Lately there has been just so much astral chatter … so much incoming ‘gut brain’ telepathy … that it has been distracting, I feel. Today I thought back to the beginning of the last solar cycle, Solar Cycle 24, and how I was listening to various ‘Binaural Beats’ brainwave recordings back then.
I tried ‘manually’ changing the length of the brainwaves I was experiencing from shorter to longer length, to see if that would cause the unwanted telepathic input to let go. It worked partially, so I went back to my library of ‘Binaural Beats’ and tried the theta recording.
I am happy to say it worked immediately, and is working now, although the recording has stopped.
As may be seen from this graph, the wavelengths of brainwaves vary. The brainwave with the longest wavelength is Delta. Then in decreasing length of wave, there are Theta, Alpha, Beta and the shortest wavelength which is Gamma …

To get away from bothersome astral chatter and astral stories (aka ‘soap operas’), and especially to escape from an astral telepathic ‘glom’ … or worse, a case of prolonged ‘glom’ such as folie a deux, folie a trois, folie a familie ou couterie … or in the worst possible scenario, to escape from sudden or ongoing ‘mass hysteria’ affecting an astral or physical crowd of people … try using a ‘Binaural Beats’ recording of one of the longer-wavelength brainwaves.
I have tried Theta ‘Binaural Beats’, and find that works immediately for me. If that does not work for you, try one of the other ‘Binaural Beats’ brainwave recordings, until you discover one that is sufficiently different in wavelength from the astral glom underway to allow you to escape the glom.
For instance, after listening to Theta waves for an hour, I stopped, and then found that a person whose normally preferred brainwave apparently is Theta is telepathically adhering to me. Bummer. So I will try switching to another brainwave, soon as I can find one of the CDs. My guess is, that will do the trick, as I feel it likely that not too many people consciously change their brainwave from this to that. To escape the gloms, it is up to you and me to do that, albeit through technology.
If any techno ‘smart aleck’ psychic tries to outsmart you by listening to the same brainwaves as those to which you are listening, try making a CD with random snippets of different brainwaves, like a ‘medley’ of varying wavelengths, and listen to that; I expect that would do the trick.
I have read that these ‘Binaural Beats’ brainwave recordings must be listened to in stereo, or they will not be effective. I have found this to be so as well. However … any port in a storm … if you have no stereo capability, you might try the free youtube ‘Binaural Beats’ Theta or perhaps Delta wave recordings … fingers crossed, and hoping they may work as well.
