Hawk to himself, as he turns his head to look in my direction, then looks back in the other direction: There. she. is. That. woman. is. watching. me.
Simultaneously the Hawk says to himself, like a overlay feeling of yearning: I. get. that. fly-away. feeling.
Alice to Hawk (simultaneously to both these utterances): HI, dude. Are you a Cooper’s Hawk? What are you?
Hawk to himself (uneasily): I. will. fly. away.
Alice to Hawk (simultaneously): Don’t fly away. Who are you?
Alice to Hawk: Dude, dude, dude!
Hawk to Alice (simultaneously): I. am. your. Hawk.
