Yesterday morning I woke up with a strong lower triangle connection to the unconscious thought cloud of the world. On sitting up, I felt every cell in a state of upset, nausea, even panic. After I had spent a few minutes of dissolving all this in love, it became too much for me, so I asked God to take it away from me. And right away, the physical symptoms disappeared …

Peggy Black … https://www.peggyblack.com/ … who channels the Hathors, says we always have that option to opt out of whatever may be too much for us in the way of Ascension clearing. I guess she is right about that! What a relief it was, really, to know that I am not forced to experience these Ascension symptoms. Grace is everywhere, I guess.
