The links below, from the “Law of One: The Ra Material” (1) describe a genetic experiment on humankind undertaken by the Guardians after Mars became uninhabitable because of misuse of technological advances by the Souls living there. This was occasioned by the transfer of these Souls from Mars to Earth.

The Ra quotes were written in the 1980s; in 2013, an anthropological report that partly backs this story up was published in Forbes …

From my further readings, I found that the Yahweh group (see later blog), which were members of the Confederation, were responsible for this genetic change, and that they were mistaken in so doing.
