SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones,

I am here in the Simi Hills today, and it is right beautiful out there. Nice sky, and I am in a nice park. And I was just walking up one of the hills here, and I saw this beautiful chaparral plant. It is a Mexican elderberry. If you are careful, you can use the flowers in pancakes, and they will flavor the pancakes up. But you cannot use the green part, as I recall. Best to look that up, though, to be on the safe side (1) … [sound of a helicopter] Wow, a lot of interference today in the sky. It looks like a helicopter circling around!

The wind came up, and it was making the leaves of the chaparral plant wave around … and they were just sort of beautiful and wavy, and like that. But I noticed how firmly the trunk is set into the ground. And it does not move, really, even though the wind might be kind of high sometimes, it stands firm, and it is supporting the whole tree. And I got to thinking …

My thought is this: That little chaparral plant is kind of like us. Here we are, standing on Earth, and our arms, and our head, and our feet are constantly waving around, but there is a core inside us, called the pranic column, or the pranic core … the columnar energy in the center of our body … goes from the top of our head, to the tips of our toes … and it is like that trunk of that tree, that stands firm no matter what.

It contains the strongest energy you can imagine. It connects us with the beautiful energy of Mother Earth, and with the Sky.

No matter what is going on in our emotional body, our mental body, or our etheric net, we can stand firm in that columnar energy that is in the center of us. And nothing can sway us. Nothing can bother us. Even in these times of chaos.

So, I was happy to find out about the tree, and think about how invincible we human beings can actually be, even in times of change.
