Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a topic for you today about the effect of romance on loyalty. It is a little like this …

Romance creates much stronger loyalty amongst the participants in romance than does the employer/employee relationship.

So people who are romantically involved … one with the other … their loyalty to each other is much greater than the loyalty of a boss to his employee, and of an employee to his boss.

The Soul lesson with regard to that is this: If you have an employee who is romantically involved with someone who is consistently hostile to you, or to your business, then that is a lost cause, because the loyalty of your employee lies not with you, the employer, but rather with the romantic partner. You see?

Now there are people who know this. A lot of people know this. And they will make an effort to bring about the downfall of another person by becoming involved with that person’s employee.

And in addition you will find … if you read those old secret service novels, you will find that, when there is a secret service agent, sometimes their loyalty is compromised by a femme fatale from the other side who becomes romantically involved with them.

Then loyalty is created between those two people, and the loyalty of the secret agent for their government is compromised. You know what I mean?

And in the simple, everyday situation, it happens to us regular people all the time … that someone moves in on a honey, and takes over the romantic role with them, and then we have to look for someone else.

Or someone moves in on a work buddy, or a number of work buddies … sometimes people go through the whole list of people, and make friends with all of them; and then we find ourselves in a hostile environment, because loyalties have shifted.

The long and the short of it is that romance creates greater loyalties than does the employer/employee relationship. So if your employee becomes romantically involved with someone who is consistently hostile to you, then you need to find another employee, because your own purpose in the world will be undermined by the loyalty created by that romance.

It is a difficult topic to talk about, but it is happening all the time in this 3D reality.
