Very Big Mystery About Girafit Surveillance Cameras from Amazon.com . by Alice B. Clagett

It’s a cloudy day for the Cloud!

Dear Ones,

You all may recall the FCC ban of Dahua and Hikvision surveillance equipment because of unclosable security leaks in 2021 … https://www.fcc.gov/document/fcc-bans-authorizations-devices-pose-national-security-threat ..

Here is another such mystery!

Yesterday I turned on the Girafit surveillance equipment app on my handheld and it showed that a device not my own had been shared with my app. The image is below.

I checked the image on Google image search and found it to be associated with real estate sales … Equitable Estates, chelseahuffrealestate .com, and (in Russian) Channel 24 Smart Home Device ideas among other types of business.

Could someone be using this stock photo to represent themselves as a real estate company selling my home?

  • The Girafit sharing option was turned off,
  • and my handheld was offline.
  • AND Girafit cloud was not enabled.

So how could this have happened? How did this person wangle a share with my app?

This wangle allows them to view my home security system output. This is clearly a security breach. So I turned off bluetooth and wi-fi on my handheld. Then the shared image disappeared. Go figure!?

Today I turned on my Girafit app again and it showed the same shared device as yesterday, but with the caveat “Device is offline.” I

refreshed the view on the Girafit app and the shared device disappeared. I

turned off wi-fi and bluetooth again, just in case the shared device should pop up again.

I asked Google AI about this: Why would my newly set up Girafit app show a shared device that is not mine when I have sharing turned off and when Girafit cloud is not enabled and when my handheld is offline?

Google AI said: “Your Girafit app showing an unknown shared device despite offline status, disabled sharing, and no cloud sync likely means the device was previously linked to another account or is showing cached data; you should try logging out and back inresetting the camera, or clearing the app’s cache, as it could be residual information from a shared setup or a glitch.

Here’s a step-by-step troubleshooting approach:

  1. Log Out & Back In: Fully log out of your Girafit account and then log back in to refresh the connection and data.
  2. Check for Residual Links: Even with sharing off, the device might have been previously bound to another account (like a seller’s demo or previous owner’s). You may need to reset the device (often a button press or power cycle) to clear its internal settings before re-adding it.
  3. Clear App Cache: In your phone’s settings, find the Girafit app and clear its cache and data (this won’t delete your account, just local files).
  4. Reset the Device: Follow Girafit’s instructions (check their FAQ) to factory reset the camera/device, then set it up as new.
  5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact Girafit support, providing your device ID (found in settings) for assistance.

Why this happens:

  • Stale Data: Your app might be holding onto old device information.
  • Factory Reset Needed: The device itself is still linked to an old account’s cloud ID.
  • Network Glitch: A temporary issue with app communication could display incorrect device status. “

So, looks like I was spooked prior to setting up this new Girafit account, and the unauthorized shared device persisted on my handheld, which I will now attempt to wash.

In love, light and joy
This is Alice B. Clagett.

What Sort of Man Would Say: “I’m a Man of My Convictions” so as to Justify Murdering a Woman for Gain? . by Alice B. Clagett

INTRODUCTION

Dear Ones,

I just now was kibbitzing  on the astral plane. The conversation between two men … there on the astral plane … turned to kidnapping and murder of a woman so as to get financial remuneration. One of the men justified that plan by saying: “I’m a man of my convictions.”

First I thought male homosexuality might have something to do with this. I thought maybe gay men don’t mind murdering women for cash. For instance, maybe they like men, and not women … and in extreme cases maybe they love men and hate women. And maybe this hatred of women might lead them to gloss over or soft-pedal murdering women.

I thought Google AI might have something to say about this.

IN HOMOSEXUAL JARGON DOES “I’M A MAN OF MY CONVICTIONS” HAVE TO DO WITH JUSTIFYING MURDER OF A WOMAN?

I asked Google AI: In homosexual jargon does “I’m a man of my convictions” have to do with justifying murder of a woman?

Google AI said: “The phrase ‘I’m a man of my convictions’ has no known connection to homosexual jargon or the justification of the murder of a woman ….”

My Analysis: I will leave off ‘of a woman’ and try again.

IN HOMOSEXUAL JARGON DOES “I’M A MAN OF MY CONVICTIONS” HAVE TO DO WITH JUSTIFYING MURDER?

I asked Google AI: In homosexual jargon does “I’m a man of my convictions” have to do with justifying murder?

Google AI said: “The phrase ‘I’m a man of my convictions’ is not a known phrase in homosexual jargon that has anything to do with justifying murder.

The phrase is a common English idiom that means someone is committed to their strong beliefs and principles, and acts in accordance with them.

Your question may be confusing this common idiom with the legal defense tactic known as the ‘gay panic defense’ or ‘homosexual advance defense’. This is a controversial legal strategy where a defendant in a murder or assault case attempts to mitigate their actions by claiming they were provoked to violence by an unwanted sexual advance from a person of the same sex, leading to temporary insanity or a ‘heat of passion’ crime’.

This ‘gay panic’ defense has been used in courtrooms to try to reduce a murder charge to manslaughter or an acquittal, effectively placing the blame for the violence on the victim’s perceived sexual orientation or identity. It is not a recognized standalone defense in any US state’s criminal code but rather a tactic that plays on societal prejudice. A number of states have banned or are in the process of banning this defense tactic.”

My Analysis: Google AI said, ‘No way’, and then went on to scotch heterosexual male defense against their murder of a homosexual man as ‘gay panic defense’.

Google AI, I can tell, is strongly defending homosexual rights. Questions like this will get me no where at all with Google AI.

I will try using the term ‘antisocial personality’ instead.

WOULD AN ANTISOCIAL PERSONALITY SAY “I’M A MAN OF MY CONVICTIONS” SO AS TO JUSTIFY MURDERING A WOMAN?

I asked Google AI: Would an antisocial personality say “I’m a man of my convictions” so as to justify murdering a woman?

Google AI would not reply.

My Analysis: Maybe Google AI does not like to defend women? I will leave out the part about the woman and tried again.

WOULD AN ANTISOCIAL PERSONALITY SAY “I’M A MAN OF MY CONVICTIONS” SO AS TO JUSTIFY MURDER?

I asked Google AI: Would an antisocial personality say “I’m a man of my convictions” so as to justify murder?

Google AI said: “Yes, an individual with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD), particularly one with psychopathic traits, might use a phrase like ‘I’m a man of my convictions’ to justify murder.

This statement is consistent with the characteristics of ASPD for several reasons:

  • Rationalization of Behavior: Individuals with ASPD commonly rationalize their actions to avoid guilt or blame. They may justify harmful behavior by blaming the victim (e.g., ‘they deserved it’ or ‘they were weak’) or framing their actions as necessary in an ‘unfair world’. Using ‘convictions’ as a justification serves this purpose.
  • Lack of Remorse: A core feature of ASPD is a lack of remorse or guilt for the harm caused to others. Justification helps maintain this indifference to the suffering of victims.
  • Grandiose Self-Worth: They often have a grandiose sense of self-worth and a belief that they are superior or entitled to special treatment. This can lead them to believe their personal ‘convictions’ override conventional laws and societal norms.
  • Manipulation and Deceit: The phrase could also be a manipulative tactic, used to present a seemingly coherent or principled motive to others (like law enforcement or a jury). While the individual may not genuinely adhere to a consistent moral code, they are often charming and persuasive in their efforts to get what they want or control a narrative.
  • Disregard for Norms: The disorder is defined by a pervasive disregard for the rights of others and a failure to conform to social norms and lawful behaviors. Acting on one’s ‘convictions’ to the point of murder, outside the bounds of law, aligns with this pattern.

In essence, an individual with ASPD would use such a justification not out of a deeply held, ethical belief system, but as a superficial or self-serving rationalization for actions driven by a need for control, profit, or pleasure, and a profound lack of empathy.”

My Analysis: Looks like Google AI is reluctant to talk about antisocial personalities murdering women, but ok with talking about antisocial personalities murdering people in general.

CONCLUSIONS

Adhering to political correctness, and so as to stay ‘inside the box’, I can safely say this: If the astral story I everheard were to be true, even if the man who made the statement “I’m a man of my convictions” were to be a homosexual man who murdered women for gain, then the man’s homosexual preference is not the issue.

The fact that the man prefers men as sexual partners does not imply dislike of women. It might simply be a liking for men that is being expressed sexually … and not hatred of women.

On the other hand, Google AI opines that the man I overheard on the astral plane is an antisocial personality. That does not bode well.

Antisocials, from my viewing of youtube videos, apparently have no empathy at all. They also apparently don’t take right and wrong into consideration when choosing a course of action.

So then, the woman I overheard about in today’s astral story ought to watch out carefully for her own safety, and, I suggest, always avoid the presence of the men who were speaking together on the astral plane. That’s if she knows who these men are, and if the situation really exists.

TWO NOTABLE DISCREPANCIES IN TODAY’S GOOGLE AI ADVICE

First Discrepancy

Let’s look at the heterosexual legal defense for murder of homosexual men termed ‘gay panic defense’ or ‘homosexual advance defense’, as mentioned by Google AI above. From this I gather there must be heterosexual men who like women for sexual partners and who dislike men for sexual partners enough to murder gay men for their advances. And that United States courts ought not accept ‘gay panic defense’ or ‘homosexual advance defense’ as a mitigating factor in a murder trial.

So then there are heterosexual men who hate homosexual men and murder them out of hatred for sex as expressed man to man?

But is not Google AI also stating that the idea homosexual men would murder women is out of the question?

How could that be true, if heterosexual men are sometimes murdering homosexual men? Does not this imply that men murder potential sexual partners of whom they do not approve? What about the opposite instance … that of homosexual men who are approached by heterosexual women?

Suppose heterosexual women are attracted to homosexual men … Could it be that the homosexual men react with ‘straight panic defense’ or ‘heterosexual advance defense’?

Would it be as true in this instance as in the above-referenced instance that United States courts ought not accept ‘straight panic defense’ or ‘heterosexual advance defense’ as a mitigating factor in a murder trial?

In this age of increasing same-sex social approval, I ask that Google AI offer both sides of the coin in its responses, even if the response is not PC … even if the response is ‘outside the box’.

Second Discrepancy

Here is another question brought to light by today’s Google AI responses: Could women be getting short shrift in today’s PC climate? Yes, apparently this may be true. Google AI twice advised me to remove the word ‘woman’ from my queries.

It is possible that adherence to PC protocols may be causing all of us to overlook femicide, by homosexual men and also by men in general.

. . . . .

I hope have stated all this logically enough for my Readers to understand my points of logic.

How do you feel about these issues? Is Google AI hoist by its own pitard? Am I so hoist? Please feel free to join the conversation by replying to this post.

. . . . .

Dear Ones,

Moderate geostorms are predicted for today and tomorrow, 11 and 12 August 2024. A mild geostorm struck yesterday, so that may be three geostorms in three days.

These ‘flurries’ of Earth-directed solar flares sometimes cause more cognitive diminution than might be expected. I take this to be a cumulative roiling effect on Earth’s EMF.

I feel it would be best to keep this in mind while making plans and possible alternate plans, especially regarding driving and undertaking important business or personal negotiations, for the next two days. Will it be best to put these activities off, or are you thankfully not being affected by cognitive diminution?

Awareness is all! Best to be ‘light on our feet’. Let us move quickly and nimbly through this flurry, always able to discern the safest course of action.

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you
Through all your days.

In love, light and joy
