SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars. I have a body position and a mantra to dispel a feeling of lack of groundedness or lack of safety; fear of death; or anxiety.

Half Reclined Bound Angle Pose for a Sense of Safety

You lie down, facing up, and your hands are by your sides. Bring your right heel up, to within about six inches of the bottom of your torso; and leave your left leg and left foot pointing straight out, while relaxed on the floor, with the toes pointed outward and slightly away from you, as would be the case if they were relaxed.

Empty your mind of thoughts. Slow your heartbeat a little. And when you feel still, say to the heel that is close to the bottom of your torso:

I am safe, I am safe, I am safe.
I am safe, I am safe, I am safe.

Then continue to breathe quietly for a few more minutes; and that is it … that is that.

The purpose of this body position and mantra is to replace malware that may have become stuck to the lower torso. The lowest chakra is in charge of safety and groundedness, and safety from death … like that.

There is malware … plentiful malware … floating around the astral plane, to do with just the opposite. And it is possible for that to get stuck on your first chakra. What this pose and mantra do is to replace that malware with what you might call ‘goodware’ … very simple. That’s it.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
