Dear Ones,

This is about Sunset Crater, strong emotions, and psychic attack response, other habits, and joy. An edited Summary follows the video …

Hello, Dear Ones, This is Alice.

I have been climbing up for a view of the Sunset Crater National Monument. And I climbed for a while and got very out of breath, and here is what I saw …

This is behind the trees … There are a lot of beautiful trees. And [behind that] there is the crater. I guess it has been there for a long time, because there are trees growing all up on it. And while I was sitting and contemplating the Crater, I got to thinking about strong emotions, such as personal love, and personal hate, and anger, and fear.

And I thought I would just talk about that for a minute, because they are sort of like eruptions from a volcano … you know what I mean? And then all this lava spills out, in the way of our emotions. And it is hard for things to grow on the landscape for a while. [laughs] I’ll see if I can get a picture of that lava later on …

I went to an energy healer yesterday, in Sedona. And I talked to her about strong emotions, and the framework of it was psychic attacks. I was asking her what to do about psychic attacks … which have been happening rather regularly for a long time now … for a decade.

And she had some interesting things to say … very commonsense things … as well as healing to offer. And one of the things she said was to look at the emotion around the things that are happening in our lives, especially the things that are happening regularly … habits.

And what she was saying is, this sensing of the emotions that I did not want to feel, from other people … this psychic attack nonsense … was a habit. Just like, for instance, I have another habit: I do not like paperwork. And so I have an emotion around those things … separate emotions around those things.

And the thing to do, she says, is: If you cannot avoid something in life, and if it is a habit or routine … a longstanding routine … and if it has negative emotions around it, the thing to do is to look at it, and explore it, and try and find out a way to experience that ongoing activity placed in the forefront of your awareness with joy. At least I think I can do this with my paperwork, and I will not be the Sunset Volcano! [laughs]

And so, then with regard to psychic attacks, she said: Just treat it very lightly. Smile and laugh. And then change your attention to something on Earth. Feel your feet. Feel the joy of things around you in your life, like this beautiful view here. [sighs]

And I think her advice is excellent. And so, maybe it will be good for your too. I hope you have a wonderful day. No volcanoes!

Maybe we will have a little footage of lava flows after this. We will see what shows up on the road.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Here is the video with the lava flow in it …
