Provided you don’t have a pacemaker or the like, you might consider using a magnet to clear your energy field. Small round magnets the size of a nickel are available for not much money on Amazon.com, I see.
If you have a cat or dog try this: Pass the flat side of the magnet a few times over each of the animal’s orifices (‘openingsl’). … which is to say, ears, nostrils, mouth, and anal orifice. Don’t touch these openings; make the magnetic pass just a little beyond the orifices. Then turn the magnet over and repeat the procedure.
If you like the effect on your pet, then you can try it on yourself, and see if you like it. You may hear a loud shrill mechanical sound or a popping sound in an ear, and then the sound may as suddenly stop. If you do hear such a sound, just continue to gently pass the magnet a few more times till the sound stops.
Be quite careful not to insert the magnet anywhere. There is no need to do that, and you might injure yourself if you did.
Remember, your energy field is all around you, and not just inside you. So it is fine to make your magnetic passes just beyond where your body begins.
This is said to clear the energy field of humans and their pets. Those that go for conspiracy stuff feel it might disable nanobots. Could be, I guess.
