Dear Ones,

Here is the eighth in the series “Tiny Anthologies: Nature Spirits.” These I imagine to be the sparkling diamond-shaped beings of Light in the images below.

I think of Nature Spirits as baby Devas. Devas are a type of angel that takes care of the natural world, and nature spirits … which I conceive to be the children of the devas … help their parents in these tasks.

As a telepath who speaks with both human and nonhuman beings here on Earth, I sometimes overhear nature spirits chatting away. I feel the main characteristic of nature spirits is joyful playfulness. They love their work. It is their joyfulness, I feel, that helps to animate or enliven, and to sustain the life forms of the physical world.

It seems to me that the colors of the nature spirits may offer a clue as to the type of fun-filled work they do in tending the natural world. For instance, if the nature spirits have a beautiful rainbow aspect, (as in the second image below) it seems to me they may be faeries (sometimes termed ‘fairies’).

Amongst the images of the Nature Spirits in my work there are also some renditions of human forms. This, though very different from sparkling diamond sunlight, is held to in popular tradition as being a quality of Nature Spirits, that they can transform themselves into images through which they may more comfortably relate to the Earth beings they encounter.
