I find that the Jin Shin Jyutsu fingerholds work right well as a way to modulate or heal various emotions and physical issues.

For Worry or Depression
Hold the thumb with the fingers of the opposite hand. Then switch to the other thumb and the other hand.
For Fear or Self-Criticism
Hold the index finger.
For Anger
Hold the middle finger.
For Sadness
Hold the ring finger.
For Anxiety
Hold the little finger.
To Nourish All the Organs
Hold the palm, which is known as the Center of Heaven.
