Because of the high cost of home printing, I have done some research on how to print pages from the Internet without images. I came across an application called “Print Friendly” which looks good, although I have not thoroughly tested it yet. Here is a video about it …

Here is the webpage for “Print Friendly” … Apparently you can insert the URL of the webpage you want to print, and then pick the option to make the images smaller or else not print them. To do that, change the percent beside the icon that looks like a little mountain …

It looks like the application can be installed on your browser. I tried installing it as a free Chrome extension, and that did not raise any red flags. However, I have yet to test the Chrome extension. Here is the link for installing it as a Chrome application; looks like it can be removed from Chrome here too (just in case) …
