Thoughts on Handheld Psychosis . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

I had an insight about handheld psychosis, which lies within my larger category ‘virtual reality psychosis’ …

The pituitary gland, located in the middle of the brain at a point just above the eyebrows, is light-sensitive. It may be that the people suffering from handheld psychosis have pituitary glands injured by light crystal display (LCD) or cathode ray tube (CRT) screen light.

I suggest Light therapy: Sitting or working in sunlit shade. And I suggest altogether avoiding LCD and CRT screen exposure.

In love, light and joy
