Dear Ones,

As can be seen from the image above, each chakra is associated with a color and a musical note. We can use the musical notes to ‘tone’ our way back to awareness of the heart.

For instance, if we find our attention on the first chakra (survival, fear of death), we can tone these notes to get back to the heart:

C … C# … D … D# … and then for the heart, the note E.

Or if we find ourselves too much in our third-eye point, we could tone down to the heart like this:

G# … G … F# … F … E

People have different ideas about the right tones for each chakra, so if the above scheme of notes does not work well for you, you could go to Google Images and find another by searching ‘notes for chakras’.
