Dear Ones,

It looks like U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham got the same mild sinus congestion symptoms from the Delta variant as I did a few weeks ago. I found buffered vitamin C alleviated the symptoms. I note the Senator had already been vaccinated for COVID, as have I been.

Unlike the news media, I would not call this a ‘breakthrough infection’, but rather I would say it is proof that vaccination offers pretty good immunity to COVID infection. I say that because, a year prior to getting the COVID vaccine,

I apparently got COVID (although there was no test in March 2020 to prove for sure that this was COVID). I can say the symptoms I got in March 2020 … which I felt must have been COVID … were far more severe than this mild sinus congestion I experienced in July 2021. I feel, from that, that my immune system is overall very prepared to fight off new COVID variants.

The buffered vitamin C I use, which I purchased on Amazon was called: “Thorne Research – Buffered C Powder – Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) with Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium – 8.15 Oz.”

Of course, others may work just as well, provided they are ‘buffered’, so as to go easy on the intestinal tract … at least, that is how I understand it). Could be something like that is available in your area.
