatism, just in case! [laughs]

This alternate mudra works very well, but I find it’s good to keep the fingers relaxed and the fingertips low, so that no one will mistake your mudra for a black magic symbol … If you have any doubts at all about it, just avoid the alternate mudra. It will help delineate your stance if you use the above prayer along with the mudra …

Stand with right hand up in front of your body at heart level, palm upturned, fingertips forward; and left arm at your side, fingertips to left, palm facing down, like this …

Either aloud, or in your mind, say this prayer:

May the power of gravity
be set aside
so that I may be informed
with True Light.

Or you may say this alternate prayer:

May the power of gravity
be set aside
so that True Light
may come down.

As you say the prayer, envision the Light coming down, from the Central Sun and the Eye of God, into your central vertical power current (aka pranic tube, pranic column, kundalini, antahkarana, silver cord, or silver thread), and coursing down, through your feet … Down, down, to the very core of Earth.

And then, shift your right hand so that it mirrors the left, palm downturned as if blessing the Earth, like this …

  • Alice’s Kriya to Close the Door to the Lower Astral Realms

Dear Ones,

ALICE’S KRIYA TO CLOSE THE DOOR TO THE LOWER ASTRAL REALMS

Here’s a technique for closing the door to the lower astral plane… especially important after doing a pranic column meditation, and before going to sleep. It’s very simple.

As you know, some of the work we do as lightworkers is to extend the pranic column energy to the sky and deep into the Earth. That’s a wonderful service that we do for Earth … to blend the two worlds … the energies of Creator Father God and all of the higher realms, down through Earth’s atmosphere, through us, into the Earth. Through the Earth-bound ones, down to the deepest, most sacred Halls of Amenti at the center of the Earth. And so we do that work willingly.

But then at night, it’s very important to seal that gate … the gate between the physical realm and the astral realm. I’m going to offer you an activation to seal that gate that works very well. It goes like this:

You take the index finger of one hand, extended straight out, with the other fingers closed under the thumb of that hand …

… and starting at the back of your head, you roll it slowly forward to the front of your head. And while you’re doing that, you say:

By God’s grace,
And through His power,
I close this gate.  (x3)

And what that does is, it seals off your aura at your eighth chakra, so that you don’t have to worry about the astral world while you’re asleep. You can rest and sleep peacefully in God’s grace.

Here are three mudras: One is to consolidate and strengthen the lower quadrant of the body of light. The second is to consolidate and strengthen the core star energy. And the third is to visualize the energy of the heart filling a room full of people. There’s a Summary after the video; text not in the video is in green font …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have three mudras for you today.

Mudra 1: Palms to Heels

The first one has to do with purifying, consolidating, and strengthening the energy of the lower quadrant of the Light Body. You’re taking both hands, like this (hands in front of the body, at the level of the navel point, palms down, fingers together, fingertips pointing away from the body). As if you were pushing energy down, with your palms … Energy that then goes down towards the heels of your feet. Looks like this …

And you can do that, at first, to ground yourself and to purify the energy of the lower chakras … the lower triangle.

Mudra 2: Strengthening the Core Star

Then the next mudra has to do with consolidating and strengthening the energy of the Core Star, which is a central place, within us, above the navel point and beneath the rib cage, deep inside the body.

And when that is consolidated and strengthened, then the whole energy field of a person becomes more at one. And that’s a pretty easy one. It looks like this …

While you’re using the mudra, you’re imagining placing your awareness on the core star energy deep within your body … above your navel point, and below your rib cage.

So it becomes like a bubble of energy all around you.

So first, with Mudra 1, you’ve consolidated and strengthened the lower quadrant, which frequently is subject to the unconscious thought cloud of the world. Especially on the weekends, in a large, urban environment.

And then, with Mudra 2, you’re consolidating your entire energy field.

Now the next one has to do with sending love from the heart chakra, out into a room full of people … a huge congregation, or a small congregation, of people. It includes a visualization, and the hand movements are very similar to the last mudra, except that the hands are spread farther apart.

And the place that you visualize is your own heart chakra, deep inside your body, at the level of your physical heart. Now, you imagine that that spot is the edge of a huge sphere of energy, that proceeds through through the whole space.

You’re standing in the back. It’s important. You’re standing in the back of this huge space of the room. And the energy sphere fills up the entire place, from ceiling to floor, no matter how many stories it is. And all the whole building, from one side to the other side, and everyone that’s in it. Ok?

So your heart is touching the hearts of everyone there.

Here’s the mudra …

As you can see, the mudra is very similar to the second mudra, except it’s a little higher up. The hands are held a little farther out … as if they were embracing a sphere of energy. And in your thoughts … in your awareness … you’re placing your awareness on the entire room full of people, or the building.

So those are three mudras, and they do well consecutively, I think, in a group of people.
