Dear Ones,

Here is a video about a new Ascension gift; this is a simple way to escape from telepathic intruders who target the higher mental body and the conscious mind.

If an unscrupulous spiritual adept attempts to influence your lower mental body  … your gut brain … and your subconscious mind, instead of the higher mental body, then make your spine S-shaped instead of tilted off the vertical. You can shift from S-shape to the mirror image of S-shape so as to avoid muscle fatigue.

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Happiness in the approach of Earth to Summer Solstice 2022 during this wonderful Ascension process! Do I ever have an Ascension gift for you today!

This is for those of you … including me … who are suffering from just too much astral chatter going on … too much telepathy … too many opposing points of view, and polemics all over the astral airs. And so this is very helpful during this time of high light. And I found it worked immediately.

It is very simple. You are sitting up straight, as if you were meditating; or standing up straight. And you are being bothered by all the commotion in the astral air to do with the higher mental body. So what you do is you just lean slightly to the left. And you will find that right away the astral chatter ceases. Your central vertical power current is bypassing the higher mental body.

If you prefer, you can lean slightly to the right. The very same thing will happen. The central vertical power current bypasses the higher mental body.

All right, that is the answer: To achieve meditative calm in this time of high light, if there is a lot of astral commotion all you have to do is to make your meditative stance slightly to one side or to the other.

What a well spoken person is Paula Hurlock! I find her message a refreshing contrast to the unparsed notions promoted by TV shows and movies today …

While, in the main, I agree with this video, I have quite a bit more to add: I feel that the karma that descends on us for having sex with a ‘bad companion’, or a person with a ‘bad family’ can be unraveled by distancing ourselves from that person and that family.

It is really the thought forms that are cast back and forth between people that is the cause of changes in their bodies of Light. If one person has a very dark energy field, and the other a very Light energy field, then sexual intercourse may result in the energy fields of both people becoming more ‘greyish’ in color.

With physical distance, and when the two people stop communicating with each other (whether in person, virtually, or by mail), and stop talking about each other to their friends, then the flying back and forth of thought forms amongst the unconscious, subconscious, conscious and superconscious minds of the persons involved will slow down and eventually halt.

At that point, and especially from the point of view of the LIghtworker … such as you, gentle reader, and I, may be … then adulteration of our Light will have to do with those with whom we are now having sexual intercourse, or with whom we are communicating.

Now the flux of thought forms … the wafting back and forth in the astral and mental airs of those messengers of Light, Dark, and Grey … will have to do with this new set of people. As well, it will have to do with the books we read, and the media we view, and what we see with our eyes on the physical plane, as these also create and convey to us thought forms, whether Light, Dark, or Grey.

Physical and astral Earth are the Realm of Duality. The Incoming Light during a Solar Maximum is also both Light, Dark and Grey. Sometimes pure Light from the Solar Flares is incoming. Sometimes there is a Solar Wind Gust, or a Co-Rotating Interaction Region, or an influx of X-Rays or Cosmic Rays. Some of these are Light. Some are Dark. And some are Grey.

In times like the current Solar Maximum, because of the intensity of the mixing effect of Light and Dark caused by Solar events, I find it safest to practice holistic self-healing techniques and to distance myself from people and communications that might bring in Dark Karma.

On the other hand, a great influx of Solar Light can clear up Dark knots of karma on Earth, merge Dark timelines with the Light, and cause propitious dimensional shifts that transfer the Awareness of Earthbound Souls from the Hellworlds to Purgatory worlds, and from the latter to the Heavenworlds.

In the same way, in these days of Light, those who wish to walk with Christ, no matter whether the Dark surrounds them, no matter whether they are drowning in the ocean and surrounded by sharks, can reach for His hand and find it firmly grasping their own …

As we embrace Christ consciousness, we begin to see that we are one with God. We begin to feel the pulse of the Universe, and to experience within our energy fields the pathways of the Stars, the careful care of our own Sun in his dance with the planets in his care. We ourselves … our own Souls … dance with the All that Is.

We step beyond this time, this space, into the eternal Now. It becomes child’s play to move from this lifetime to that, from this reality to another, from this timeline or dimension to another. For the first time, we experience multitemporality. We become multidimensional beings.

This gift of Free Will bestowed on us through our sojourn on planet Earth allows us to remember our LIghtworker skills in a world more challenging than we may have experienced before … a world that many Lightworkers hope to experience as one of their Lessons of Light one day.

Here we are on Earth, we are the lucky winners of the Earth lottery! And that, during the time of Earth’s Ascension. On request, our Ascension Team … our Star brothers and sisters … will send us the Ascension gifts we need for mastery of this difficult terrain in these times fraught with woe for many, but time of great promise for those of faith.

Let us optimize our timelines and dimensions, whether Light or Dark descends on us during a Solar event, by aligning our minds and hearts and wills with the great Mind, the great Heart, and the Great will of God.

Remember these words, and say them in times when it may seem all is lost …

It seems to me this is an image of a young woman hypnotized into a state resembling an epileptic fit. From another photograph in the book, this ‘death trance’ induced by hypnosis may have resulted in her death.

The ability to alter memories, even cellular memories, through hypnosis, is underplayed in the modern day. I feel we must ever be on the alert to counter and overcome the ‘mind strikes’ of mind control cults.

Here is an image that reminds me a little of the ‘Slave Planet Blues’ vision I once had …

I read that this science fiction ship was a patrol and attack craft used in by a bounty hunter. To me, the image give a feeling of implacable pursuit … of being cornered and without recourse, possibly by a mind-controlling alien entity,  similar to the feeling I got in my Slave Planet Blues vision.

I viewed the Canadian science fiction movie “2149: The Aftermath” recently and found in it a theme similar to that in the image “Slave 1.”  The movie is set in the year 2149, when many people are living in small cement modules, like efficiency apartments, but each module is separated from the others and no one is allowed outdoors. Each person works, eats, sleeps, and ‘showers’ in his or her module. People communicate together by means of big computer screens in their modules.

If the people venture out of the modules, then they are coerced back into the modules by law enforcement drones … which remind me of very small, but very threatening, versions of the “Slave 1” image. The hero of the movie is a young man named Darwin. When living conditions in his module catastrophically shut down, he is forced to go outside, though he believes the air is poisonous there. When he finds he can survive and breathe the air, he wanders around, eventually finding people living a more fulfilling life, with human interaction, and even a chance for romance, while hiding from the drones in a forest.

I like the movie because it puts on screen some of the aspects of the life that has become ours as a people globally during the COVID pandemic. I say that because, during the pandemic, many people are working at home, using their computers. Because of the media hype, some feel that the air around their fellow human beings … because of the chance of catching COVID … is, in a way, ‘poisonous’. And so people are interacting more in a virtual, online way, than they are meeting face-to-face right now.

Insofar as our human interactions during the COVID pandemic are driven by fear and news hype … rather than by our real-life, physical observations of the world around us, we are now, to some degree, in the same boat with Darwin, who was touchingly fearful of leaving his module to seek the company of other human beings.

It is the virtual reality … the computers and the handhelds … I feel, that are, in a manner of speaking, enslaving humankind today. Oh, to step out of our homes and walk down to the sea shore, or to the forest, or to the desert! To sniff the salt air, or to hear the rustle of feathers in the tree tops, or to see the swift blooms of spring amongst the sand dunes of Earth! Would that not be glorious?

Dear Ones,

I just took a look at a film that may help figure out how to avoid voodoo … The film is “Voodoo Man (1944)” featuring Bela Lugosi …

It is pretty hokey though. At least it is a reminder of how to spot the trance state caused by mesmerism, mental suggestion, or hypnosis. The film features the famed hypnotist (?) and actor Bela Lugosi, from days of yore.

I remember some years ago it seemed … in the dreamtime realm … that a cult (whose name I cannot know … and if I were to know, would surely dare not divulge) had targeted my physical body and energy fields (including my mental and emotional subtle bodies and my etheric net) for a takeover by the personality of their soon-to-expire cult leader.

The idea was … or so the rumor was in the astral airs … the cult leader would abandon the husk of his aged body, render me a zombie, take over my body, wreak some mischief, then hop on into another person’s body, leaving both me and his aged former form lifeless.

I guess the idea behind this dreamtime concoction was the opposite of that in this film. In the film there is the attempt to transfer the will to live and the emotions of a fresh young woman to the dead and zombified wife of the hypnotist.

Had the movie been similar to that dream I had, then the hypnotist himself would have tried to transfer his will to live and emotions into zombified me. So … the opposite.

I feel the thing to do, when such dreams occur, and when they seem to be bad omens aimed at oneself, is to build up one’s own will power. A good way is the ‘boot camp’ method … physical conditioning, especially the kind that builds 6-pack abs. Or what passes for that, for those of us who are mature ladies.
