THE STORY

Dear Ones,

Yesterday I may have met a Naphil … one of the Nephilim … or else one of the Anunnaki.

I have some confusion about these two terms. I had priorly read that the Anunnaki might have Overlighting Spirits from Sirius A, and that the Anunnaki were Siriun-Reptilian hybrids. I had also read that the Nephilim of the Bible were Anunnaki-human hybrids … possibly the sons and daughters resulting from the union of Anunnaki with humans in Sumerian and Mesopotamian times.

That was all I had to go on.

Here is what Google AI had to say (more or less along the same lines as the above): “Nephilim and Anunnaki are not the same, but they are often linked in modern theories due to their similar roles in ancient mythologies. The Anunnaki are a group of deities from Sumerian and Mesopotamian mythology, while the Nephilim are a race of giants mentioned in the Hebrew Bible, descended from ‘sons of God’ and human women. Some researchers theorize that the Nephilim are a biblical reinterpretation or equivalent of the Anunnaki.”

Whoever it was that I met on the physical plane yesterday … Naphil, I suppose … was quite awesome, from both a physical human standpoint (quite, quite tall and large) and from the standpoint of mental development. I thought he might be Hidalgo. His self-assurance was a given. He seemed human, but also somewhat superhuman, if you know what I mean?

The prior day I had seen several of these Nephilim in the same place as the one that I encountered yesterday.

I had not till then been able to find out that much about them, so I fell back on courtesy, forthrightness, and respectfulness, as is my wont. Fortunately that worked out okay.

I have to say I had no idea at all that modern day Nephilim might exist amongst the descendents of the rancheros who once owned about 8% of the land in California through Spanish (later Mexican) land grants.

Google AI had no idea that there might be modern day Nephilim as well. It kept saying there was no such thing … although in Lightworker lore of about the time of the Shift I had read otherwise, and that from a Naphil who went online for a little while back then.

I MET A MODERN NAPHIL. HOW SHOULD I REACT?

Finally I said to Google AI: I met a modern naphil. How should I react?

Google AI said, with what I feel to be a great deal of finesse: “The term ‘Nephilim’ has various interpretations, ranging from a biblical/mythological context (giants, offspring of divine beings and humans) to a modern, often fictional or metaphorical, usage in literature, film, or online communities (e.g., in the novel Penance). Your reaction should be based on the specific context in which you met this person and your personal values. 

In a Social or Interpersonal Context [N/A to yesterday’s context]

If the person is using ‘nephil’ as a self-identifier or a a term for a ‘difficult’ person, your approach should focus on standard, healthy interpersonal communication and boundary-setting:

• Lead with empathy and listen: Try to understand their perspective and what they may be feeling.
• Stay calm: Avoid showing strong emotional reactions, as some people feed off of others’ anger or frustration.
• Practice effective communication: Be clear about your own feelings and boundaries without being judgmental or overly defensive.

I particularly liked the part about what to do in a literal, mythological context: Manage your emotions (whether fear or surprise) and prioritize safety.

I know concern for safety has somewhat of a ‘wuss’ rap these days, but then again, through reasonable concerns of this nature I feel we can build a strongly grounded first chakra (basal chakra).

So! Meet a Naphil? Act calm, and scoot! … at least until we know a little more about how to interact with them.

I MET A MODERN ANNUNAKI. HOW SHOULD I REACT?

Then, just to cover both bases, I asked Google AI: I met a modern Annunaki. How should I react?

Google AI had a reasonable response: “The ‘modern Annunaki’ are figures of mythology and conspiracy theories, not empirically proven entities. Encounters described as meeting them are generally understood to be personal experiences interpreted through a specific belief system, vivid dreams, or literary/role-playing contexts. 

Here are some ways to react, depending on how you view the encounter:

If you believe the encounter was real or symbolic [interesting]

• Seek an open dialogue. Approach the interaction with curiosity and a desire to understand their perspective, motivations, and the information they might share.
• Prioritize your safety and well-being. Remember that in some interpretations, the Annunaki are viewed as benevolent guides, while in others, they are seen as potentially manipulative or indifferent creators of a “slave race”. Trust your intuition and maintain healthy boundaries as you would with any unfamiliar being.
• Record your experience. Document as much detail as possible—conversations, appearances, locations, and any information provided. This can be for personal reflection, to share with a community, or for future reference.

• Discuss with like-minded communities. Share your “story” or “scenario” on forums or social media groups dedicated to ancient astronaut theories, alternative history, or creative writing. You can find communities on platforms like Reddit or Facebook.
• Learn more about the original mythology. Deepen your understanding of the original Sumerian and Mesopotamian texts. Resources like The 12th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin (though often disputed by mainstream Assyriologists) or The Lost Book of Lord Enki are popular sources within the “ancient aliens” community.“

You can see from the opening sentence that Google AI has doubts about this whole line of questioning.

I found their advice to seek an open dialogue, prioritize my safety and well-being, record my experience (which I am doing now), and reflect on the spiritual and personal implications.

I also liked the advice to be creative about the encounter, to discuss with you, my Readers, and to learn more about the original mythology. I would love to hear your comments about this post. For instance, I am wondering if any of you may have had similar experiences?
