Dear Ones,

Daniella Breen (1) had a few things to say about demons in the last post. One very interesting idea she had was this: It takes a lot of courage to deal with Team Dark. If you’re willing to face your demons, she says, altogether avoid talking with them. Instead, talk with your Higher Self and/or your Christed spirit guides. Ask them to deal with the demons! This struck me as very sound advice.
