Dear Ones,
As to the possibility of sound warfare equipment in use by criminals in my neighborhood … It looks like the LRAD Horn sound might qualify for the sound I heard the evening of 15 August 2026, and also the following morning. I found no demonstration of the Horn sound online. LRAD can be heard for several miles.
I checked out the Federal Signal 300GC-120 SelecTone which can be purchased for industrial use for a few thousand dollars.
This is highly directional … the sound does not spread … so it would only be a possibility if the device were to have been installed in the trees or in the backyard across the street from me, or near the gate to the Chatsworth Nature Preserve adjacent to my property.

Along the lines of sound warfare that is being used by local criminals, I have noticed an RF jammer being used by a local man walking along my street to set off or disable home surveillance systems. In my case, too many ‘false alarms’ resulted in the police cancelling my LAPD alarm visits shortly after I had my home surveillance system installed.
I figure the walker might have used this technique to cancel out all the LAPD alarm visits locally so that he could accomplish sneak thief burglaries in his ‘working territory’ … which includes my house … by using master house keys and garden gate keys he got by illicit means and clearly, for illicit purposes.
