Here is a video with an introduction to the Christian prayer series “Prayers for Peaceful Mind.” The video also has thoughts on using the Fibonacci tone to cultivate peace of mind.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Because of the incoming CMEs (coronal mass ejections) that are supposed to hit today or tomorrow … or at least one of them may hit … there has been some trouble with the astral chatter and unrest in the noosphere for a few days now.

It was really starting to get to me, that 24-7 nonsense. Sometimes this stuff triggers in me certain reactions that I learned in my childhood. it is really important to me to get away from it.

Yesterday I experimented with the Fibonacci sound that I had on my CD already. It worked quite well. It immediately cut through the astral chatter. But I kept it on for too long, I think, because later in the day … after four hours or so of listening to it as I worked … I found that either it or maybe the binaural nature of the recording I had was interfering some with my balance.

Of course that is no good. So I am suggesting, try the Fibonacci tone maybe for a little while … not too long … just long enough to cut through the restlessness in the noosphere.

At times when that does not work, I thought: What will I do if my old childhood patterns begin to be triggered by the astral chatter? So I came up with a number of public domain prayers that are short and sweet.

I thought: Better than reacting to those triggers might be to just say a little prayer to do with whatever the topic was, or whoever seemed to be sending the message. So I came up with these public domain prayers, and I will be putting them one-by-one on short videos online.

The topics I have selected are …

  • A Prayer for Joy in God’s Creation,
  • A Prayer for Peace Among All Nations,
  • A Prayer Our Enemies … which is a good one because that is not usually what people do when they meet their enemies,
  • A Prayer for the Unemployed … I thought that would be good now because of the homeless and because of the need for employment for many people,
  • A Prayer for the Good Use of Leisure … That is an interesting one because people do not usually think about how they are using their leisure; they just enjoy it. But I figure there are ways to use leisure that will help us in the work world when we find ourselves there.
  • A Prayer for Cities,
  • A Prayer for Prisons and Correctional Institutions,
  • A Prayer for Those Who Influence Public Opinion … That is an interesting one to me.
  • A Prayer for Young Persons,
  • The Prayer for Grace at Meals that I used to say as a child … a trip down memory lane!
  • The Prayer for Our Guardian Angel that I also said as a child,
  • A Very Powerful Prayer to the Trinity.

And that is it for the current series of prayers … prayers to replace the triggers of the subconscious mind (that occur on the astral plane and also in physical reality) with a supplication to the Divine that turns Darkness to Light. That is what I thought.

In addition to the Fibonacci tones, I will try the prayers. I will try to bring sweetness and Light into the noosphere as the turmoil happens with the CMEs, the coronal mass ejections.

I have a new affirmation to say to repel astral boarding [walk-ins or pass-through or flow-through or ‘obsession’], especially in the early morning on the weekends. This is a very difficult problem here in Los Angeles.

For those of you that live in areas that have to deal with crime gangs and street gangs and so forth, that might help, just as it helped me.

Not far away … across Topanga Canyon … there is trouble with street gangs. The police here deal with that through a curfew at night. So there must be this lingo going on and that is why it works.

I am supporting everybody else and keeping their turf clear too when I say …

Hello, Dear Ones! It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Today let’s practice a little bit what to do if we are stuck in the fourth dimension and cannot rise to the fifth dimension for a minute or two, or we forgot to optimize, and we come across some of those beings popularly known as demons or devils, or Satan, or like that … and we need to get away.

One thing to do is to carry with you all the time this medal of Saint Benedict of Nursia …

…, which will remind you of the words to say. On the back here it has the first letter in each verse of the Latin words to say, so that is helpful.

I remember in the past, when I used to get in this kind of situation, and with my telepathic vision I saw what seemed to be a demon or devil or Satan … or like that … I would forget the Latin words. You know?

So it was a good thing to have this lightweight, wooden medal with me all the time; I could look at it and remember.

Today we are going to practice the first two lines of what to say; and that might tide you over, if you can remember no more. It goes like this …

Crux sacra sit mihi lux!

Let’s say that together:

Crux sacra sit mihi lux!

That means: “May the sacred cross … [shows the sacred cross on the medal] … be my Light!”

One more time:

Crux sacra sit mihi lux!

And now, the second line …

Numquam draco sit mihi dux!

Let’s say that together …

Numquam draco sit mihi dux!

Very good! And that means” “May the dragon never be my leader!”

Let’s say that second line again together …

Numquam draco sit mihi dux!

Very good! And so now, all together at the same time …

Crux sacra sit mihi lux!
Numquam draco sit mihi dux!

May the dragon never be the one that gives me the orders!

May I follow the Light! God’s Light! Christ’s Light within and without me, here in this realm … the third and fourth dimensions!

And now … repeating yesterday’s lesson, which allows you to rise to dimensions higher than those in which devils and demons and Satan, and the like, can assail you … that is the optimization of timelines and dimensions. And that will be my blessing for a while now, coming up in the next few months.

It goes like this, as we learned yesterday …

Oh, and by the way … about that story of meeting demons and devils and dragons and like that … which everyone knows are more likely to be around at night than during the daytime … if this medal [the Saint Benedict of Nursia medal] does not do the trick for you, you can start carrying in your purse the words of the Latin chant … or the words of the English translation … for the Prayer of Saint Benedict of Nursia.

That is something I do too … just in case, you know? You cannot be too careful! Here it is [shows the paper with the Latin verses and the English translation on it]. This is usually folded up and in my backpack pocket, just in case I should need it.

The third dimension is this physical world, that we see, hear, touch and feel with our physical senses.

The fourth dimension is the telepathic and astral realm. It is the land of dreams that we visit every night when we fall asleep.

NOTES

‘Numquam’ means ‘never’ in Latin. ‘Non’ means ‘not’ in Latin.

You can say “Numquam draco sit mihi dux!” Or you can say “Non draco sit mihi dux!” Either way is fine.

About the title of the video: In “Henry IV Part I,” Shakespeare has Falstaff say “Faith, and I’ll send him packing.”

Falstaff may not have been too serious about faith, I am guessing. But where did that exclamation “Faith!” come from, that was used so often in Shakespeare’s time?

I am guessing that it started out as a sincere expression of the importance of faith in our lives. It is faith in the Cross that can save us from the snares of Satan! Don’t you feel it to be so? –Alice B. Clagett
