The stumbling block to this understanding of the ant world by human beings indubitably has to do with our large size, compared to the size of an ant. This is even more the case with regard to human understanding of the ‘personhood’ of microorganisms, because of the much greater disparity of size. My feeling is that this superb image of an ant reflects the nature of the Antian Star Races, known amongst esotericists as the Devas of the many ant cultures. –Alice B. Clagett
