This month and next month during the planetary retrogrades, are auspicious times for releasing the ghosts of our ancestors … especially those of our parents, siblings, and grandparents who have passed on.
These are often seeking comfort by wrapping themselves around our electromagnetic fields (EMFs) in the lower triangle … the area beneath our belt line. Blessing and releasing these can result in an audiovisual (AV) spin-off and a big Light upgrade. These are always very good news.
I think these releases of ancestral spirits may happen during retrogrades because of the backward nature of the retrograde energies. In other words, these are good times for us to look back, and clear up past memories, and spiff up our subtle bodies.

The planet Jupiter’s moon Io shelters the audiovisual and EMF library of this Solar System.
This moon holds the record of the planets’ tutelage of the beings in their care, transformed to highest love and Light.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Introduction
I thought I would tell you about a vision I had years ago … the same year that my mother passed on …
I had an experience of very deep Soul anxiety, many years ago. I remember lying in bed for three days, feeling that I could not move, and that there was nothing at all that I could do about it. And that had to do with the experience of deep grief that I was feeling.
Archetypal Sounds: Rites of Passage
And during those three days … from which I eventually arose, a completely different person … during that time of transition, I had a very deep vision one night. I fell into a vision of being in a time tunnel, and of experiencing a lifetime … not the current lifetime, but another lifetime … as sounds of Rites of Passage[or alternatively, as ‘Archeypal Sounds’].
There were only four; and those summed up the entire lifetime …
I heard the wail of a baby being born … the first cry of a child …
I heard the ecstatic cry of a woman, as she climaxed during intercourse …
I heard her cry out in anguish as she gave birth …
And I heard the last sob of breath, as she passed on, from physical, into astral form …
And those sounds disappeared down the tunnel of time that I envisioned, They disappeared and whirled away.
That was an incredible experience. Ever since then, I have taken into account what this society so frequently overlooks: The milestones of the evolution of a human life. And I feel that, in future, these milestones will receive more recognition, through Ceremony, in human society.
And surely it should be so, that the entire community would recognize …
the child reaching puberty;
the rite of union, whether it be through marriage or however it should evolve in future;
the rite of birth … that is another wonderful experience that deserves nurturing … it deserves some people in the community helping a pregnant woman, and helping after the birth, I feel … and honoring that experience, so that the child can have a good start in life.
and the rite of death … that that milestone should no longer be veiled in secrecy, but rather, celebrated in joy.

NASA is not far off in recording these Sounds of Earth and send them into space; I feel that archetypal sounds such as those I heart are imprinted on the Akashic records in Rites of Passage during the span of a human lifetime. Thus, in a sense, they are the permanent record of humankind, hurled out into space and kept safe in our local and Universal Akashic record storage facilities.
I feel that the Akashic records of humankind comprise, at their core, both these Archetypal Sounds and the Archetypal Images described by Carl Jung. As to the latter, I am happy to have contributed what I might …

Dear Ones,
LOSS OF SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD SENSITIZES A PERSON TO FUTURE FEELINGS OF LOSS
Loss of supportive relationships in early childhood … as, for instance, the loss of a mother while in infancy, or the loss of other family members in early childhood through catastrophe … creates a great sense of disaster around the feeling of loss. And so, subsequent experiences of loss, even slight loss, bring up the early Soul wounding. It flashes up like an AV clip from the deep subconscious mind, and then is immediately suppressed by an energy barrier set in place during the original incident as an egoic protective mechanism.
WHAT UPWELLINGS OF SOUL WOUNDING MAY FEEL LIKE
From my clair studies, it appears that upwellings of Soul wounding memories create a sense of pressure, uneasiness, even dread, and then a feeling of slowly subsiding negative emotion. It is difficult, but not impossible in a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness, to witness the momentary flash of the AV clip. Fortunately, observing the AV clip is not necessary to resolve the wounding.
THE VALUE OF JOURNALING EMOTIONAL PATTERNS
The thing to do is to observe when emotions come up in daily life. Especially, repeating patterns of negative emotion. Journal these daily.
So in the case of loss of supportive relationships in early childhood, I would advise noting down upwellings of loss feelings and what seems to be the trigger. After a few days of journalling, I would ‘get’ that there is an issue with loss. Or, it might be an issue with abundance. Or with validation. Or with projection of other folks’ opinions on me. And so on.
ACTIVATIONS OF LIGHT AND SOUND AS TOOLS FOR SOUL CLEARING xx
The next step, I feel, would be to clear these patterns with repetitive activations of light and sound. Possibly you might like them too, if clearing Soul wounding is of interest?
THOUGHTS FOR LIGHTWORKERS WHO ARE REBALANCING THEIR KARMA
I note that many Lightworkers and Starseed now incarnate have chosen to experience Soul wounding in this lifetime. I consider this a karmic rebalancing process, carefully set in place to balance the karma of the many Lightworker incarnations.
So for instance, a Lightworker who needs to clear ‘power over’ from other incarnations may have chosen to experience powerlessness in this lifetime.
Whether one is experiencing the one extreme of a polarity or the other, journaling and awareness of the current lifetime experience will allow Soul clearing of both polarities … from all lifetimes … in this lifetime. That is the power of this cycle of regeneration set in place in 2012.
