I’m looking at the sky here today, and what I’m seeing seems to me to be a reflection of the effect on Earth of the giant, ‘killer’ X-flare that happened yesterday. Just take a look … You can kind of get a feel for what is happening in the ionosphere because of it …

… Well, so, here it is, a half hour later, and the sky is completely clear. It’s like the effects of the solar flare are gone, if that analogy applies. Completely clear, except for one or two little clouds over this way … There’s one … and there’s the other one …
