Dear Ones,

I am in the process of correcting the text of the posts and adding errata to the videos to show that …

• the third-eye point (the sixth chakra) is associated with the pineal gland
• and that the crown chakra (the seventh chakra) is associated with the pituitary gland.

I know the yogic lore is indecisive on these points, so I turned to biology, which refers to the pineal gland still present in some vertebrates as the third-eye or parietal eye …

I request that my readers avoid the temptation to use their own third-eye points for the same reason. The result might just be an unexpected reversion to lizard form in one’s next lifetime. Why tempt fate?
