Dear Ones,

The first two blogs describe what helped me, when faced with psychic heart attack. I cannot promise that they will help others, but at least I can say, they helped in my own case.

Of course, if  you feel you may just have had a transient ischemic attack (a TIA) or a heart attack, it is of utmost importance to go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room right away.

I hope that, by whatever means, each of you will be safe and free from this type of psychic crime …

My feeling is, in the long run, there is nothing a medical doctor can do for us, if we decline to live a healthy lifestyle.
