Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

You know, looks can be very deceiving. So if someone tells you something naughty about someone else, the thing to do is to talk to the person and find out what the ‘straight skinny’ is … and not to just go with the gossip. Do you not agree?

That is especially true of Lightworkers and Saints and pastors and spiritual counsellors who try their utmost to do what is good for all humankind.

In case we are slandered, in case we are defamed, in case the character is assassinated … in the worst case scenario, in case we are sent to jail for something we did not do … that kind of thing … we need to make it very clear what our feelings are about the world; what our ethics are; what our stance is on all the issues, so that folks will know for sure who we are and what we stand for, and what we feel about all the important issues. Do you not agree?

For people who say: She says this, so it must be the opposite thing that is really true about her … I feel that says more about the way that the second person addresses the issues in their own life than it says about the person spoken of … because it comes from the mind of the second person, and it develops into a story to do with their own life, you know?

So if someone says something bad about someone else, the thing to do is to look at the speaker and determine what you see there … what that person is really like … and then to take it from there.

There is a well-known poem by Rudyard Kipling. The title is “If: A Father’s Advice to His Son.”  “If you can keep your mind [head] when all around [about] you / Are losing theirs and blaming it on you …”

It goes like that. And how rare is that? … to be able to keep our own mind, in the midst of a situation where everyone else is losing their mind?

In a way, it is kind of cool, but in another way, it is stressful! No matter what people think of us, for instance, we have to be true to our own hearts. Don’t you think? … And not be turned to the Dark, simply because other people say that it must be so.

It need not be so! We can be Light! We can be Lightworkers. We can stand for truth and justice and the common good for all people … even if no else is doing it! Don’t you think?

Take courage! We can do this!
