Dear Ones,

Sometimes in my writings I speak of these feral drives: sexual and territorial aggression. I realize that conceptual words do not go far in conveying meaning. The movies do a much better job of it.

There is a great enactment of these two drives in the movie “Abandoned” at timestamp 1:12:01 – 1:12-15 – The actor is Scott Anthony Leet, playing the character John Holloway (a hired strongarm man). The words he speaks are “Mary! Where’s my little lamb?”

The scene I recommend viewing is the scene just after the scene in this trailer …
