SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a thought for you for the Solar Maximum of Solar Cycle 25 that we are now in. I know that the Incoming Light can sometimes be overwhelming because there is so much of it coming in. Sometimes that causes feelings of stress or anxiety, or upset or fear or anxiety, because it is something brand new and unexpected … unknown.

When that happens, it is good to keep in mind that … though we may doubt ourselves … what is really happening during these processes of the Incoming Light is what is termed, in psychology, self-actualization.

It is true that it involves the breaking down of the old, but it also involves the restructuring of the energy system so that we can experience a ‘whole new you’. Do you know what I mean? Something grand and great and different, and very fine, is in the making.

Even though it may seem, for a moment or two, that everything is going south, that is not really the truth of the issue. We are undergoing one of the highest processes that humankind can ever experience. That is called the experience of self-actualization.

Now here is the rub: If you tell that to a psychologist or a psychiatrist, they might say: Eh! What does this guy know? 

Why would they say that? It is because … now just think about this … the majority of human beings have not yet integrated at that higher level. And many psychologists and psychiatrists do not really know what that means, even though, in their psychological texts, they have read about it.

If you walk in and say: “I am experiencing a reorganization of my entire energy system,” they will not really know what you are talking about. You have to take that into consideration. They may offer you valuable advice, and maybe medications that you need to help you along, but overall they might not know what true goal … what great goal … you have in mind for yourself.

The other thing is this: I remember Peggy Black, spiritual counsellor … https://www.peggyblack.com/morning-messages … used to say … She may not have used these exact words, but she used to say: If the Light is too bright, or if what is coming to you is too much right now … if Spirit has given you a little too much to deal with right now, all you have to do is to say to Spirit, and to your Ascension team, that all you have to do is put it off till later on, or that you would prefer not to deal with that at all, for the time being.

During this Ascension process we have some choices …

• We can choose to go with the flow and absorb all the energy at one time as the Incoming Light affects her and changes her as well. In that case we might need to seek help, because it might be a rough ride for a little while … but keeping in mind that the goal is self-actualization, a much greater experience of self.
• Or we can choose to put it off for awhile. That is perfectly fine. And you know, once the Light comes in, it is there in your energy field waiting to be unfurled at whatever time you choose to accept it.
