Yesterday the Kp index was much higher than usual. (1)

I associate high Kp with high probability of mental filters (2) clearing away from various parts of the body of light. Mainly, I feel it in my physical body and sense it as less clairaudient ‘chatter’. A really huge mental filter just melted away two nights ago. Yay!!

Most folks think of the Kp index as a way to know if they might see auroras in their latitude. This geo map for Canada and the United States shows aurora lines for various Kp values:
