Matthew Nihra: Hello, everyone! I am pleased to be with you today. This is the fifteenth video in a series on mastering the mind and the human electromagnetic field (the EMF). The title of this video is “The Importance of Aligning with God, with the Angels, and with Our Ascension Team.”
Series Author Alice B. Clagett and I will be co-narrating today’s video. Let us begin!
By now you know how to master your mind … how to master … through the power of your Awareness … all four of your minds (your un-conscious, sub-conscious, conscious, and super-conscious mind). Let us say you have practiced these techniques diligently, and now know the full potency of your presence as a New Human on New Earth. That is a great feeling, to be the master of our minds.
We find we are now the masters of the All. We can gallop at will … through time and space, through the alternate realities and through the many realms available to us in the Universe.
We realize that we are able to surf the tides of time and space.
We are multidimensional multitemporal human beings!
Yet what do all knowledge and the power of Free Will avail us, if through happenstance we fall into the Dark worlds and the Dark times, the Dark aspects of Creation?
Having never experienced these … or perhaps not remembering that we once had to endure these realms … might we stray there?
And how difficult must it be for a person of greatly expanded Awareness to find himself subject to the throes of one of the negative dimensions or timelines … within the Purgatory worlds or the Hellworlds for instance; or within an Apocalyptic timeline.

Dear Ones,
Last Sunday, to my great surprise and delight, there came to the place where I worshipped three visitors: Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, and the wise Prophet Ezekiel. These filled our church with a holy Light that blessed us with God’s unfailing protection, His healing grace, and His Earthly wisdom.
As the Prophet Ezekiel once foretold the restoration of Israel, so may second coming to us foretell Christ’s Second Coming and the restoration of His redeeming Presence here on this planet that longs once more to see His holy Face.
My everlasting thanks to God Three in One for His blessings to the people of Earth.

Dear Ones,
Here are illustrations of how facial expression and body language contribute to other people’s understanding of our emotional state.
There are also comments on Asperger Syndrome and Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASP), and the overlighting spirits of people with these conditions.
There is also a little about the Saint Benedict of Nursia exorcism medal, and how that may help us stick with our mammalian Overlighting Spirits … our guardian Angels … and steer clear of Insectian and Reptilian overlighting spirits, which otherwise might lead us in the direction of Asperger and ASP disorder.
The Songbirds, the Mourning Doves, and the neighborhood Dogs had their own comments about the video.

Introduction
Hello, Dear Ones. This is Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I was talking a little earlier about body language and facial language that help people to pick up the emotional state of other people. I thought I would give an example using a recording of a song called “Valhalla Calling” … the Trio version that’s very popular on YouTube. And I will attempt to make my face express Viking derring-do.
So, you can compare my face as it is normally on my videos to this altered body language that I’m using when I try to express the emotion of the song.
The only thing is, I can’t use the music because of copyright concerns, but I’m going to listen to the music and play the music and attempt different sorts of facial changes. Then I will mute that video segment.
I’ll start off using my finger to indicate the drum beat … like this … so that you can sync the music that’s already available on YouTube to my facial expression. And you can look at the facial expressions of the singers.
In that way you can get a notion of how your idea of who I am and what I am might change quite radically when I use these new facial expressions.

… and the musculature of our body express what we really intend … what we really feel … is important to fitting into the world community. That’s how I feel.
So what did you think of my facial expressions while I listened to the last oine of”Valhalla Calling (Trio Version)”? What do these unusual facial expressions really mean?
Am I suddenly a Viking or am I still a Lightorker?
What the Sweet Birds Think About All This
Mourning Doves are all lined up on the telephone pole wire and they’ve been listening.
And a Tit came and perched over here and asked me what the Viking music was. The Tit said it remembered what kind of music that was.
The Birds are all sitting there looking at me. They’re wondering what’s up. So I asked them, What’s up? They said, Nothing. Just listening.
Sweet Bird: We didn’t LIKE this music. We didn’t really LIKE this kind of music.
Alice to Readers: So I kind of think if you were to play this kind of music outdoors and or … maybe even better … perform this kind of music outdoors … you would have a a a wonderful audience in the Birds. absolutely they’d really enjoy it would you enjoy it.
Alice to Sweet Birds: Would you enjoy it?
Sweet Bird 1 (quietly, hesitantly): I don’t think that we would enjoy it.
Sweet Bird 2 (a little more loudly): Yesss. I don’t think that we would enjoy it.
Alice to Readers (paying more attention to the Sweet Birds’ emotions than to the words they were speaking): They said, It’s kind of noisy but we like it anyway.
The Puppies (Young Dogs) in the neighborhood were listening raptly. I just asked them, What do you what did you think of that, guys?
Puppy (barking): Real good! REAL GOOD!
Alice (repeating): ‘Real good. Real good.’ … Can you hear it?
And before they said, ‘I liked it quite a lot’.
You know, if you’re going to do this thing at night, bring your Dog along.
Young Dog to Alice (yipping): Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Older Dog (barking): Yes! Yes!
Yeah, really!

You know, I think 40% of the websites on the WorldWideWeb today are WordPress websites. So those folks at WordPress are are really terrific by way of helping people express themselves with the written word and the video online. They’re especially good at helping young people.
About the Saint Benedict of Nursia Medal
One other thing: You may be wondering what this medal (the wooden medallion I am wearing) is. This is a Saint Benedict of Nursia medal. It has on it, as cues, beginning letters of of the ‘Crux sacra sit mihi lux’ saying that helps ward off demonic influences.
What are demonic influences? One way to interpret that is to think of people who have been overlit not with the normal Mammalian Overlighting Spirits … not with the the Angels that consort with Human Beings … but rather with the types of Devas that generally instruct other sorts of beings on Earth … such as Insects or Reptiles and so forth. And so their code of behavior and their body language have to do with what would be normal for Insects or Reptiles … something like that.
[The Songbirds are excitedly discussing this theory of mine.]
Alice to Readers: Saint Benedict of Nursia was normal, but of course saintly, human being and it helps to be reminded lways to behave in such a way he would be proud of us.
[Alice looks up at the Sky.] What is that? … Oh! It’s a Songbird up there.
